The rear end parts of the cup cover and the cup body are connected through a rotating shaft and are provided with elastic pieces, and when the cup cover is covered on the cup body, the elastic pieces are compressed to generate elastic force which is used as external force for opening the cup cover; the first magnetic bin (1) is arranged in the front end area of the cup cover, and the locking piece (3) is arranged in the front end area of the cup body; when the cup cover is covered on the cup body, a gap (11) is formed between the front end area of the cup cover and the cup mouth; the front end part area of the cup body is positioned in front of the water containing cavity of the cup body, a space is arranged in the front end part area of the cup body and is used as a locking device cavity (10), the front opening of the cavity is forwards opposite to the outside, and meanwhile, the top surface of the locking device cavity (10) is also provided with a top opening, so that the cavity of the locking device cavity (10) can be directly contacted with the bottom surface of the front end part area of the cup cover and a gap (11); the pressing piece (5) and the driving plate (6) are arranged at the front opening position of the cavity; a rotating shaft (8) protruding leftwards and rightwards of the pressing piece (5) is inserted into a rotating hole preset on the left inner side surface and the right inner side surface of the front opening of the cavity body and is connected in a rotating way; the column body (9) is inserted into the locking device cavity (10), the rear end part of the column body is not attached to the inner side wall of the locking device cavity (10), and a gap for the column body (9) to move inwards is reserved; the locking device cavity (10) is positioned below the first magnetic bin (1); the column body (9) is inserted into the locking device cavity (10), the upper end face of the column body is close to the bottom face and the gap (11) of the front end part area of the cup cover, and the second magnetic bin (2) is arranged at the position, close to the upper end face, of the column body (9) and is positioned under the first magnetic bin (1); the bottom of the inner side of the pressing piece (5) stretches out a limit stop (12) into the locking device cavity (10), the length of the limit stop (12) is shorter than that of the cylinder (9), the limit stop (12) and the pressing piece (5) are integrally formed, and the height of the limit stop (12) is larger than the annular width of the pressing piece (5) and higher than that of the inner ring; when the second magnetic bin (2) is positioned under the first magnetic bin (1), the column body (9) extends upwards and downwards to form a clamping tongue piece (13), and the clamping tongue piece (13) at the upper part extends into the gap (11) and is tightly attached to the rear side wall of the front end part area of the cup cover; the lower clamping tongue piece (13) stretches into the limit stop (12) and is clung to the rear end face of the limit stop (12).

The magnetic self-locking device for a cup lid according to claim 1, wherein the rear end surface of the limit stop (12) is divided into an upper part area and a lower part area: the upper region is contacted with the lower clamping tongue piece (13); a gap is reserved between the lower area and the inner side wall of the locking device cavity (10), and an elastic device (14) capable of compressing and rebounding is arranged in the gap; when the pressing piece (5) is pressed down by external force, the limit stop (12) compresses the elastic device, and when the external force is removed, the elastic device (14) rebounds to return the pressing piece (5).

The magnetic self-locking device for the cup cover according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the cup body comprises a water storage bottle and a bottle opening locking part (15) nested in a bottle opening of the water storage bottle, and the bottle opening locking part (15) is formed by injection molding of plastic materials; the cup cover is formed by injection molding of plastic materials, covers the bottle opening locking part (15) and the bottle opening of the water storage bottle, and is connected with the rear end part of the bottle opening locking part (15) through a rotating shaft; the locking device cavity (10) is arranged on the bottle opening locking part.
