农产品中杀虫剂的残留和对动物的毒性问题,一直是人们关注的热点。

结构式:
吡丙醚是苯醚类扰乱昆虫生长的昆虫生长调节剂,属保幼激素类似物的新型杀虫剂,具有内吸转移活性、低毒,持效期长,对作物安全,对鱼类低毒,对生态环境影响小的特点。对烟粉虱、介壳虫、小菜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、梨黄木虱、蓟马等有良好的防治效果,同时本品对苍蝇、蚊虫等卫生害虫具有很好的防治效果。具有抑制蚊、蝇幼虫化蛹和羽化作用。蚊、蝇幼虫接触该药剂,基本上都在蛹期死亡,不能羽化。该药剂持效期长达1个月左右,且使用方便,无异味,是较好的灭蚊、蝇药物。
呋虫胺:
呋虫胺 (dinotefuran) 为日本三井公司研发的烟碱类杀虫剂。其与现有的烟碱类杀虫剂的化学结构可谓大相径庭,它的四氢呋喃基取代了以前的氯代吡啶基、氯代噻唑基,并不含卤族元素。同时,在性能方面也与烟碱有所不同,故而,目前人们将其称为“呋喃烟碱”。
化学名称:1-甲基-2-硝基-3-(四氢-3-呋喃甲基)胍;(EZ)-(RS)-1-甲基-2-硝基-3-(四氢-3-呋喃甲基)胍;N-甲基-N'-硝基-N″-[(四氢-3-呋喃)甲基]胍。

毒性:呋虫胺对哺乳动物十分安全,其急性经口LD50为雄性大鼠2450mg/kg,雌性大鼠2275 mg/kg;雄性小鼠2840mg/kg,雌性小鼠2000mg/kg。对大鼠急性经皮LD50>2000mg/kg(雌、雄 )。无致畸、致癌和致突变性。呋虫胺对水生生物也十分安全。鱼毒试验表明,呋虫胺对鲤鱼nm(48 h)>1000mg/L,对水蚤>1000mg/L。同样,呋虫胺对鸟类毒性也很低,对鹌鹑急性经口 LD50>1000mg/kg。经对蜜蜂试验得知,呋虫胺对蜜蜂安全,并且不影响蜜蜂采蜜。
该药剂具有触杀、胃毒、和根部内吸性强、速效高、持效期长3-4周(理论持效性43天 )、杀虫谱广等特点,且对刺吸口器害虫有优异防效,并在很低的剂量即显示了很高的杀虫活性。主要用于防治小麦、水稻、棉花、蔬菜、果树、烟叶等多种作物上的蚜虫、叶蝉、飞虱、蓟马、粉虱及其抗性品系,同时对鞘翅目、双翅目和鳞翅目、双翅目、甲虫目和总翅目害虫有高效,并对蜚蠊、自蚁、家蝇等卫生害虫有高效。

水稻害虫
高效:褐飞虱、白背飞虱、灰飞虱、黑尾叶蝉、稻蛛椽蝽象、星蝽象、稻绿蝽象、红须盲蝽、稻负混虫、稻筒水螟。

蔬菜、水果害虫
高效 :粉虱类、蚧类、矢尖盾蚧、朱绿蝽、桃小食心虫、桔潜蛾、茶细蛾、黄条跳甲、豆潜蝇、茶小绿叶蝉。
有效 :蚜虫类、角腊蚧、小菜蛾、二黑条叶甲、茶黄蓟马、烟蓟马、黄蓟马、柑橘黄蓟马、大豆荚瘿蚊、番茄潜叶蝇。
呋虫胺具有很广的杀虫谱,并对作物、人畜和环境又十分安全,再配以各种用途的使用方法,该农药有望成为世界性的大型农药。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含吡丙醚和呋虫胺杀灭卫生害虫的组合物,其特征在于,本发明用于杀灭农业害虫的高效杀虫剂组合物可以配制的剂型是水剂、颗粒剂、乳油、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂或微乳剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含吡丙醚和呋虫胺杀灭卫生害虫的组合物,其特征在于,本发明杀虫组合物主要用于防治鳞翅目、双翅目昆虫及同翅目害虫。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含吡丙醚和呋虫胺杀灭卫生害虫的组合物,其特征在于,本发明所述的组合物用于防治的鳞翅目昆虫主要为小菜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、棉铃虫、二化螟、粉蚧类;同翅目刺吸式口器害虫主要为飞虱、蚜;双翅目昆虫主要为蚊、蝇。
