The working principle of the self-cleaning oil cup is described as follows:
when the liquid level meter 4 detects that the liquid level in the cup body 1 reaches a set value, the control circuit opens the second electromagnetic valve to open the drain outlet 12, and waste oil in the cup body 1 is discharged through the drain pipe 16. After the drainage is finished, the control circuit closes the second electromagnetic valve according to the data transmitted by the liquid level meter 4, opens the first electromagnetic valve 13, and injects the washing liquid in the liquid adding tank 5 into the cup body 1.
After the liquid filling is finished, the control circuit closes the first electromagnetic valve 13 according to the data transmitted by the liquid level meter 4 and starts the motor 31 to work.
The motor 31 drives the screw rod 32 to rotate, drives the nut 33 and the cleaning module 2 to reciprocate in the cup body 1 along the guide rail 11, and cleans the cup body 1. When the reciprocating motion of the cleaning device reaches the set value, the control circuit stops the motor 31 when the cleaning is finished, and opens the second electromagnetic valve to discharge the cleaned sewage.
According to the washing condition, washing liquid or clear water can be added again to wash the cup body 1 again until the cup body is cleaned.
Examples

The working principle of the self-cleaning oil cup is described as follows:
when the liquid level meter 4 detects that the liquid level in the cup body 1 reaches a set value, the control circuit opens the third electromagnetic valve 18 to open the drain outlet 12, and waste oil in the cup body 1 is discharged through the drain pipe 16. After the drainage is finished, the control circuit closes the third electromagnetic valve 18 according to the data transmitted by the liquid level meter 4, opens the first electromagnetic valve 13, starts the motor 31, drives the screw rod 32 to rotate by the motor 31, drives the nut 33 and the cleaning wiper to reciprocate in the cup body 1 along the guide rail 11, and meanwhile, the washing liquid in the liquid adding tank 5 is injected into the cavity 331 of the nut 33 through the liquid adding pipe 17, and then enters the cup body 1 through the through hole 26 on the cleaning wiper and is uniformly distributed along the length direction of the cup body 1.
When the liquid level in the cup body 1 reaches a set value, the control circuit closes the first electromagnetic valve 13 according to the data transmitted by the liquid level meter 4 after the liquid filling is finished, the motor 31 continues to work, and the side wall and the bottom surface of the cup body 1 are cleaned by using the high-concentration washing liquid.

The water heater in the embodiment can be an instant water heater or other water heaters; or the water tank can also be a water tank, and a heating device is arranged in the water tank; or may be a hot water pipe, etc.
