Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. The components of embodiments of the present invention generally described and illustrated in the figures herein may be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations.
Thus, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention, as disclosed in the accompanying drawings, is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment discloses a pedicle screw placing 120 device. The device of the embodiment can perform high-stability nail 120 placing operation at the position of the pedicle to-be-nailed part filled with bone cement.
Referring to fig. 1, the device of the present embodiment includes a nail sleeve 110 and a nail placing 120 matched with the nail sleeve 110.
The sleeve 110 has a central bore therethrough with internal threads for threaded engagement with the pin 120. Meanwhile, the middle hole is provided with a discharge groove 112 in the length direction for discharging the bone cement when the screw 120 is screwed into the middle hole. The lower portion of the tack sleeve 110 is bifurcated into two bulges 131. Each expansion 131 has a threaded blade.
Then, the nail sleeve 110 of the embodiment can be screwed into the bone cement at the position of the nail 120 to be placed by the medical staff through the downward force application knob; meanwhile, the helical blade 111 can generate acting force along the length direction of the nail sleeve 110 in the rotating process, so that the nail sleeve 110 can be screwed into the unset bone cement at the position of the nail 120 to be placed more quickly and more easily.
The nail 120 of this embodiment has an external thread 121 that mates with the internal threaded surface. A nail plate 122 for completely covering the nail 120 after the nail 120 is completely inserted is fixed on the head of the nail 120
Through the scheme, the embodiment provides a nail placing 120 operation method using the pedicle nail placing 120 device, and specifically, bone cement is poured into the part to be provided with the nail 120; when the bone cement is not solidified completely, namely the bone cement is in a plastic shape, the nail sleeve 110 can be screwed into the bone cement by referring to the cohesive soil with the consistency index of 0 to 1 in the plastic shape; waiting for the bone cement to substantially set after the nail sleeve 110 has been screwed into the bone cement to remove a substantial portion of the bone cement that has entered the central hole. When the cement is nearly solidified, the screw 120 is screwed into the screw sleeve 110 through the matching of the external thread 121 and the internal thread. The nail 120 entering the nail sleeve 110 will on the one hand press the residual bone cement into the discharge chute 112 and on the other hand expand the two expansion parts 131 a certain distance towards each other, resulting in a higher fixation between the nail sleeve 110 and the bone cement. After the screw 120 is screwed into the bone cement, connection to the remaining interventional instruments may be achieved through the nail plate 122.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, a hollowed-out expansion cover 132 is disposed at the lower portion of the nail sleeve 110, and the expansion cover 132 is used to limit the two expansion parts 131 together, so as to prevent the expansion parts 131 from being displaced due to the extrusion of the helical blade 111 caused by the high degree of cement solidification. The lower part of the nail 120 is provided with a tip, so that the nail 120 can push the expansion cover 132 downwards through the tip after being screwed into the nail sleeve 110, and the expansion part 131 can be relatively deflected.
Referring to fig. 3, the nail plate 122 of the present embodiment can realize operations such as positioning and screwing in the nail 120 through a linear traction mechanism and a universal positioner.
The universal positioning mechanism is used for being fixed with the operating table, and the linear traction mechanism is adjusted to correspond to the operation position of the nail placement position. The linear traction mechanism is used to correct the surgical position of the staple 120 and to screw the staple 120 into the staple housing 110 without deviation.
The universal positioning mechanism comprises a clamp, the clamp comprises an upper clamp plate 200 and a lower clamp plate 300, and the upper clamp plate 200 and the lower clamp plate 300 are controlled to be closed or separated through a screw rod. The upper clamp plate 200 is fixed with a first universal shaft 410, the first universal shaft 410 is connected with a second universal shaft 420, and the second universal shaft 420 is connected with a linear traction mechanism.
Through the scheme, the universal positioning mechanism of the embodiment can adjust the operation position of the linear traction mechanism, and the precision of the nail 120 placing operation is improved in a mechanized mode.
The linear traction mechanism comprises a fixing plate 510 fixed with the second universal shaft 420 through bolts, the fixing plate 510 is provided with two fixing blocks 520 which are spaced and opposite to each other, the middle parts of the opposite side surfaces of the two fixing blocks 520 are provided with sliding grooves 521, and the upper parts and the lower parts of the fixing blocks 520 are provided with fixing grooves 522 which penetrate through the sliding grooves 521.
The linear traction mechanism further comprises a sliding block, and two ends of the sliding block are respectively erected on the two sliding grooves 521 and can slide in the sliding grooves 521.
In this embodiment, the slider can be fixed to the fixing block 520 by the fixing grooves 522 and the sliding grooves 521 formed at the upper and lower portions of the bolt fixing block 520. Then, in this embodiment, after the sliding block reaches the preset operation position, the fixing block 520 and the sliding block are fixed by the bolt.
Furthermore, the middle part of the sliding block is fixed with an installation part with an installation groove in the middle part, and a linear spring is installed in the installation groove. The linear spring endotheca of this embodiment is equipped with bull stick 530, and there is the rotation of one end of bull stick 530 to hold for make medical personnel can hold and the application of force, and the other end has rectangular connecting block 531, is used for having the spread groove 532 on nail dish 122 upper portion to peg graft.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
