本发明公开了一种含有干细胞生长因子与植物提取物的生发液及其使用方法,生发液包括周次喷涂液、夜晚喷涂液和白天喷涂液;周次喷涂液由等量的生物活化液和细胞修复因子液组成。其使用方法为:清洗干净头皮后,将周次喷涂液均匀涂抹到相应作用部位,使用完周次喷涂液的第二天晚上将头皮清洗干净,使用夜晚喷涂液在作用部位涂抹均匀;第三天早上使用白天喷涂液在作用部位涂抹均匀,当天晚上将白天喷涂液清洗干净,再喷涂夜晚喷涂液并涂抹均匀,循环使用一周后循环以上步骤。本发明通过循环使用周次喷涂液、白天喷涂液、夜晚喷涂液,以激活毛囊细胞、修复表皮细胞、促进细胞分裂的步骤刺激活化脱发部位处于休眠态的干细胞,达到毛发再生的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及生发技术领域,特别是涉及一种含有干细胞生长因子与植物提取物的生发液及其使用方法。
背景技术
秃顶是当代人老化的外观征兆,出现秃发的朋友往往令人感觉比实际年龄显老十岁以上,外观形象严重影响生活质量,甚至影响就业。
秃发的治疗属于医学美容中的一个重要项目,以现行皮肤科对于雄性秃Androgenetic Alopecia AGA的治疗尚停留在口服柔沛Propecia及外用涂抹的落健及米洛地尔为主,针对引发雄性秃的转化酶-五甲还原酶(5a R)甲乙阻断解体作用,扩张毛囊微细血管,使血液中的营养素更顺畅的输送到毛囊、改善毛囊生长条件。
目前的药物治疗只能起到局部短暂的作用,并未从根源着手以彻底解决雄性秃发,并且患者还要承受药物所带来的副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种含有干细胞生长因子与植物提取物的生发液及其使用方法,通过循环使用所述周次喷涂液、白天喷涂液以及夜晚喷涂液,以激活毛囊细胞、修复表皮细胞、促进细胞分裂的步骤刺激活化脱发部位处于休眠状态的干细胞,达到毛发再生的目的。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:含有干细胞生长因子与植物提取物的生发液,它由周次喷涂液、夜晚喷涂液和白天喷涂液三种组合而成;
所述周次喷涂液由等量的生物活化液和细胞修复因子液组成,所述生物活化液由以下质量份的原料组成:水800~1000份、维生素15~30份、丙三醇50~150份、植物提取液10~80份,通过调理天然植物提取物中的活性成分,能够有效平衡毛囊周围皮脂腺的油脂分泌,增强毛囊基底毛细血管的流动性,促进头皮血液循环,为毛囊发育、头发生长补充营养,且天然植物小分子还能促进毛囊干细胞的分裂增殖,再生因子的分泌,有效延长头发的生长期、缩短退行期和休止期。
所述细胞修复因子液由以下质量份的原料组成:复方细胞修复因子0.5~2份、甘露醇10~30份、无机盐5~30份、人血白蛋白0.1~0.3份;细胞修复因子液富含多种生长因子,作用于头皮部位后,能够修复受损毛囊,激活毛囊干细胞,平衡毛囊微环境,恢复生发正常生长周期。
所述夜晚喷涂液由以下质量份的原料组成:复合氨基酸20~70份、乙醇3~10份、丙二醇3~8份、甘油4~12份、双蒸水800~1000份、植物提取液5~80份,合成组织蛋白质,平衡油脂代谢,调节表皮细胞生长微环境;
所述白天喷涂液由以下质量份的原料组成:碘2~5份、碘化钠5~10份、乙醇1~3份、双蒸水50~150份,白天喷涂液能够促进生长发育,通过甲状腺素促进头发中的蛋白质合成,维护中枢神经系统的正常结构。
所述的植物提取液为芦荟提取液,TGB-b是引发秃发、脱发的分子机理,以天然植物成分阻断五甲还原酶,能够确保长期阻断TGB-b的效果,芦荟中的芦荟酊具有很强的抗菌性,能够杀灭细菌、病毒等病菌,抑制和消灭病原体的发育繁殖,芦荟大黄素等属蒽醌甙物质能使头发柔软而有光泽、轻松舒爽,且具有去头屑的作用,有效维护头发生长环境,芦荟中的抗炎成分能够有效治疗毛囊炎症,增加干细胞激活效果并使发腺后退问题开始逆转。
所述的植物提取液为首乌提取液,能够活化毛囊细胞,促进细胞生长分裂,直接作用于表皮改善微循环和头皮营养环境,对脱发压制和生发都具有较好的效果。
所述的复方细胞修复因子由以下质量份的原料组成:EGF 40~80%、KGF 10~40%、FGF 5~30%,EGF(表皮细胞生长因子)能够促进细胞的增殖分化,从而以新生的细胞代替衰老和死亡的细胞;KGF(角质细胞生长因子)能刺激上皮细胞增殖和基底角质形成细胞用于创伤愈合,并刺激毛囊产生和皮肤创伤的痊愈;在头发的根部存在一种负责制造“FGF”蛋白质的基因,当该基因数量减少,功能降低,黑素细胞就会减少,同时抑制毛发细胞自杀行为的能力也会减弱,将FGF(成纤维细胞生长因子)导入头皮下,深层修复头发根部。
所述的复合氨基酸包括苯丙氨酸、精氨酸、赖氨酸、胱氨酸、丝氨酸,构成所需蛋白质。
所述的含有干细胞生长因子与植物提取物的生发液使用方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将等量的所述生物活化液和细胞修复因子液混合均匀得到周次喷涂液;
S2:将头皮清洗干净,用滚针在作用部位以自己能承受的压力滚动5~10次,然后将周次喷涂液用手或者棉签均匀涂抹到相应作用部位,再用滚针滚动5~10次,有效将细胞修复因子导入头皮下,激活毛囊中的黑色素及毛囊干细胞进而减少脱发,并有效启动毛囊快速进入生长期,恢复正常生发及黑色素转化能力;
S3:使用完周次喷涂液的第二天晚上将头皮清洗干净,使用所述夜晚喷涂液在作用部位喷2~4下,并涂抹均匀,需要注意的是使用夜晚喷涂液时必须将所述白天喷涂液清洗干净,避免降低生发效果;
S4:第三天早上开始使用所述白天喷涂液在作用部位喷2~4次,并涂抹均匀,需要注意的是,使用白天喷涂液时不必将夜晚喷涂液清洗干净,使夜晚喷涂液中的营养成分继续作用,当天晚上将所述白天喷涂液清洗干净,再喷涂所述夜晚喷涂液并涂抹均匀,循环使用一周;
S5:循环步骤S1~S4。
本发明的有益效果是:通过循环使用所述周次喷涂液、白天喷涂液以及夜晚喷涂液,以激活毛囊细胞、修复表皮细胞、促进细胞分裂的步骤刺激脱发部位生成新的干细胞,达到毛发再生的目的。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有付出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
对比例
柳屋生发液并按照其使用方法使用。
实施例一
配置生物活化液:水800份、维生素15份、丙三醇50份、芦荟提取液10份;
配置细胞修复因子液:复方细胞修复因子0.5份、甘露醇10份、无机盐5份、人血白蛋白0.1份,复方细胞修复因子包括EGF 60%、KGF 10%、FGF 30%;
配置夜晚喷涂液:复合氨基酸20份、乙醇3份、丙二醇3份、甘油4份、双蒸水800份、芦荟提取液5份;
配置白天喷涂液:碘2份、碘化钠5份、乙醇1份、双蒸水50份;
S1:将等量的生物活化液和细胞修复因子液混合均匀得到周次喷涂液;
S2:将头皮清洗干净,用滚针在作用部位以自己能承受的压力滚动5次,然后将周次喷涂液用手或者棉签均匀涂抹到相应作用部位,再用滚针滚动5次;
S3:使用完周次喷涂液的第二天晚上将头皮清洗干净,使用所述夜晚喷涂液在作用部位喷2下,并涂抹均匀;
S4:第三天早上开始使用所述白天喷涂液在作用部位喷2次,并涂抹均匀,当天晚上将所述白天喷涂液清洗干净,再喷涂所述夜晚喷涂液并涂抹均匀,循环使用一周;
S5:循环步骤S1~S4。
实施例二
配置生物活化液:水850份、维生素20份、丙三醇80份、首乌提取液20份;
配置细胞修复因子液:复方细胞修复因子0.8份、甘露醇15份、无机盐10份、人血白蛋白0.15份,复方细胞修复因子包括EGF 40%、KGF 40%、FGF 20%;
配置夜晚喷涂液:复合氨基酸30份、乙醇5份、丙二醇5份、甘油6份、双蒸水850份、首乌提取液15份;
配置白天喷涂液:碘3份、碘化钠6份、乙醇1.5份、双蒸水70份;
S1:将等量的生物活化液和细胞修复因子液混合均匀得到周次喷涂液;
S2:将头皮清洗干净,用滚针在作用部位以自己能承受的压力滚动8次,然后将周次喷涂液用手或者棉签均匀涂抹到相应作用部位,再用滚针滚动8次;
S3:使用完周次喷涂液的第二天晚上将头皮清洗干净,使用所述夜晚喷涂液在作用部位喷3下,并涂抹均匀;
S4:第三天早上开始使用所述白天喷涂液在作用部位喷3次,并涂抹均匀,当天晚上将所述白天喷涂液清洗干净,再喷涂所述夜晚喷涂液并涂抹均匀,循环使用一周;
S5:循环步骤S1~S4。
实施例三
配置生物活化液:水900份、维生素25份、丙三醇100份、芦荟提取液30份;
配置细胞修复因子液:复方细胞修复因子1份、甘露醇20份、无机盐15份、人血白蛋白0.2份,复方细胞修复因子包括EGF 40%、KGF 40%、FGF 20%;
配置夜晚喷涂液:复合氨基酸40份、乙醇6份、丙二醇7份、甘油8份、双蒸水900份、芦荟提取液30份;
配置白天喷涂液:碘4份、碘化钠7份、乙醇2份、双蒸水90份;
S1:将等量的生物活化液和细胞修复因子液混合均匀得到周次喷涂液;
S2:将头皮清洗干净,用滚针在作用部位以自己能承受的压力滚动10次,然后将周次喷涂液用手或者棉签均匀涂抹到相应作用部位,再用滚针滚动9次;
S3:使用完周次喷涂液的第二天晚上将头皮清洗干净,使用所述夜晚喷涂液在作用部位喷3下,并涂抹均匀;
S4:第三天早上开始使用所述白天喷涂液在作用部位喷4次,并涂抹均匀,当天晚上将所述白天喷涂液清洗干净,再喷涂所述夜晚喷涂液并涂抹均匀,循环使用一周;
S5:循环步骤S1~S4。
实施例四
配置生物活化液:水950份、维生素25份、丙三醇130份、首乌提取液50份;
配置细胞修复因子液:复方细胞修复因子1.5份、甘露醇25份、无机盐25份、人血白蛋白0.25份,复方细胞修复因子包括EGF 80%、KGF 15%、FGF 5%;
配置夜晚喷涂液:复合氨基酸60份、乙醇8份、丙二醇7份、甘油11份、双蒸水900份、首乌提取液50份;
配置白天喷涂液:碘4份、碘化钠9份、乙醇2份、双蒸水120份;
S1:将等量的生物活化液和细胞修复因子液混合均匀得到周次喷涂液;
S2:将头皮清洗干净,用滚针在作用部位以自己能承受的压力滚动9次,然后将周次喷涂液用手或者棉签均匀涂抹到相应作用部位,再用滚针滚动10次;
S3:使用完周次喷涂液的第二天晚上将头皮清洗干净,使用所述夜晚喷涂液在作用部位喷4下,并涂抹均匀;
S4:第三天早上开始使用所述白天喷涂液在作用部位喷3次,并涂抹均匀,当天晚上将所述白天喷涂液清洗干净,再喷涂所述夜晚喷涂液并涂抹均匀,循环使用一周。
实施例五
配置生物活化液:水1000份、维生素30份、丙三醇150份、芦荟提取液80份;
配置细胞修复因子液:复方细胞修复因子2份、甘露醇30份、无机盐30份、人血白蛋白0.3份,复方细胞修复因子包括EGF 80%、KGF 15%、FGF 5%;
配置夜晚喷涂液:复合氨基酸70份、乙醇10份、丙二醇8份、甘油12份、双蒸水1000份、芦荟提取液80份;
配置白天喷涂液:碘5份、碘化钠10份、乙醇3份、双蒸水150份;
S1:将等量的生物活化液和细胞修复因子液混合均匀得到周次喷涂液;
S2:将头皮清洗干净,用滚针在作用部位以自己能承受的压力滚动10次,然后将周次喷涂液用手或者棉签均匀涂抹到相应作用部位,再用滚针滚动10次;
S3:使用完周次喷涂液的第二天晚上将头皮清洗干净,使用所述夜晚喷涂液在作用部位喷4下,并涂抹均匀;
S4:第三天早上开始使用所述白天喷涂液在作用部位喷4次,并涂抹均匀,当天晚上将所述白天喷涂液清洗干净,再喷涂所述夜晚喷涂液并涂抹均匀,循环使用一周。

由表可知,五组实施例患者在治疗过程中均未见不良反应,并在治疗前、治疗结束时查血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能均未发现异常,表明无其他副作用,相较于对比例,具有明显的治疗效果。

Claims (6)
1.含有干细胞生长因子与植物提取物的生发液,其特征在于,它由周次喷涂液、夜晚喷涂液和白天喷涂液三种组合而成;
所述周次喷涂液由等量的生物活化液和细胞修复因子液组成,所述生物活化液由以下质量份的原料组成:水800~1000份、维生素15~30份、丙三醇50~150份、植物提取液10~80份,所述细胞修复因子液由以下质量份的原料组成:复方细胞修复因子0.5~2份、甘露醇10~30份、无机盐5~30份、人血白蛋白0.1~0.3份;
所述夜晚喷涂液由以下质量份的原料组成:复合氨基酸20~70份、乙醇3~10份、丙二醇3~8份、甘油4~12份、双蒸水800~1000份、植物提取液5~80份;
所述白天喷涂液由以下质量份的原料组成:碘2~5份、碘化钠5~10份、乙醇1~3份、双蒸水50~150份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有干细胞生长因子与植物提取物的生发液,其特征在于:所述的植物提取液为芦荟提取液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有干细胞生长因子与植物提取物的生发液,其特征在于:所述的植物提取液为首乌提取液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有干细胞生长因子与植物提取物的生发液,其特征在于,所述的复方细胞修复因子由以下质量份的原料组成:EGF 40~80%、KGF 10~40%、FGF 5~30%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有干细胞生长因子与植物提取物的生发液,其特征在于:所述的复合氨基酸包括苯丙氨酸、精氨酸、赖氨酸、胱氨酸、丝氨酸。
6.根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的含有干细胞生长因子与植物提取物的生发液的使用方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:将等量的所述生物活化液和细胞修复因子液混合均匀得到周次喷涂液;
S2:将头皮清洗干净,用滚针在作用部位以自己能承受的压力滚动5~10次,然后将周次喷涂液用手或者棉签均匀涂抹到相应作用部位,再用滚针滚动5~10次;
S3:使用完周次喷涂液的第二天晚上将头皮清洗干净,使用所述夜晚喷涂液在作用部位喷2~4下,并涂抹均匀;
S4:第三天早上开始使用所述白天喷涂液在作用部位喷2~4次,并涂抹均匀,当天晚上将所述白天喷涂液清洗干净,再喷涂所述夜晚喷涂液并涂抹均匀,循环使用一周;
S5:循环步骤S1~S4。
