Referring to fig. 1 and 7, except that the top of the first terminal portion 43 of the terminal 40 is pressed by the first pressing portion 22, more precisely, the first terminal portion 43 of the terminal 40 is disposed in the terminal groove 25 of the first fixing member 20, and the first positioning portion 24 and the first pressing portion 22 of the first fixing member 20 with the lower horizontal position clamp the first terminal portion 43 of the terminal 40 therebetween.
The led circuit board 50 is disposed on the base 10, and in this embodiment, a heat dissipation paste is further bonded between the led circuit board 50 and the base 10, and the heat dissipation paste can also help to fix the led circuit board 50 on the base 10 besides the function of removing heat source.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the led circuit board 50 includes a circuit board 51, a die 52 and two contacts 53, the circuit board 51 is disposed on the base 10, the die 52 is disposed on the circuit board 51, the two contacts 53 are disposed on two opposite sides of the circuit board 51 along a horizontal direction L1, the first fixing member 20 and the second fixing member 30 are respectively abutted against two opposite sides of the led circuit board 50, and the first terminal portion 43 and the second terminal portion 44 are respectively abutted against the two corresponding contacts 53, and are electrically connected to the two contacts 53 to electrically connect to the die 52.
Further, the first pressing plate 221 and the second pressing plate 321 respectively press two opposite sides of the led circuit board 50, and more precisely, the first pressing plate 221 and the second pressing plate 321 press the circuit substrate 51 of the led circuit board 50, and the led circuit board 50 can be more stably disposed on the base 10 by the pressing of the two pressing plates 221, 321.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, in addition, in order to accurately fix the position of the led circuit board 50, a plurality of positioning elements are disposed on the periphery of the led circuit board, such as the terminal inclined plane 16 is close to the side wall surface of the first fixing member 20 along the horizontal direction L1, and will be abutted against the side wall surface of the led circuit board 50 when installed, the end of each first positioning portion 24 will be abutted against the periphery of the led circuit board 50, and the end of each second positioning portion 35 will be abutted against the periphery of the led circuit board 50, and the shapes of the ends of the positioning portions 24 and 35 are configured to match the shape of the periphery of the led circuit board 50.
Referring to fig. 2, 9 and 10, when the invention is installed, firstly, the led circuit board 50 is disposed in the middle of the base 10, and then the first fixing member 20 and the second fixing member 30 are respectively fastened to the base 10 from two sides of the base 10 along the horizontal direction L1, wherein, when the second fixing member 30 is fastened, in order to avoid the first terminal portion 43 and the second terminal portion 44 of the terminal 40 from scratching the led circuit board 50 during the fastening process, causing damage to the die 52 or the surface thereof, the connecting rod 42 passes through the protruding inclined surface 14 during the fastening process, at this time, the protruding block 421 on the connecting rod 42 gradually rises along the inclined surface portion 142 of the protruding inclined surface 14, so that the connecting rod 42 slightly tilts upward toward the first fixing member 20 when viewed from the front, and further the first terminal portion 43 tilts upward together, so that the first terminal portion 43 is suspended above the led circuit board 50, the length of the protruding inclined surface 14 is the same as the distance after the first terminal portion 43 passes through the led circuit board 50, so that after the first terminal portion 43 passes through, the protruding block 421 slides to the end of the plane portion 141 of the protruding inclined surface 14, and further separates from the protruding inclined surface 14, so that the connecting rod 42 is restored to the unbent state, the first terminal portion 43 is restored to its original height and pressed against the contact 53 of the led circuit board 50, and the protruding block 421 is accommodated in the protruding block groove 15 adjacent to the plane portion 141.
As shown in fig. 2, in addition, the second terminal portion 44 has a similar design, that is, the terminal inclined surface 16 is the inclined surface 16, and the inclined surface of the terminal inclined surface 16 also makes the second terminal portion 44 gradually rise and deform along the terminal inclined surface 16 when the second terminal portion 44 is pressed against the led circuit board 50, so as to prevent the second terminal portion 44 from scratching the led circuit board 50 during the fastening process, and when the second fixing member 30 reaches the positioning position, the second terminal portion 44 also separates from the terminal inclined surface 16, and then returns to the normal shape, and further presses against the contact 53.
The invention simplifies the process of fixing the LED circuit board 50 by the two- piece fixing pieces 20 and 30, and the design of avoiding scratching the surface can ensure that the user can be more reassured on the installation, thus the assembly process can be accelerated, in addition, the invention has simple structure for positioning the elements of the LED circuit board 50, no error is generated in the processing process, and the invention can be normally used only by electrically connecting the power supply with the plug-in part 41 in the connecting port 33, therefore, the invention has excellent performance in both manufacturing and use.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but rather, may be embodied in many different forms and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (11)

1. A light emitting diode fixing device includes
The base is provided with four buckling grooves, and the four buckling grooves are concavely formed on two transversely opposite side wall surfaces of the base in pairs;
the first fixing piece is provided with two first buckling arms and a first pressing part, the two first buckling arms protrude from one transverse side face of the first fixing piece at intervals, the two first buckling arms penetrate through two buckling grooves buckled on the base, and the first pressing part protrudes from the transverse side face of the first fixing piece provided with the two first buckling arms;
the second fixing piece and the first fixing piece are respectively arranged on two transverse opposite side surfaces of the base, which are provided with the buckling grooves, and the second fixing piece is provided with two second buckling arms, a connecting port and a second pressing part;
a terminal, which is inserted into the second fixing member and includes an insertion portion, a connecting rod, a first terminal portion and a second terminal portion, wherein the insertion portion protrudes out of the second fixing member from the connection port, two ends of the connecting rod are respectively connected with the first terminal portion and the insertion portion, the second terminal portion is connected with the insertion portion, the first pressing portion presses against the upper side of the first terminal portion, and the second pressing portion presses against the upper side of the second terminal portion;
a LED circuit board disposed on the base, the LED circuit board further comprising a circuit board, a die and two contacts, the circuit board being disposed on the base, the die being disposed on the circuit board, the two contacts being disposed on opposite sides of the circuit board, the first and second fixing members respectively abutting against opposite sides of the LED circuit board, and the first and second terminal portions respectively abutting against the two contacts and being electrically connected to the LED circuit board through the two contacts;
the base further comprises a terminal slope, the terminal slope is arranged on the top surface of the base and corresponds to the position of the second terminal part, the terminal slope is inclined downwards from the first fixing piece to the second fixing piece, and the side edge of the light-emitting diode circuit board is tightly abutted against one side wall of the terminal slope.
2. The LED fixture of claim 1, wherein
The base further comprises a protruding inclined plane which protrudes from the top surface of the base and is inclined downwards from the first fixing piece to the second fixing piece;
the connecting rod further comprises a protruding block which is arranged on the connecting rod in a downward protruding mode and corresponds to the protruding inclined plane in position.
3. The LED fixture as claimed in claim 2, wherein the base further comprises a protrusion slot recessed in the top surface of the base adjacent to the inclined protrusion surface, the protrusion being received in the protrusion slot.
4. The LED fixture of any of claims 1-3, wherein
The first fixing piece further comprises a first connecting arm, and the first connecting arm and the two first buckling arms protrude to the same side surface of the first fixing piece;
the second fixing part further comprises a second connecting arm, the second connecting arm and the two second buckling arms extend out of the same side face of the second fixing part, and the second connecting arm and the first connecting arm can be connected in a separated mode.
5. The LED fixture of any of claims 1-3, wherein
The first fixing member further comprises two first positioning portions, the two first positioning portions respectively protrude from the first fixing member, and the end portion of each first positioning portion tightly abuts against the periphery of the LED circuit board;
the second fixing piece further comprises two second positioning parts which respectively protrude from the second fixing piece, and the end part of each second positioning part is tightly abutted against the periphery of the light-emitting diode circuit board.
6. The LED fixture apparatus of claim 5, wherein the first fixture further comprises a terminal groove formed on a bottom surface of the first pressing portion of the first fixture, the first terminal portion of the terminal being received in the terminal groove;
one of the first positioning portions of the first fixing member is disposed below the first pressing portion and the first terminal portion of the terminal, and the first terminal portion of the terminal is clamped between the first pressing portion and the first positioning portion located below the first pressing portion.

The LED fixture apparatus according to any of claims 1-3, wherein the top surface of the base is further recessed to form two stepped surfaces, the two stepped surfaces are recessed to the two side surfaces of the base connected to the first and second fixing members, respectively, and the fastening slots are located above the corresponding stepped surfaces; the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece are respectively attached to the corresponding step surfaces downwards.

The LED fixture device according to any of claims 1-3, wherein the base further comprises four channels, the channels are recessed on the bottom surface of the base, the positions of the channels correspond to the positions of the fastening slots, and the channels penetrate through the fastening slots from bottom to top.
9. The LED fixture apparatus according to any of claims 1-3, wherein the first fixture and the second fixture are respectively provided with a positioning hole, and the base is provided with two fixing holes corresponding to the two positioning holes.
10. The LED fixture of any of claims 1-3, wherein
The first pressing portion further includes a first pressing plate, the first pressing plate is formed on the first pressing portion in a protruding manner extending towards the LED circuit board, and the first pressing plate presses against the LED circuit board.
11. The LED fixture of any of claims 1-3, wherein
The second pressing portion further includes a second pressing plate, the second pressing plate is formed on the second pressing portion in a protruding manner extending towards the LED circuit board, and the second pressing plate presses against the LED circuit board.
