Abstract
本发明公开了一种高强度的聚丙烯腈基布,包括基布本体,基布本体上方通过第一粘结层粘结有加固层,加固层上方通过第二粘结层粘结有抗静电层,抗静电层上方设有耐磨层,耐磨层上方设有防尘层,基布本体由若干经线和纬线构成,经线设于纬线上方,且经线和纬线交接处设有捆绑丝,捆绑丝穿插捆绑经线和纬线,加固层由聚酯纤维纱和富强纤维纱交叉编织而成,本发明一种高强度的聚丙烯腈基布,本发明采用聚丙烯腈材质制成基布本体,使得本发明的耐候性和抗晒性能良好,同时在基布本体上设置加固层,利用加固层聚酯纤维纱和富强纤维纱的高强度,很好的解决了本发明采用的聚丙烯腈材料强度低和抗疲劳性差的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种基布,特别涉及一种高强度的聚丙烯腈基布,属于基布生产技术领域。
背景技术
随着市场需求的不断多样化,越来越多的产品都在进行革新,以致于能够满足多样化的市场,基布也是一样,传统的基布仅仅是采用基础的经线和纬线编织而成,这种基布性能较为单一,使用途径大大受限,在市场上的需求量很低。聚丙烯腈具有良好的耐候性和抗晒性能,但同时聚丙烯腈的强度不高,并且耐磨性和抗疲劳性都较差,现有技术中已经具备了利用聚丙烯腈制作具有耐候性和抗晒性能基布的条件,但这类基布存在耐磨性和抗疲劳性较差的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种高强度的聚丙烯腈基布,以解决上述背景技术中提到的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种高强度的聚丙烯腈基布,包括基布本体,所述基布本体上方通过第一粘结层粘结有加固层,所述加固层上方通过第二粘结层粘结有抗静电层,所述抗静电层上方设有耐磨层,所述耐磨层上方设有防尘层,所述基布本体由若干经线和纬线构成,所述经线设于纬线上方,且所述经线和纬线交接处设有捆绑丝,所述捆绑丝穿插捆绑经线和纬线,所述加固层由聚酯纤维纱和富强纤维纱相互交叉编织而成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述基布本体为聚丙烯腈层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述抗静电层包括涂抹有导电性树脂的纱线。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防尘层采用碳纤维层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述第一粘结层和第二粘结层均为环氧丙烯酸酯层。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种高强度的聚丙烯腈基布,本发明采用聚丙烯腈材质制成基布本体,使得本发明的耐候性和抗晒性能良好,同时在基布本体上设置加固层,利用加固层聚酯纤维纱和富强纤维纱的高强度,弥补本发明缺乏的强度和抗疲劳性,很好的解决了本发明采用的聚丙烯腈材料强度低和抗疲劳性差的问题,本发明结构紧凑,设计新颖合理,使得本发明功能性更多,从而其适用范围大大增加。

如图1-3所示,本发明一种高强度的聚丙烯腈基布,包括基布本体1,其特征在于,基布本体1上方通过第一粘结层2粘结有加固层3,加固层3上方通过第二粘结层4粘结有抗静电层5,抗静电层5上方设有耐磨层6,耐磨层6上方设有防尘层7,基布本体1由若干经线8和纬线9构成,经线8设于纬线9上方,且经线8和纬线9交接处设有捆绑丝10,捆绑丝10穿插捆绑经线8和纬线9,加固层3由聚酯纤维纱11和富强纤维纱12相互交叉编织而成。
基布本体1采用聚丙烯腈材质,利用聚丙烯腈材质的耐候性和抗晒性能,使得本发明具备良好的耐候性和抗晒性能。抗静电层5由涂抹由导电性树脂的纱线制成,利用导电性树脂导电,使得本发明具备良好的抗静电能力。防尘层7采用碳纤维材质,利用碳纤维的吸尘性能,使得本发明具备良好的防尘性能。第一粘结层2和第二粘结层4均由环氧丙烯酸酯制成,环氧丙烯酸酯具备良好的粘结性。
具体的,本发明使用时,本发明一种高强度的聚丙烯腈基布,本发明采用聚丙烯腈材质制成基布本体1,使得本发明的耐候性和抗晒性能良好,同时在基布本体1上设置加固层3,利用加固层3聚酯纤维纱11和富强纤维纱12的高强度,弥补本发明缺乏的强度和抗疲劳性,很好的解决了本发明采用的聚丙烯腈材料强度低和抗疲劳性差的问题,本发明结构紧凑,设计新颖合理,使得本发明功能性更多,从而其适用范围大大增加。

1.一种高强度的聚丙烯腈基布,包括基布本体(1),其特征在于,所述基布本体(1)上方通过第一粘结层(2)粘结有加固层(3),所述加固层(3)上方通过第二粘结层(4)粘结有抗静电层(5),所述抗静电层(5)上方设有耐磨层(6),所述耐磨层(6)上方设有防尘层(7),所述基布本体(1)由若干经线(8)和纬线(9)构成,所述经线(8)设于纬线(9)上方,且所述经线(8)和纬线(9)交接处设有捆绑丝(10),所述捆绑丝(10)穿插捆绑经线(8)和纬线(9),所述加固层(3)由聚酯纤维纱(11)和富强纤维纱(12)相互交叉编织而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度的聚丙烯腈基布,其特征在于,所述基布本体(1)为聚丙烯腈层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度的聚丙烯腈基布,其特征在于,所述抗静电层(5)包括涂抹有导电性树脂的纱线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度的聚丙烯腈基布,其特征在于,所述防尘层(7)采用碳纤维层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度的聚丙烯腈基布,其特征在于,所述第一粘结层(2)和第二粘结层(4)均为环氧丙烯酸酯层。
