In step S5, during the brewing process, the beverage outlet 206 outputs the brewed beverage.
And S6, collecting the beverage outputted in the presoaking process and the twice extraction process by the beverage holding pot to obtain a final beverage.
Effects and effects of the examples
According to the beverage preparation machine related to the embodiment, as the beverage preparation machine is provided with the brewing kettle, the beverage preparation system and the driving mechanism, the brewing kettle is provided with the kettle main body part, the filtering part and the stirring part, and the kettle main body part comprises the brewing cavity, and the volume of the brewing cavity is relatively large, so that a plurality of drinkers can drink by brewing one kettle of beverage at the same time; the filtering part can divide the brewing cavity into the upper brewing cavity and the lower brewing cavity, so that the beverage raw material can be directly put into the upper brewing cavity, and then the brewing process of the beverage is carried out, so that the packaging bag of the beverage raw material can not contact the beverage at all in the process of preparing the beverage, a drinker can feel safer and more reliable in the process of preparing the beverage, and can drink the beverage without worry, and the drinker can use the beverage preparation machine to brew the beverage more willingly; the stirring portion is provided with stirring blades and a transmission unit, so that in the process of brewing the beverage, the driving mechanism can drive the transmission unit to rotate so as to drive the stirring blades to rotate, and the rotation of the stirring blades can stir water contained in the brewing cavity, so that on one hand, the water and beverage raw materials can be in more sufficient contact, and the taste of the brewed beverage is better, and on the other hand, the brewing speed is further accelerated, so that the brewing process is more convenient. Further, the stirring vane is horizontally arranged, so that the stirring vane can enable water in the brewing cavity to form vortex in the rotation process, and the water can drive the drink raw materials to rotate, thereby better completing the extraction process and obtaining the drink with better taste.
According to the beverage preparation method provided by the embodiment, the beverage can be prepared by using the beverage preparation machine provided by the invention.

Further, the driving mechanism comprises a motor, the transmission unit is provided with a driven shaft, the driven shaft is connected with an output shaft of the motor so as to drive the stirring blade to rotate, compared with the mode of directly arranging the motor on the base, the position of the motor is prevented from being changed, and the influence of the brewing kettle on the motor in the cleaning process is avoided, so that the service life of the motor is prolonged.

In this way, the water quantity flowing out of the water distribution holes is basically the same, so that the water distribution is more uniform, the water distribution effect is good, and the brewing effect is better. Besides, the water distribution plate has a water distribution function, and tea leaves can be blocked below the water distribution plate, so that the tea leaves can be immersed in water during brewing, and a better brewing effect is achieved.
Further, the filtering part also comprises a hollow pull rod, on one hand, the filtering part can be directly taken out of the brewing cavity through the hollow pull rod, so that beverage raw materials can be conveniently taken out and the filtering part can be conveniently cleaned after the brewing is finished; on the other hand, the weight is lighter, the use is lighter, and the cost can be saved. The vent holes are formed in the hollow pull rod, so that the phenomenon that the pressure in the hollow pull rod is too high due to water vapor in the brewing process, so that the whole filtering part floats upwards is avoided, and the filtering part is possibly inclined due to the fact that water is stirred.
