Background
The enterprise switchboard is the image of the external connection of the enterprise, is also called as a 'business switchboard', and has a national uniform number. With the growth of more and more companies, the company has an ever-increasing emphasis on the aspects of enterprise image, user experience, employee communication and the like, and the application demand of the enterprise switchboard is also more and more increased. The existing switchboard scheme is that after an enterprise determines own communication configuration information, the enterprise reports the own communication configuration information to an operator; and then, after receiving the dialing request of the user, the operator executes the operation corresponding to the dialing number according to the communication configuration information reported by the enterprise before.
However, once the enterprise determines its own communication configuration information, the operator will always respond to the dialing request of the user according to the existing switchboard scheme; if the enterprise wants to update the communication configuration information of the enterprise, the enterprise needs to reapply the switchboard number and reestablish a communication mechanism with the operator, so that the operation technology difficulty is high; moreover, the communication configuration information cannot be updated in real time according to the needs of the enterprise.

Based on the foregoing embodiments, an embodiment of the present invention provides an information processing method, which is shown in fig. 4 and includes the following steps:

For example, the third server is a telecommunication operator, the second server is a PSTN platform, and the first server is an enterprise, as shown in fig. 6, after the user dials the telephone exchange number, the telecommunication operator may receive a dialing request of the user, and then the telecommunication operator may obtain the latest configuration information of the enterprise from the enterprise through the PSTN platform; the enterprise can send the latest configuration information of the enterprise to the PSTN platform, and then the PSTN platform sends the latest configuration information to the telecom operator; the telecommunication operator can transfer the latest configuration information to the user to the corresponding customer service according to the specific key operation of the user, and then the user can realize the communication with the corresponding customer service.
Furthermore, the information processing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to an implementation environment shown in fig. 7, where the implementation environment includes: the system comprises a user A, a first server B for providing the latest configuration, a second server C for pulling the latest configuration and a third server D for interacting with the user; after receiving the request of the user A, the third server D can acquire the latest configuration information of the enterprise from the first server B through the second server C; the first server B may also send its latest configuration information to the second server C, which then sends the latest configuration information to the third server D.

The third server provided by the embodiment of the present invention receives a communication establishment request for accessing a communication connection, which is sent by a terminal; wherein, the communication establishing request carries a communication identifier; responding to the communication establishment request, and acquiring a first communication configuration parameter corresponding to the communication identifier based on the communication identifier; the first communication configuration parameter is current communication configuration information of a first server corresponding to the communication identifier; generating first prompt information based on the first communication configuration parameter and sending the first prompt information to the terminal, so that an operator can acquire the latest communication configuration information of an enterprise from the enterprise in real time through a server corresponding to a communication platform after receiving a dialing request of a user; the enterprise can directly update the communication configuration information when the enterprise wants to update the communication configuration information, the response of the operator to the dialing request of the user is carried out according to the latest communication configuration information of the enterprise, the problem that the enterprise cannot update the communication configuration information in real time in the existing switchboard scheme is solved, the dialing request of the user can be responded according to the latest communication configuration information of the enterprise in real time, and the technical difficulty is reduced.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention provides a second server 11, which is shown in fig. 12 and includes: a second communication interface 1101, a second processor 1102 and a second memory 1103, the second processor 1102 being present in the second processing component 1104, the second memory 1103 having stored therein program code implementing the execution steps of the processor, wherein:
a second communication interface 1101, configured to receive a first acquisition request sent by a third server;
the first acquisition request carries a communication identifier;
the second processor 1102 is configured to generate, in response to the first acquisition request, a second acquisition request for acquiring the first communication configuration information based on the communication identifier, and send the second acquisition request to the first server corresponding to the communication identifier; if first communication configuration information sent by a first server is received through a second communication interface 1101, generating first communication configuration parameters based on the first communication configuration information; the first communication configuration information is current communication configuration information of the first server;
the second communication interface 1101 is further configured to send the first communication configuration parameter to a third server;
the first communication configuration parameter is used for the third server to generate prompt information and send the prompt information to a terminal in communication connection with the third server.
Further, the second processor 1102 is further configured to perform the following steps:
if the first communication configuration information sent by the first server is not received, acquiring second communication configuration information;
the second communication configuration information is sent to the second server by the first server in advance;
generating a second communication configuration parameter based on the second communication configuration information, and sending the second communication configuration parameter to a third server;
and the second communication configuration parameters are used for the third server to generate second prompt information and send the second prompt information to the terminal.
Further, the second communication interface 1101 is further configured to receive the data information of the first server;
the second processor 1102 is further configured to send the communication identifier set to the first server if the data information meets a preset condition;
the second communication interface 1101 is further configured to receive the communication identifier sent by the first server, and send the communication identifier and the identifier of the first server to the third server.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the interaction process between the devices may refer to the interaction process in the information processing method provided in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 2 to 5, and details are not described here.
The second server provided by the embodiment of the invention receives a communication establishment request which is sent by a terminal and used for accessing communication connection; the communication establishment request carries a communication identifier; responding to the communication establishment request, and acquiring a first communication configuration parameter corresponding to the communication identifier based on the communication identifier; the first communication configuration parameter is current communication configuration information of a first server corresponding to the communication identifier; generating first prompt information based on the first communication configuration parameter and sending the first prompt information to the terminal, so that an operator can acquire the latest communication configuration information of an enterprise from the enterprise in real time through a server corresponding to a communication platform after receiving a dialing request of a user; the enterprise can directly update the communication configuration information when the enterprise wants to update the communication configuration information, the response of the operator to the dialing request of the user is carried out according to the latest communication configuration information of the enterprise, the problem that the enterprise cannot update the communication configuration information in real time in the existing switchboard scheme is solved, the dialing request of the user can be responded according to the latest communication configuration information of the enterprise in real time, and the technical difficulty is reduced.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention provides a first server 12, which is shown in fig. 13 and includes: a third communication interface 1201, a third processor 1202 and a third memory 1203, the third processor 1202 being present in the third processing component 1204, the third memory 1203 storing therein a program code implementing execution steps of the processor, wherein:
the third processor 1202 is configured to obtain a communication requirement, and set communication configuration information based on the communication requirement by using a preset rule;
a third communication interface 1201, configured to receive a second acquisition request sent by a second server; the second acquisition request carries a communication identifier;
the third processor 1202 is further configured to respond to the second obtaining request, obtain the current communication configuration information of the first server based on the communication identifier, and obtain the first communication configuration information;
the third communication interface 1201 is further configured to send the first communication configuration information to the second server;
the first communication configuration information is used for the second server to generate a first communication configuration parameter and send the first communication configuration parameter to the third server.
The third processor 1202 is further specifically configured to perform the following steps:
receiving a communication demand for providing a communication connection;
and setting a response sequence and response operation aiming at the keys by adopting a preset rule based on the communication requirement to obtain first communication configuration information.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the interaction process between the devices may refer to the interaction process in the information processing method provided in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 2 to 5, and details are not described here.

Claims (14)

1. An information processing method applied to a third server, the method comprising:
receiving a communication establishment request sent by a terminal and used for accessing communication connection; wherein, the communication establishing request carries a communication identifier; the communication identification is a switchboard number dialed by a user;
responding to the communication establishment request, and generating a first acquisition request for acquiring first communication configuration parameters;
sending the first acquisition request to a second server; wherein, the first obtaining request carries the communication identifier;
receiving the first communication configuration parameters sent by the second server; the first communication configuration parameter is acquired from the first server based on the communication identifier after the second server receives the first acquisition request; the first communication configuration parameter is the latest communication configuration parameter of the enterprise corresponding to the switchboard number; the communication configuration parameters are used for responding to the switchboard number to generate a corresponding response scheme; the first server is a server corresponding to the enterprise;
generating first prompt information based on the first communication configuration parameters and sending the first prompt information to the terminal; wherein the terminal has a communication connection with a third server.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the first communication configuration parameters sent by the second server are not received, receiving second communication configuration parameters sent by the second server; wherein the second communication configuration parameters are stored in the second server;
and generating second prompt information based on the second communication configuration parameters and sending the second prompt information to the terminal.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after generating and sending the first prompt to the terminal based on the first communication configuration parameter, the method further comprises:
receiving key operation sent by the terminal;
responding to the key operation, and analyzing the first communication configuration parameter to obtain a current customer service list of the first server;
and based on the current customer service list, determining the identifier of the target customer service according to a preset rule and sending a response instruction to the target customer service corresponding to the identifier of the target customer service.
4. An information processing method applied to a second server, the method comprising:
receiving a first acquisition request sent by a third server; wherein, the first obtaining request carries a communication identifier; the communication identification is a switchboard number dialed by a user;
responding to the first acquisition request, generating a second acquisition request for acquiring first communication configuration information based on the communication identifier, and sending the second acquisition request to a first server corresponding to the communication identifier;
if first communication configuration information sent by the first server is received, generating first communication configuration parameters based on the first communication configuration information; the first communication configuration parameter is the latest communication configuration parameter of the enterprise corresponding to the switchboard number; the communication configuration parameters are used for responding to the switchboard number to generate a corresponding response scheme; the first server is a server corresponding to the enterprise;
sending the first communication configuration parameter to the third server; the first communication configuration parameter is used for the third server to generate prompt information and send the prompt information to a terminal which is in communication connection with the third server.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
if the first communication configuration information sent by the first server is not received, second communication configuration information is obtained; wherein the second communication configuration information is sent to the second server by the first server in advance;
generating a second communication configuration parameter based on the second communication configuration information, and sending the second communication configuration parameter to the third server; and the second communication configuration parameter is used for the third server to generate second prompt information and send the second prompt information to the terminal.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein before receiving the first obtaining request sent by the third server, the method further comprises:
receiving self data information sent by the first server;
if the data information meets the preset condition, sending a communication identifier set to the first server; the preset condition represents the condition for the second server to check the data information;
and receiving the communication identifier sent by the first server, and sending the communication identifier and the identifier of the first server to the third server.
7. An information processing method applied to a first server, the method comprising:
acquiring a communication demand, and setting communication configuration information by adopting a preset coding method based on the communication demand;
receiving a second acquisition request sent by a second server; wherein, the second obtaining request carries a communication identifier; the communication identification is a switchboard number dialed by a user;
responding to the second acquisition request, acquiring the current communication configuration information of the first server based on the communication identifier, and acquiring first communication configuration information;
sending the first communication configuration information to the second server; the first communication configuration information is used for the second server to generate a first communication configuration parameter and send the first communication configuration parameter to a third server; the first communication configuration parameter is the latest communication configuration parameter of the enterprise corresponding to the switchboard number; the communication configuration parameters are used for responding to the switchboard number to generate a corresponding response scheme; and the third server is used for generating prompt information according to the first communication configuration parameters and sending the prompt information to the terminal.
8. An information processing apparatus, applied to a third server, the apparatus comprising: the device comprises a first receiving unit, a first acquiring unit and a first processing unit, wherein:
the first receiving unit is used for receiving a communication establishment request which is sent by a terminal and used for accessing communication connection; wherein, the communication establishing request carries a communication identifier; the communication identification is a switchboard number dialed by a user;
the first acquisition unit includes: the device comprises a generating module, a sending module and a first receiving module, wherein: the generating module is used for responding to the communication establishing request and generating a first obtaining request for obtaining a first communication configuration parameter; the sending module is used for sending the first acquisition request to a second server; the first acquisition request carries a communication identifier; the first receiving module is used for receiving a first communication configuration parameter sent by a second server; the first communication configuration parameter is acquired from the first server based on the communication identifier after the second server receives the first acquisition request; the first communication configuration parameter is the latest communication configuration parameter of the enterprise corresponding to the switchboard number; the communication configuration parameters are used for responding to the switchboard number to generate a corresponding response scheme; the first server is a server corresponding to the enterprise;
the first processing unit is used for generating first prompt information based on the first communication configuration parameter and sending the first prompt information to the terminal; wherein the terminal has a communication connection with a third server.
9. An information processing apparatus, applied to a second server, the apparatus comprising: a second receiving unit, a second obtaining unit, a generating unit and a first sending unit, wherein:
the second receiving unit is used for receiving a first acquisition request sent by a third server; wherein, the first obtaining request carries a communication identifier; the communication identification is a switchboard number dialed by a user;
the second acquisition unit is used for responding to the first acquisition request, generating a second acquisition request for acquiring first communication configuration information based on the communication identifier and sending the second acquisition request to the first server corresponding to the communication identifier;
the generating unit is used for generating a first communication configuration parameter based on first communication configuration information if the first communication configuration information sent by the first server is received; the first communication configuration parameter is the latest communication configuration parameter of the enterprise corresponding to the switchboard number; the communication configuration parameters are used for responding to the switchboard number to generate a corresponding response scheme; the first communication configuration parameters are generated by the second server according to the first communication configuration information sent by the first server and are sent to the third server; the first server is a server corresponding to the enterprise;
the first sending unit is configured to send the first communication configuration parameter to the third server; the first communication configuration parameter is used for the third server to generate prompt information and send the prompt information to a terminal which is in communication connection with the third server.
10. An information processing apparatus applied to a first server, the apparatus comprising: a third acquiring unit, a third receiving unit and a second sending unit, wherein:
the third obtaining unit is used for obtaining the communication requirement and setting communication configuration information by adopting a preset rule based on the communication requirement;
the third receiving unit is configured to receive a second acquisition request sent by a second server; wherein, the second obtaining request carries a communication identifier; the communication identification is a switchboard number dialed by a user;
the third obtaining unit is further configured to obtain, in response to the second obtaining request, current communication configuration information of the first server based on the communication identifier, so as to obtain first communication configuration information;
the second sending unit is configured to send the first communication configuration information to the second server; the first communication configuration information is used for the second server to generate a first communication configuration parameter and send the first communication configuration parameter to a third server; the first communication configuration parameter is the latest communication configuration parameter of the enterprise corresponding to the switchboard number; the communication configuration parameters are used for responding to the switchboard number to generate a corresponding response scheme; and the third server is used for generating prompt information according to the first communication configuration parameters and sending the prompt information to the terminal.
11. A third server, the third server comprising: a first communication interface and a first processor, wherein:
the first processor is used for receiving a communication establishment request sent by a terminal and used for accessing communication connection through the first communication interface; wherein, the communication establishing request carries a communication identifier; the communication identification is a switchboard number dialed by a user; responding to the communication establishment request, and generating a first acquisition request for acquiring first communication configuration parameters; sending the first acquisition request to a second server; wherein, the first obtaining request carries the communication identifier; receiving the first communication configuration parameters sent by the second server; the first communication configuration parameter is acquired from the first server based on the communication identifier after the second server receives the first acquisition request; the first communication configuration parameter is the latest communication configuration parameter of the enterprise corresponding to the switchboard number; the communication configuration parameters are used for responding to the switchboard number to generate a corresponding response scheme; the first server is a server corresponding to the enterprise;
generating first prompt information based on the first communication configuration parameters and sending the first prompt information to the terminal; wherein the terminal has a communication connection with a third server.
12. A second server, characterized in that the second server comprises: a second communication interface and a second processor, wherein:
the second processor is configured to receive, through the second communication interface, a first acquisition request sent by a third server; the first acquisition request carries a communication identifier; the communication identification is a switchboard number dialed by a user; responding to the first acquisition request, generating a second acquisition request for acquiring first communication configuration information based on the communication identifier, and sending the second acquisition request to a first server corresponding to the communication identifier; if first communication configuration information sent by the first server is received through the second communication interface, generating first communication configuration parameters based on the first communication configuration information; the first communication configuration parameter is the latest communication configuration parameter of the enterprise corresponding to the switchboard number; the communication configuration parameters are used for responding to the switchboard number to generate a corresponding response scheme; the first communication configuration parameters are generated by the second server according to the first communication configuration information sent by the first server and are sent to the third server; the first server is a server corresponding to the enterprise; sending the first communication configuration parameter to the third server through the second communication interface; the first communication configuration parameter is used for the third server to generate prompt information and send the prompt information to a terminal which is in communication connection with the third server.
13. A first server, wherein the first server comprises: a third communication interface and a third processor, wherein:
the third processor is used for acquiring communication requirements and setting communication configuration information by adopting a preset rule based on the communication requirements; receiving a second acquisition request sent by a second server through the third communication interface; wherein, the second obtaining request carries a communication identifier; the communication identification is a switchboard number dialed by a user; responding to the second acquisition request, acquiring the current communication configuration information of the first server based on the communication identifier, and acquiring first communication configuration information; sending the first communication configuration information to the second server through the third communication interface; the first communication configuration information is used for the second server to generate a first communication configuration parameter and send the first communication configuration parameter to a third server; the first communication configuration parameter is the latest communication configuration parameter of the enterprise corresponding to the switchboard number; the communication configuration parameters are used for responding to the switchboard number to generate a corresponding response scheme; and the third server is used for generating prompt information according to the first communication configuration parameters and sending the prompt information to the terminal.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, in which one or more computer programs are stored which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 3, 4 to 6 or 7.
