Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the dial switch 16 includes a dial 161 and a fourth gear 162 coaxially disposed, and the diameter of the dial 161 is larger than that of the fourth gear 162. As shown in fig. 10, the rotary lock tooth 14 includes a fifth gear 142 and a locking plate 141 coaxially disposed, the fifth gear 142 having a diameter smaller than that of the locking plate 141, arc-shaped tooth segments 143 being provided on a side wall of the locking plate 141, the number of arc-shaped tooth segments 143 being one or more, and when the number of arc-shaped tooth segments 143 is plural, the plurality of arc-shaped tooth segments 143 being disposed on a side wall thereof at intervals in a circumferential direction of the locking plate 141. The dial switch 16 and the rotary lock tooth 14 are both rotatably connected in the accommodating hole of the first extension member 1, and the fourth gear 162 and the fifth gear 142 are engaged. The rotation of the toggle disc 161 can drive the fourth gear 162 to rotate, so as to drive the fifth gear 142 meshed with the fourth gear 162 to rotate, and when the fifth gear 142 rotates, the locking disc 141 can synchronously rotate, so that the arc-shaped gear tooth segment 143 is meshed with or separated from the rack 15 arranged on one side of the rotary lock tooth 14. In order to facilitate the user to rotate the wheel switch 16, a switch slot is provided in the side wall of the first elongate member 1 and a portion of the structure of the dial 161 protrudes out of the switch slot to the outside of the first elongate member 1. Of course, the anti-skid patterns or the rubber sleeves can be used simultaneously, the anti-skid patterns are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the poking disc 161, and a section of rubber sleeve is arranged between two adjacent sections of anti-skid patterns, so that the anti-skid patterns and the rubber sleeves are respectively utilized to represent different states of the locking disc 141 and the rack 15.
When the rack 15 is separated from the locking plate 141, in order to facilitate the user to drive the rack 15 to move up and down, thereby changing the included angle between the first extension member 1 and the second extension member 2, a sliding groove is provided on the side wall of the first extension member 1 opposite to the rack 15, the sliding groove extends along the axial direction of the first extension member 1, a sliding block 17 is provided on the rack 15, the sliding block 17 protrudes out of the sliding groove to the external setting of the first extension member 1, and the user can drive the rack 15 to move up and down along the extending direction of the sliding groove by pulling the sliding block 17. Of course, in other embodiments, the rack 15 may be disposed to protrude from the closed end of the first elongate member 1, and the rack 15 may be moved up and down by pulling the protruding portion of the rack 15. Of course, in other embodiments, instead of providing a separate thumb wheel switch 16, a part of the structure of the rotary lock tooth 14 may be disposed outside the first extension member 1, or a knob may be disposed in the axial direction of the rotary lock tooth 14, so that the arcuate gear tooth segment 143 and the rack 15 may be engaged or disengaged by directly driving the rotary lock tooth 14 or rotating the knob, but the experience of the user is low and the rotary lock tooth 14 is prone to wear.

The end of the second extension piece 2, which is far away from the first extension piece 1, is provided with a clamping groove, the clamping plate 220 is provided with a clamping protrusion, and after the end of the second extension piece 2, which is far away from the first extension piece 1, enters the clamping spring tube 210, the clamping groove and the clamping protrusion are clamped so as to clamp the second extension piece 2. When the stapler is used for carrying out a purse-string operation, the flexibility is high, the operation angle and the position are convenient to control, end-to-end anastomosis, end-to-side anastomosis and side-to-side anastomosis can be realized, the operation effect is good, and the operation efficiency is high.
Example III
The present embodiment provides an auxiliary device 100 for a stapler, as shown in fig. 11 to 13, the auxiliary device 100 comprises a first extension member 1, a second extension member 2 and a locking assembly, wherein one end of the first extension member 1 is rotatably connected with one end of the second extension member 2, and the rotation axis of the rotation of the one end of the first extension member 1 and the second extension member 2 is perpendicular to the plane of the first extension member 1 and the second extension member 2. The locking assembly can be configured to a first position in which the first and second elongate members 1, 2 are in a rotated state and a second position in which the first and second elongate members 1, 2 are in a fixed state.
The present embodiment is largely identical to the auxiliary device 100 of the second embodiment in that, instead of rotating the lock tooth 14, a worm assembly 18 is provided between the dial switch 16 and the rack 15, and as shown in fig. 14, the worm assembly 18 includes a sixth gear 181 and a worm gear lever 182 coaxially provided, the sixth gear 181 being engaged with the fourth gear 162, and the worm gear lever 182 being engaged with the rack 15. When the turbo lever 182 is rotated, the rack 15 can be moved up and down, and the direction of rotation of the turbo lever 182 determines the direction of movement of the rack 15, for example, when the turbo lever 182 is rotated forward, the rack 15 is moved downward, and when the turbo lever 182 is rotated in reverse, the rack 15 is moved upward, or when the turbo lever 182 is rotated forward, the rack 15 is moved upward, and when the turbo lever 182 is rotated in reverse, the rack 15 is moved downward. The rack 15 moves up and down to drive the third gear 13 meshed with the rack 15 to rotate, so as to change the included angle between the first extension piece 1 and the second extension piece 2. When the included angle between the first extension piece 1 and the second extension piece 2 is adjusted to a preset angle, the rotation of the wheel-pulling switch 16 can be stopped, so that the turbine rod 182 stops rotating, and at the moment, self-locking can be realized because the turbine rod 182 and the rack 15 are in a meshed state, and the included angle between the first extension piece 1 and the second extension piece 2 cannot be changed any more.
The present embodiment also provides an anastomat, which comprises a nail seat 200 and the auxiliary device 100, wherein the nail seat 200 is detachably connected with one end of the second extension piece 2 far away from the first extension piece 1. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, a snap spring tube 210 is disposed on the nail seat 200, and two snap spring sheets 220 are disposed on the snap spring tube 210, where the two snap spring sheets 220 are symmetrically disposed on the tube wall of the snap spring tube 210 about the central axis of the snap spring tube 210. The end of the second extension piece 2, which is far away from the first extension piece 1, is provided with a clamping groove, the clamping plate 220 is provided with a clamping protrusion, and after the end of the second extension piece 2, which is far away from the first extension piece 1, enters the clamping spring tube 210, the clamping groove and the clamping protrusion are clamped so as to clamp the second extension piece 2. When the stapler is used for carrying out a purse-string operation, the flexibility is high, the operation angle and the position are convenient to control, end-to-end anastomosis, end-to-side anastomosis and side-to-side anastomosis can be realized, the operation effect is good, and the operation efficiency is high.
Example IV
The present embodiment provides an auxiliary device 100 for a stapler, as shown in fig. 15 to 17, the auxiliary device 100 comprises a first extension member 1, a second extension member 2 and a locking assembly, wherein one end of the first extension member 1 is rotatably connected with one end of the second extension member 2, and the rotation axis of the rotation of the one end of the first extension member 1 and the second extension member 2 is perpendicular to the plane of the first extension member 1 and the second extension member 2. The locking assembly can be configured to a first position in which the first and second elongate members 1, 2 are in a rotated state and a second position in which the first and second elongate members 1, 2 are in a fixed state.
In this embodiment, the first extension 1 and the second extension 2 are no longer rotated by the gear assembly, but are rotated directly by the shaft. Specifically, as shown in fig. 16, a rotation groove 19 is formed at the bottom end of the first extension member 1, the rotation groove 19 is formed penetrating through the bottom ends of the first extension member 1 and the second extension member, and rotation shaft holes are formed at both side walls of the rotation groove 19. As shown in fig. 17, the second extension member 2 is provided with a turntable 21, the turntable 21 has a circular structure, the middle part of the turntable 21 is provided with a rotation shaft hole, the turntable 21 is located in the rotation groove 19, and the rotation shaft penetrates through the rotation shaft holes formed on the side walls of the first extension member 1 and the rotation groove 19 to rotationally connect the first extension member 1 and the second extension member 2.
Further, in the present embodiment, the locking assembly includes a plurality of bosses 22 disposed along the circumference of the turntable 21 and ribs 20 disposed on the sidewalls of the rotating groove 19, and the ribs 20 may be disposed on one of the sidewalls of the rotating groove 19 or on both sidewalls, which is not particularly limited herein. The height of the bosses 22 is not too high so that the ribs 20 can be configured to snap between two adjacent bosses 22 or slide over the bosses 22 under external forces. The number of the ribs 20 is not limited, and may be one or two, the number of the bosses 22 is not limited, and the rotation accuracy of the auxiliary device 100 is set according to the user, and when the number of the bosses 22 is n, the rotation angle is 360 °/n each time. In addition, in order to facilitate the angle adjustment of the first extension piece 1, a groove which is convenient for the user to hold is further arranged in the middle of the first extension piece 1.
The present embodiment also provides an anastomat, which comprises a nail seat 200 and the auxiliary device 100, wherein the nail seat 200 is detachably connected with one end of the second extension piece 2 far away from the first extension piece 1. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, a snap spring tube 210 is disposed on the nail seat 200, and two snap spring sheets 220 are disposed on the snap spring tube 210, where the two snap spring sheets 220 are symmetrically disposed on the tube wall of the snap spring tube 210 about the central axis of the snap spring tube 210. The end of the second extension piece 2, which is far away from the first extension piece 1, is provided with a clamping groove, the clamping plate 220 is provided with a clamping protrusion, and after the end of the second extension piece 2, which is far away from the first extension piece 1, enters the clamping spring tube 210, the clamping groove and the clamping protrusion are clamped so as to clamp the second extension piece 2. When the stapler is used for carrying out a purse-string operation, the flexibility is high, the operation angle and the position are convenient to control, end-to-end anastomosis, end-to-side anastomosis and side-to-side anastomosis can be realized, the operation effect is good, and the operation efficiency is high.

Claims (17)

1. An auxiliary device for a stapler, characterized by comprising a first extension (1), a second extension (2) and a locking assembly;
one end of the first extension piece (1) is rotationally connected with one end of the second extension piece (2);
the locking assembly is configured to have a first position in which the first and second elongate members (1, 2) are in a rotatable state and a second position in which the first and second elongate members (1, 2) are in a fixed state;
one end of the first extension piece (1) is rotatably provided with a first gear (4), one end of the second extension piece (2) is fixedly connected with a second gear (3), the second gear (3) is rotatably arranged at one end of the first extension piece (1), and the first gear (4) is meshed with the second gear (3);
the locking assembly comprises a first locking gear (7), a second locking gear (8) and a locking driving mechanism, the second locking gear (8) is arranged on the second extension piece (2), and the first locking gear (7) is meshed with or separated from the second locking gear (8) under the action of the locking driving mechanism;
the locking driving mechanism comprises a pressing rod (6), an elastic body (9), an elastic lock hook (10) and an unlocking part, wherein the pressing rod (6) is positioned inside the first extension piece (1), the first lock gear (7) is arranged on the pressing rod (6), and the pressing rod (6) is configured to be capable of moving along the axial direction of the first extension piece (1) so as to enable the first lock gear (7) to be meshed with or separated from the second lock gear (8);
one end of the elastic lock hook (10) is connected with the pressing rod (6), and the other end of the elastic lock hook is provided with a clamping hook which is configured to be clamped with a clamping groove on the first extension piece (1);
the unlocking component can drive the clamping hook to be separated from the clamping groove;
the elastic body (9) is sleeved on the pressing rod (6) and is used for providing power for the separation of the first lock gear (7) and the second lock gear (8).
2. The auxiliary device for a stapler according to claim 1, wherein,
the unlocking component comprises an elastic unlocking button (11), the elastic unlocking button (11) is arranged outside the first extension piece (1), one end of the elastic unlocking button (11) is connected with the first extension piece (1), the other end of the elastic unlocking button is provided with an unlocking block, the unlocking block is opposite to the clamping groove, and the unlocking block is configured to drive the clamping hook to separate from the clamping groove.
3. The auxiliary device for a stapler according to claim 1, further comprising:
the pressing elastic element (5), the pressing elastic element (5) is located above the first gear (4), one end of the pressing elastic element (5) is fixed on the first extension piece (1), and the other end of the pressing elastic element is abutted with the first gear (4).
4. The auxiliary device for a stapler according to claim 1, further comprising:
the third gear (13) is rotationally connected to the first extension piece (1), the third gear (13) is in transmission connection with the first gear (4), the third gear (13) is meshed with the rack (15), and the rack (15) is configured to be capable of moving along the axis direction of the first extension piece (1).

the locking assembly comprises a rotary lock tooth (14), wherein the rotary lock tooth (14) is provided with an arc-shaped gear tooth segment (143) along the circumferential direction, and the arc-shaped gear tooth segment (143) is configured to be selectively meshed with or separated from the rack (15).

the wheel-pulling switch (16), the wheel-pulling switch (16) is rotationally connected in the first extension piece (1), and part of the structure protrudes the switch groove on the first extension piece (1), and the wheel-pulling switch (16) is in transmission connection with the rotary lock teeth (14) and is used for driving the rotary lock teeth (14) to rotate.
7. The auxiliary device for a stapler according to claim 6, wherein,
the dial wheel switch (16) comprises a dial disc (161) and a fourth gear (162) which are coaxially arranged, the diameter of the dial disc (161) is larger than that of the fourth gear (162), the dial disc (161) protrudes out of the switch groove, and the fourth gear (162) is in transmission connection with the rotary lock teeth (14).
8. The auxiliary device for a stapler according to claim 7, wherein,
an anti-slip structure is arranged on the side wall of the poking disc (161).
9. The auxiliary device for a stapler according to claim 8, wherein,
the anti-skid structure comprises a rubber sleeve and anti-skid patterns, the rubber sleeve and the anti-skid patterns are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the side wall of the poking disc (161), one of the rubber sleeve and the anti-skid patterns is configured to be meshed with the rack (15) corresponding to the arc gear tooth section (143), and the other is configured to be separated from the rack (15) corresponding to the arc gear tooth section (143).
10. The auxiliary device for a stapler according to claim 7, wherein,
the rotary lock tooth (14) comprises a fifth gear (142) and a locking disc (141) which are coaxially arranged, the fifth gear (142) is meshed with the fourth gear (162), and the arc-shaped gear tooth segment (143) is arranged on the locking disc (141).
11. The auxiliary device for a stapler according to claim 4, wherein,
the locking assembly comprises a worm assembly (18), the worm assembly (18) is rotatably connected in the first extension piece (1) and meshed with the rack (15), the worm assembly (18) is configured to drive the rack (15) to move along the axis direction of the first extension piece (1), and the worm assembly (18) and the rack (15) can be self-locked.
12. The accessory device for a stapler of claim 11, wherein the locking assembly further comprises:
the wheel-pulling switch (16), the wheel-pulling switch (16) is rotationally connected in the first extension piece (1), and part of the structure protrudes the switch groove on the first extension piece (1), and the wheel-pulling switch (16) is in transmission connection with the worm assembly (18) and is used for driving the worm assembly (18) to rotate.

the dial wheel switch (16) comprises a dial disc (161) and a fourth gear (162) which are coaxially arranged, the diameter of the dial disc (161) is larger than that of the fourth gear (162), the dial disc (161) protrudes out of the switch groove, and the fourth gear (162) is in transmission connection with the worm assembly (18).

one of the first extension piece (1) and the second extension piece (2) is provided with a rotating groove (19), the other one is provided with a rotary table (21), and the rotary table (21) is rotationally connected in the rotating groove (19).

the locking assembly comprises a plurality of bosses (22) circumferentially arranged along the turntable (21) and ribs (20) arranged on the inside of the rotating groove (19), wherein the ribs (20) are configured to be selectively clamped between two adjacent bosses (22) or slide on the bosses (22).
16. A stapler comprising a cartridge (200), characterized in that it further comprises an auxiliary device (100) for a stapler according to any one of claims 1 to 15, said cartridge (200) being removably connected to the other end of said second extension (2).
17. The stapler of claim 16, wherein the stapler is configured to,
