本发明公开了一种具有温度实时监测功能的柔性石墨烯加热面料,该柔性石墨烯加热面料包括加热测温层和两侧的保温层。其中保温层采用传统面料;加热测温层可设置多个加热测温单元,从而同时实现不同部位的不同温度的加热与温度实时监测。加热测温层以柔性高分子薄膜为基材,以石墨烯基导电油墨为原料采用丝网印刷的方式印制低阻石墨烯导电层,以导电银浆薄膜和铜箔为电极,采用印刷的方式将可印刷式柔性温度传感器印刷在低阻石墨烯导电层上,通过热压、粘结等方式组成。本发明针提供的柔性石墨烯发热面料能够针对性对局部部位区分发热,具有加热均匀,可实现精确温度控制的优点。

技术领域
本专利涉及一种具有温度实时监测功能的柔性石墨烯加热面料,具体说是一种以石墨烯基导电油墨为原料,采用丝网印刷方式制备的加热面料,并采用印刷方式将温度传感器置于面料中,实现石墨烯加热面料的温度实时监测功能。本发明可应用于服装、理疗产品、护具等领域。
技术背景
在寒冷的冬季,兼具轻薄、保暖、美观特性的服装是人们的最爱。然而,传统的服装远远不能满足人美冬季爱美、保暖的需求。在这种情况下,智能加热服装应运而生。智能加热服装的核心是加热组件。轻薄、加热效果好的加热组件对于智能加热服装而言具有重要意义。
专利CN103349371B(2013年)提供了一种加热服装的碳纤维发热件及其制作方法。通过将碳纤维束采用多个U型方式盘旋并固定在面料上。这种碳纤维发热件具有柔软、面积大、耐清洗的优点。但是由于碳纤维是以束状的形式盘旋,导致整个发热件加热不均匀,加热温度也难以得到精确的控制。
专利CN106580541A(2017年)提供了一种理疗加热组件。该加热组件由蓄热外层、石墨烯发热片、开关和电源组成。其中蓄热外层面料为相变纤维或者碳纤维,具有很好的隔热或者蓄热作用。石墨烯能够发射远红外线,具有很好的理疗作用。但是整个加热组件由多层面料组成,较厚,只适用于较厚的服装,应用比较受局限。
专利CN105922669A(2016年)提供了一种石墨烯发热面料以及其生产方法和系统。石墨烯发热面料由绝缘层、导电层、绝缘层、测温层、覆盖层五层粘结在一起。导电层以石墨烯导电纤维为经纱和纬纱,采用金属丝作为电极相互编制在一起;测温层采用采用绝缘纤维作为经纱和纬纱,若干传感器采用阵列的方式编制在一起。该石墨烯发热面料具有加热均匀、可实现精确测温度的优点。同时,由于石墨烯加热面料由多层组成,面料过于厚重,难以与服装结合。
石墨烯是一种由碳原子以sp2杂化方式形成的蜂窝状平面薄膜,是一种只有一个原子层厚度的二维材料。石墨烯具有优良的导电性(电子迁移率可达到2×105cm2/V·s)、散热性(室温下热导系数是5000W·m-1·K-1)和较高红外发射率。石墨烯能够发射5~25μm的远红外线,能够被人体充分吸收,使细胞发生共振,有效促进血液循环和新陈代谢,是一种很好的理疗保健材料。可广泛应用于导电、散热、保健等领域。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种具有温度实时监测功能的柔性石墨烯加热面料的生产方法及应用。该面料以石墨烯基导电油墨为原料,采用丝网印刷的方式实现温度传感器与导电油墨以及面料的结合。实现了柔性石墨烯加热面料的加热与测温功能的结合。同时可实现多个加热部位不同加热功率密度的设置以及加热温度的监测。柔性石墨烯加热面料具有柔软、亲肤、升温快、耐清洗的优点。
本发明的实现方法如下:
柔性石墨烯发热面料的包括加热测温层、设置在加热层两侧的保温层;
所述加热测温层包括两侧的柔性高分子基材和至少一个加热测温单元,加热测温单元以阵列形式排布;
所述柔性高分子基材为PP膜或者PE膜或者PET膜或者PEN膜或者PI膜;
所述加热测温单元包括的低阻石墨烯导电层、面状电极、可印刷式柔性温度传感器。通过低阻石墨烯导电层、面状电极和可印刷式柔性温度传感器的设置实现柔性石墨烯发热面料不同部位的加热温度的设置和监测;
所述低阻石墨烯导电层为石墨烯基导电油墨干膜,以石墨烯基导电油墨为原料按照阵列的形式采用丝网印刷的方式印刷在柔性高分子基材上,然后经过烘干而成,膜层厚度为0.05μm~500μm;
所述石墨烯基导电油墨包括石墨烯基水性导电油墨和石墨烯基油性导电油墨,优选的为石墨烯基水性导电油墨;
所述面状电极由导电银浆薄膜和铜箔组成,并分布于每个加热单元的边缘,与石墨烯导电层相连接;
所述导电银浆薄膜以导电银浆为原料采用丝网印刷或者凹版印刷的方式印刷在每个低阻石墨烯导电层的边缘,导电银浆的薄膜的宽度为2mm~20mm,导电银浆薄膜的干膜厚度为0.01μm~200μm;
所述铜箔宽度为2mm~20mm,铜箔的宽度与导电银浆宽度一致,铜箔与每个加热单元的导电银浆无缝结合;
所述可印刷式柔性温度传感器采用印刷方式印在低阻石墨烯导电层的任意位置;
将所述的低阻石墨烯导电层、电极、可印刷式柔性温度传感器置于两层柔性高分子基材之间,经过热压、粘结等方式得到所述加热测温层;
所述加热测温层两侧的保温层为传统面料,包括无纺织布、棉布、毛织物、化学纤维面料和针织面料;
所述的加热测温层和两侧的保温层粘结组成柔性石墨烯发热面料,将柔性石墨烯加热面料与控温器以及电源相连接,即可实现柔性石墨烯加热面料的加热和温度实时监测功能,通过温控器的设置可以实现柔性石墨烯加热面料的温度控制。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1)在柔性石墨烯加热面料中设置至少一个加热测温单元,可以实现不同部位的不同温度的加热;
2)柔性石墨烯加热面料中加热层中石墨烯基导电油墨采用均匀印刷,保证了单个加热单元的功率密度相同,保证加热均匀,便于实现加热温度的精确控制;
3)在柔性石墨烯加热面料中加入了传感器,集加热与测温功能于一体,便于实现了面料的加热与控温;
4)柔性石墨烯加热面料耐水洗,经过多次清洗后加热层的电阻不发生变化;
5)柔性石墨烯加热面料轻薄柔软,便于与服装相结合。

具体实施方式
为了更清楚的说明本发明实施方式的目的、技术方案和技术优点,下面将结合本发明的实施例中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行详细描述。所述实施例仅是本发明的部分实施方式。
实施例1
请参阅图1,如图所示,柔性石墨烯发热面料的包括加热测温层110和加热测温层两侧的保温层120和121。
加热测温的结构示意图如图2所示。加热测温层仅有一个加热单元。加热测温层200包括柔性高分子基材210和211、低阻石墨烯导电层220、导电银浆薄膜230和231、铜箔240和241、可印刷式柔性温度传感器250。其中柔性高分子基材210、211为PE膜。低阻石墨烯导电层220是选用石墨烯基水性导电油墨以丝网印刷的方式印刷在柔性高分子基材211上,低阻石墨烯导电层的干膜厚度为15μm。石墨烯具有优异的导电散热性能,通电后可以实现快速升温。导电银浆薄膜230和231是采用导电银浆以丝网印刷的方式印刷在低阻石墨烯导电层220上,导电银浆干膜的宽度为10mm,厚度为20μm。导电银浆薄膜起到了连接低阻石墨烯导电层和铜箔的作用,可以有效防止阻石墨烯导电层和铜箔接触不良。铜箔240和241作为电极置于导电银浆薄膜上,铜箔240和241的宽度为10mm。采用印刷方式将可印刷式柔性温度传感器250印刷在低阻石墨烯导电层上。在通电情况下可以实现低阻石墨烯导电层的温度的实时监测。
将上述柔性高分子基材210、低阻石墨烯导电层220、导电银浆薄膜230和231、铜箔240和241、可印刷式柔性温度传感器250、高分子基材211通过热压得到所述加热测温层。
保温层120、121分别采用无纺布和无纺棉作为保温面料。无纺布表面具有丰富的孔洞结构,具有良好的保温透气性。无纺棉具有良好的保温效果,适用于多种保暖性服装。
将加热测温层110置于保温层120和121之间,粘结得到柔性石墨烯加热面料。
实施例2
本实施例提供的柔性石墨烯发热面料结构相似,分为三层,如图1所示,包括热测温层110和加热测温层两侧的保温层120和121。
加热测温的结构示意图如图3所示。加热测温层300包括柔性高分子基材310和311、低阻石墨烯导电层320、321和两个加热测温单元。两个加热测温单元包括导电银浆薄膜330、331、332和333、铜箔340、341、342和343、可印刷式柔性温度传感器350和351。其中柔性高分子基材310、311分别为PET膜和PN膜。低阻石墨烯导电层320和321是选用石墨烯基油性导电油墨以丝网印刷的方式印刷在柔性高分子基材311上,低阻石墨烯导电层的干膜厚度为100μm。导电银浆薄膜作330、331、332和333是采用导电银浆以凹版印刷的方式印刷在低阻石墨烯导电层320上,导电银浆的膜层宽度为15mm,厚度为100μm。导电银浆薄膜起到了连接低阻石墨烯导电层和铜箔的作用,可以有效防止阻石墨烯导电层和铜箔接触不良。铜箔340、341、342和343作为电极置于导电银浆薄膜上,铜箔的宽度为15mm。采用印刷方式将可印刷式柔性温度传感器250、251分别印刷在低阻石墨烯导电层320和321上。在通电情况下可以实现不同位置低阻石墨烯导电层的温度的实时监测。
将上述柔性高分子基材310,低阻石墨烯导电层320和321,导电银浆薄膜330、331、332和333,铜箔340、241、342和343,可印刷式柔性温度传感器250和251、高分子基材311通过热压得到所述加热测温层。
保温层120、121分别采用莫代尔和和灯芯绒作为保温面料。莫代尔轻薄舒适,具有良好的保温透气性。灯芯绒具有良好的保温效果,适用于多种冬季性服装。
将加热测温层110置于保温层120和121之间,粘结得到柔性石墨烯加热面料。

Claims (3)
1.一种柔性石墨烯加热面料,其特征为:包括加热测温层、设置在加热层两侧的保温层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性石墨烯加热面料,其特征为:所述的加热测温层至少有一个加热单元,并以阵列形式排列。加热测温层包括两侧的柔性高分子基材和两层柔性高分子基材之间的低阻石墨烯导电层、面状电极、可印刷式柔性温度传感器。通过低阻石墨烯导电层、面状电极和可印刷式柔性温度传感器的设置实现柔性石墨烯发热面料不同部位的加热温度的设置和监测;
所述柔性高分子基材为PP膜或者PE膜或者PET膜或者PEN膜或者PI膜;
所述低阻石墨烯导电层为石墨烯基导电油墨干膜,以石墨烯基导电油墨为原料按照阵列的形式采用丝网印刷的方式印刷在柔性高分子基材上,形成若干个加热单元,然后经过烘干而成,膜层厚度为0.05μm~500μm;
所述石墨烯基导电油墨包括石墨烯基水性导电油墨和石墨烯基油性导电油墨;
所述面状电极由导电银浆薄膜和铜箔组成,并分布于每个加热单元的边缘,与石墨烯导电层相连接;
导电银浆薄膜以导电银浆为原料采用丝网印刷或者凹版印刷的方式印刷在每个加热单元的石墨烯导电层的边缘,导电银浆的薄膜的宽度为2mm~20mm,导电银浆薄膜的干膜厚度为0.01μm~200μm;
所述铜箔宽度为0.01μm~500μm,铜箔的宽度与导电银浆宽度一致,铜箔与每个加热单元的导电银浆无缝结合;
所述可印刷式柔性温度传感器采用印刷方式印在每个加热单元的额石墨烯导电层的任意位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柔性石墨烯加热面料,其特征为:所述加热层两侧的保温层为传统面料,包括无纺织布、棉布、毛织物、化学纤维面料和针织面料。
