Technical Field
The invention relates to a grinding device, in particular to a device for grinding burrs on a motorcycle frame.
Background
The motorcycle frame is widely used as an important component on a motorcycle, the motorcycle frame is additionally provided with the frame which can be used for loading articles, the frame is connected with a motorcycle main body through a support lug, the position of the support lug on the frame is different due to the difference of the size and the model of the motorcycle, when the frame is required to be additionally provided, the installation position of the support lug is required to be determined according to the shape and the size of the frame, after the support lug is installed on the frame, the installed motorcycle body needs to be repaired, the existing repairing mode is that a frame body is stepped on by feet of an operator, and then burrs are removed, on one hand, the mode is poor in stability, so that the repairing quality is poor, on the other hand, the labor intensity of the operator is high.
Those skilled in the art have therefore endeavored to develop a device that can effectively repair burrs on a vehicle frame.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned defects of the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a device capable of effectively repairing burrs of a vehicle frame.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a device for polishing burrs on a motorcycle frame, which comprises a bottom plate, wherein a mounting plate is arranged on the bottom plate, a first vertical plate is arranged on the mounting plate, a second vertical plate vertical to the first vertical plate is arranged on the first vertical plate, a third screw rod and a fourth guide rod which are parallel to each other are arranged at the bottom of the second vertical plate, the lower end of the third screw rod is connected with an output shaft of a third motor, the third motor is connected with the mounting plate through a third motor mounting seat, and the lower end of the fourth guide rod is connected with the mounting plate;
an adjusting plate is arranged between the mounting plate and the second vertical plate, the adjusting plate is respectively in threaded connection with the third screw and in sliding connection with the fourth guide rod, two second positioning plates which are parallel to each other are arranged at the front end of the adjusting plate, a second rotating rod is arranged between the two second positioning plates, one end of the second rotating rod can rotatably penetrate through the second positioning plates and is connected with an output shaft of a fifth motor, the fifth motor is connected with the second positioning plates, and a first rotary drum with a burr brush is sleeved on the second rotating rod; two first supporting legs and two second supporting legs are arranged on the bottom plate, L-shaped limiting plates are arranged on each first supporting leg and each second supporting leg, and a top plate is arranged above each L-shaped limiting plate; a first adjusting unit is arranged between the two first supporting feet and comprises a first connecting plate, a second guide rod is arranged on the first connecting plate, the lower end of the second guide rod is connected with the first connecting plate, the upper end of the second guide rod movably penetrates through the top plate and is provided with a first limiting block, a first rotating rod is arranged on the first connecting plate, the lower end of the first rotating rod rotatably penetrates through the first connecting plate and is connected with an output shaft of a first motor, the first motor is connected with the bottom of the first connecting plate through a first motor mounting seat, the upper end of the first rotating rod is provided with a first threaded section, the first connecting plate is in threaded connection with the top plate through the first threaded section and penetrates through the top plate to be provided with a second limiting block, the other end of the second limiting block is connected with the upper end of a positioning column, and the lower end of the positioning;
a second adjusting unit with the same structure as the first adjusting unit is arranged between the two second supporting legs; the lower end of the top plate is provided with a jacking piece, a pressing pad made of elastic materials is arranged below the jacking piece, a jacking plate is arranged below the pressing pad, four corners of the jacking plate are respectively in sliding connection with the limiting plates, and the jacking plate jacks upwards through a power source.
Preferably, the two sides of the two second positioning plates are provided with third positioning plates, each third positioning plate is provided with two telescopic rods, each telescopic rod is sleeved with a first return spring, the upper end of each telescopic rod is connected with the fourth positioning plate, each fourth positioning plate is connected with the fifth positioning plate, a third rotating rod is arranged between the fifth positioning plates, one end of the third rotating rod rotatably penetrates through the fifth positioning plate and is connected with an output shaft of a sixth motor, the sixth motor is connected with the fifth positioning plate, the third rotating rod is sleeved with a second rotating cylinder with a burr brush, the second rotating cylinder is located right above the first rotating cylinder and is matched with the first rotating cylinder for use, the upper ends of the two fifth positioning plates are connected through a seventh positioning plate, and the top end of the seventh positioning plate is provided with a handle.
Preferably, the jacking piece comprises a plurality of jacking units, each jacking unit comprises a first pressing plate, a plurality of third guide rods are arranged along the length direction of the first pressing plate, a second return spring is sleeved on each third guide rod, a second pressing plate is arranged above each second return spring, the second pressing plates can slide and are sleeved on each third guide rod, the second pressing plates are located below the top plates, each third guide rod can movably penetrate through the top plates and is connected with the limiting rods, and each jacking unit is arranged at intervals and located between the limiting plates.
Preferably, the pressure pad is made of rubber, four corners of the pressure pad are respectively connected with the limiting plates, and the top of the pressure pad is provided with a plurality of cushion pads with semicircular cross sections.
Preferably, the bottom of the jacking plate is symmetrically provided with two sliding blocks, the bottom of each sliding block is provided with a sliding surface with a high front part and a low back part, each sliding surface is provided with a pushing block matched with the sliding surface, and each pushing block can move back and forth on the sliding surface; the pushing blocks are simultaneously sleeved on the fifth guide rod, two ends of the fifth guide rod are respectively connected with the supporting plates, two ends of each supporting plate are respectively fixed through the first supporting leg and the second supporting leg, a second screw rod with a positive and negative thread section is arranged between the supporting plates, each pushing block is respectively in threaded connection with the positive and negative thread section on the second screw rod, two ends of the second screw rod are respectively connected with the supporting plates, and the extending supporting plate with at least one rotatable end is connected with the power source.
Preferably, the power source is a second motor, and the second motor is connected with the supporting plate through a second motor mounting seat.
Preferably, the first supporting legs and the second supporting legs are connected through second connecting plates respectively, and two sides of the push block are connected with the second connecting plates in a sliding mode respectively.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention can effectively improve the stability so as to improve the repair quality, and on the other hand, effectively reduces the labor intensity of operators.

as shown in fig. 1 to 7, a device for polishing burrs on a motorcycle frame comprises a bottom plate 1, wherein a mounting plate 2 is arranged on the bottom plate 1, a first vertical plate 3 is arranged on the mounting plate 2, a second vertical plate 5 perpendicular to the first vertical plate 3 is arranged on the first vertical plate 3, a third screw 6 and a fourth guide rod 7 which are parallel to each other are arranged at the bottom of the second vertical plate 5, the lower end of the third screw 6 is connected with an output shaft of a third motor 8, the third motor 8 is connected with the mounting plate 2 through a third motor mounting seat 9, and the lower end of the fourth guide rod 7 is connected with the mounting plate 2;
an adjusting plate 10 is arranged between the mounting plate 2 and the second vertical plate 5, the adjusting plate 10 is respectively in threaded connection with the third screw 6 and in sliding connection with the fourth guide rod 7, two second positioning plates 11 which are parallel to each other are arranged at the front end of the adjusting plate 10, a second rotating rod is arranged between the two second positioning plates 11, one end of the second rotating rod can rotatably penetrate through the second positioning plates 11 and is connected with an output shaft of a fifth motor 12, the fifth motor 12 is connected with the second positioning plates 11, and a first rotating cylinder 13 with a burr brush is sleeved on the second rotating rod; two first supporting legs 15 and two second supporting legs 16 are arranged on the bottom plate 1, L-shaped limiting plates 17 are arranged on each first supporting leg 15 and each second supporting leg 16, and a top plate 18 is arranged above each L-shaped limiting plate 17; a first adjusting unit 19 is arranged between the two first supporting legs 15, the first adjusting unit 19 includes a first connecting plate 20, a second guide rod 21 is arranged on the first connecting plate 20, the lower end of the second guide rod 21 is connected with the first connecting plate 20, the upper end of the second guide rod 21 can movably penetrate through the top plate 18 and is provided with a first limiting block 22, a first rotating rod 23 is arranged on the first connecting plate 20, the lower end of the first rotating rod 23 can rotatably penetrate through the first connecting plate 20 and is connected with an output shaft of a first motor 26, the first motor 26 is connected with the bottom of the first connecting plate 20 through a first motor mounting seat, a first thread section 27 is arranged at the upper end of the first rotating rod 23, the first connecting plate 20 is in threaded connection with the top plate 18 through the first thread section 27 and penetrates through the top plate to be provided with a second limiting block 28, the other end of the second limiting block 28 is connected with the upper end of a positioning column 29, and the lower end of the positioning column 29 is connected with the upper end of the first supporting leg 15;
a second adjusting unit with the same structure as the first adjusting unit 19 is arranged between the two second supporting legs 16; the lower end of the top plate 18 is provided with a jacking member 30, a pressure pad 31 made of elastic material is arranged below the jacking member 30, a jacking plate 32 is arranged below the pressure pad 31, four corners of the jacking plate 32 are respectively connected with the limiting plates 17 in a sliding manner, and the jacking plate 32 jacks upwards through a power source 33.
Third positioning plates 35 are arranged on two sides of the two second positioning plates 11, two telescopic rods 36 are arranged on each third positioning plate 35, a first return spring 37 is sleeved on each telescopic rod 36, the upper end of each telescopic rod 36 is connected with a fourth positioning plate 38, each fourth positioning plate 38 is connected with a fifth positioning plate 39, a third rotating rod 50 is arranged between the fifth positioning plates 39, one end of each third rotating rod 50 rotatably penetrates through the fifth positioning plate 39 and is connected with an output shaft of a sixth motor 51, the sixth motor 51 is connected with the fifth positioning plate 39, a second rotating drum 52 with a burr brush is sleeved on the third rotating rod 50, the second rotating drum 52 is positioned right above the first rotating drum 13 and is matched with the first rotating drum 13 for use, and the upper ends of the two fifth positioning plates 39 are connected through a seventh positioning plate 53, the top end of the seventh positioning plate 53 is provided with a handle 55.
The ejector 30 comprises a plurality of ejector units 56, each ejector unit 56 comprises a first pressing plate 57, a plurality of third guide rods 58 are arranged along the length direction of the first pressing plate 57, each third guide rod 58 is sleeved with a second return spring 59, a second pressing plate 60 is arranged above each second return spring 59, the second pressing plates 60 can slide and are sleeved on the third guide rods 58, the second pressing plates 60 are located below the top plate 18, each third guide rod 58 can movably penetrate through the top plate 18 and is connected with a limiting rod 61, and each ejector unit 56 is arranged at intervals and located between the limiting plates 17.
The pressure pad 31 is made of rubber, four corners of the pressure pad 31 are respectively connected with the limiting plates 17, and the top of the pressure pad 31 is provided with a plurality of cushion pads 62 with semicircular cross sections.
The bottom of the top plate 32 is symmetrically provided with two sliding blocks 63, the bottom of each sliding block 63 is provided with a sliding surface 65 with a high front part and a low back part, each sliding surface 65 is provided with a pushing block 66 matched with the sliding surface 65, and each pushing block 66 can reciprocate on the sliding surface 65; the pushing blocks 66 are simultaneously sleeved on a fifth guide rod 67, two ends of the fifth guide rod 67 are respectively connected with the supporting plates 68, two ends of each supporting plate 68 are respectively fixed through a first supporting leg 15 and a second supporting leg 16, a second screw 69 with a positive and negative threaded section is arranged between the supporting plates 68, each pushing block 66 is respectively in threaded connection with the positive and negative threaded section on the second screw 69, two ends of the second screw 69 are respectively connected with the supporting plates 68, and at least one end of the rotatable extending part of the second screw 68 is connected with the power source 33.
The power source 33 is a second motor, and the second motor is connected to the support plate 68 through a second motor mounting seat 70.
The first supporting leg 15 and the second supporting leg 16 are connected by a second connecting plate 71, and two sides of the push block 66 are slidably connected with the second connecting plates 71.
When the frame polishing device is used, firstly, a frame body is placed on the pressure pad 31, the first motor 21 drives the top plate 18 to move downwards, the frame body is extruded downwards through the jacking units 56 on the jacking members 30, after any jacking unit 56 is contacted with the frame body, the second return spring 39 is extruded, other jacking units 56 continue to move downwards until the position of contact with the frame body is reached, the pressure pad 31 generates certain deformation, the two pushing blocks 66 move towards opposite directions by starting the power source 33 so as to jack the jacking plates 30 upwards to support the pressure pad 31, the frame body is matched with the jacking members 30 through the pressure pad 31 to be positioned, and then the frame body is polished through the first rotary drum 13 and the second rotary drum.
