Description

Door having openable and closable opening for decompression and panel latch device for decompression
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a door having an openable and closable decompression opening suitable for a fire door or the like, and a decompression panel latch device used for the door.
Background
The fire door is of a normally open type in which a door opening (passage opening) is normally opened and closed at the time of fire, and a normally closed type in which the door opening is normally closed and the door is opened at the time of fire to allow evacuation.
When it is desired to close or open a fire door in the event of a fire, the operation of the fire door may be inhibited by air pressure or the like applied to the fire door. For example, patent document 1 discloses a normally closed fire door having an openable and closable opening for pressure reduction. In this fire door, the decompression opening is opened to eliminate a pressure difference that hinders the opening operation, which is generated on the front and back surfaces of the door.
More specifically, the normally closed fire door disclosed in patent document 1 includes: a door main body (the term "fire door 5" in patent document 1) pivotable about a pivot axis extending vertically along one side edge; a decompression opening (opening 6) having a recessed shape so as to extend from the other side edge toward the one side edge at the vertical center portion of the other side edge of the door main body; and a decompression panel (movable body (10)) which closes the decompression opening and is pivotable about a pivot axis extending parallel to the pivot axis. In a state where the door opening (passage 3) is closed, a bolt (latch 13) for a panel provided on the decompression panel is fitted in a bolt hole provided in the door body, so that the decompression panel is held in a closed state, and a bolt (latch 12) for the door body provided on the decompression panel is fitted in a bolt hole provided in a side edge of the door opening, so that the door body is held in a closed state. In a fire, both the door body latch and the panel latch are pulled out from the corresponding latch holes by operating a handle (door handle 8) provided in the decompression panel, and in this state, the decompression panel is opened by a pressure difference applied to the front and back surfaces of the fire door, whereby the pressure difference is eliminated and the door body is easily opened.
Patent document 1: japanese patent laid-open publication No. H7-259407
In this way, in the fire door disclosed in patent document 1, a latch device including a handle, a latch for a door main body, a latch for a panel, and the like is attached to a decompression panel that pivots with respect to the door main body, and when the door main body is opened, the decompression panel provided in the latch device is set to an open state (i.e., a state in which an angle oblique to the door main body is provided). According to the description of patent document 1, "the fire door 5 can be evacuated to the outside by pressing or the like" in this state ("the last row of [0024 ]), and the door main body (the fire door 5) is opened not by using a decompression panel having an angle with respect to the door main body and a handle provided on the decompression panel but by pressing the door main body.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to facilitate the opening operation of a door main body by arranging a bolt device on the door main body.
That is, the present invention provides a door having an openable and closable opening for pressure reduction, comprising: a door main body that is pivotable about a first axis line extending vertically along one side edge and is displaceable between a door opening closed position and a door opening open position; a decompression panel provided in a decompression opening provided to penetrate from a front surface to a rear surface of the door main body, the decompression panel having a first side edge located on a side close to the one side edge of the door main body and a second side edge located on a side close to the other side edge of the door main body, being pivotable about a second axis line extending vertically between the first side edge and the second side edge, and being attached so as to be displaceable between a decompression opening closing position and a decompression opening position; a latch device mounted in the door body adjacent to the other side edge of the door body, the latch device including a handle shaft mounted to extend horizontally in a direction penetrating the door body from the front surface to the rear surface and rotatable about a longitudinal axis of the handle shaft, a handle fixed to the handle shaft, and a latch for the door body, the latch for the door body being displaceable between a door locking position and a door unlocking position in association with the handle shaft rotated by the handle when the door body is in the door opening closing position, the door locking position being a position in which the latch for the door body protrudes outward from the other side edge of the door body and is fitted into a door locking hole provided in the side edge defining the door opening, the door unlocking position is a position where the door main body is retracted into the door main body with a latch pin; and a latch for a decompression panel that is displaceable between a panel locking position and a panel unlocking position in conjunction with rotation of the handle shaft when the decompression panel is in the decompression opening closing position, the panel locking position being a position in which the latch for a decompression panel is fitted into a panel locking hole provided in a side edge of the decompression panel, and the panel unlocking position being a position in which the latch for a decompression panel is retracted from the panel locking hole.
In the door of the present invention, the handle of the latch device provided in the door body is operated to displace the latch pin for the decompression panel between the panel unlock position and the panel lock position, and to displace the latch pin for the door body between the door unlock position and the door lock position, so that when the door body is displaced between the door opening close position and the door opening open position in a state where the latch pin for the door body is set to the door unlock position, the door body can be operated using the handle regardless of the decompression panel inclined with respect to the door body.
Specifically, the door provided with the openable and closable decompression opening may further include a swing member fixed to the handle shaft and extending away from the handle shaft in parallel with the front surface and the back surface of the door main body, and the decompression panel latch may be configured to be interlocked with the swing member that swings about the handle shaft to be displaceable between the panel locking position and the panel unlocking position when the decompression panel is located at the decompression opening closing position.
In the door having the openable and closable opening for pressure reduction, the door having the openable and closable opening for pressure reduction may further include a magnet-type adsorption device for adsorbing the panel for pressure reduction located closer to the opening position for pressure reduction than the opening position for pressure reduction to the opening position for pressure reduction by a magnetic force, the magnet-type adsorption device including: a first magnetic adsorption member provided at a second side edge of the decompression panel; a second magnetic-attraction member supported by the door main body; and second magnetic-attraction-member displacement means for displacing the second magnetic attraction member between an attraction position and an attraction release position, the suction position is a position where the second magnetic suction member is brought into contact with and sucked to the first magnetic suction member of the decompression panel located at the decompression opening closing position, the adsorption release position is a position where the second magnetic adsorption member is separated from the first magnetic adsorption member of the decompression panel located at the decompression opening closing position, in the attracting position, the magnetic pole surfaces of the first and second magnetic attraction members abut against each other, the second magnetic attraction member displacement device displaces the second magnetic attraction member located at the attraction position in a direction in which the magnetic pole surface of the second magnetic attraction member slides with respect to the magnetic pole surface of the first magnetic attraction member, thereby setting the attraction release position.
In the above door, the decompression panel is required to return to the decompression opening closed position even when the door main body is located at the door opening closed position, but the pressure difference or the like is applied to the front and back surfaces of the decompression panel, which may hinder the return to the decompression opening closed position. The magnetic attraction member displacement means is a means capable of returning the decompression panel to the decompression opening closing position by a magnetic force even in such a case. When the second magnetic-attraction member located at the attraction position is set to the attraction release position, the second magnetic-attraction-member displacement device can easily perform the displacement away from the first magnetic-attraction member by displacing the second magnetic-attraction member in the direction in which the magnetic-pole surface of the second magnetic-attraction member slides with respect to the magnetic-pole surface of the first magnetic-attraction member. Note that the first and second magnetic attraction members are members that generate attraction between each other by magnetic force, and for example, both of them may be permanent magnets, or one may be a permanent magnet and the other may be a magnetic material such as iron. When the permanent magnet and the magnetic material are in a magnetically attracting relationship, even a magnetic material that normally has no magnetic pole becomes magnetic pole.
Specifically, the second magnetic attraction member displacement device may displace the second magnetic attraction member between the attraction position and the attraction release position in conjunction with the handle shaft rotated by the handle.
Further, the door main body latch may be displaced from the door locking position to the door unlocking position in synchronization with the handle shaft rotated by the handle, and the decompression panel latch may be displaced from the panel locking position to the panel unlocking position in synchronization with the handle shaft rotated by the handle, but the door main body latch may reach the door unlocking position after the decompression panel latch reaches the panel unlocking position, and the second magnetic attraction member may be displaced between the attraction release position and the attraction position in synchronization with the panel unlocking position and the panel locking position of the decompression panel latch, respectively.
Further, the second magnetic attraction member may face the decompression opening open position from the decompression opening close position of the decompression panel at the attraction position, and the first magnetic attraction member may face the decompression panel close position when the decompression panel is at the decompression panel open position.
Further, the latch for the decompression panel and the second magnetic attraction member may be vertically spaced apart from each other in the door main body, and may be displaced in a horizontal direction in synchronization between the panel unlock position and the panel lock position and between the attraction release position and the attraction position, respectively.
In the present invention, there is also provided a panel latch device for decompression installed in a door, wherein the door includes: a door main body that is pivotable about a first axis extending vertically along one side edge and is displaceable between a door opening closing position closing a door opening and a door opening position opening the door opening; a decompression panel provided in a decompression opening provided to penetrate from a front surface to a rear surface of the door main body, the decompression panel having a first side edge located on a side close to the one side edge of the door main body and a second side edge located on a side close to the other side edge of the door main body, being pivotable about a second axis line extending vertically between the first side edge and the second side edge, and being attached so as to be displaceable between a decompression opening closing position and a decompression opening position; and a latch device mounted in the door body adjacent to the other side edge of the door body, the latch device including a handle shaft mounted to extend horizontally in a direction penetrating the door body from the front surface to the rear surface and rotatable about a longitudinal axis of the handle shaft, a handle fixed to the handle shaft, and a latch for door body provided at a side edge of the door opening, the latch for door body being configured to be interlocked with the handle shaft rotated by the handle to be displaceable between a door locking position and a door unlocking position when the door body is located at the door opening closing position, the door locking position being a position where the latch for door body protrudes outward from the other side edge of the door body and is fitted into a door locking hole provided at the side edge of the door opening defining the door opening, the door unlocking position is a position where the latch for the door body is housed in the door body, the latch device for the decompression panel has a latch for the decompression panel, the latch for the decompression panel is provided in the door body, and when the decompression panel is located at the decompression opening closing position, the latch for the decompression panel is displaceable between a panel locking position and a panel unlocking position in association with rotation of the handle shaft, the panel locking position is a position where the latch for the decompression panel is fitted in a panel locking hole provided in a side edge of the decompression panel, and the panel unlocking position is a position where the latch for the decompression panel is pulled back from the panel locking hole.
The decompression panel latch device is prepared as an element constituting a door provided with the decompression panel, and is mounted on a door body as needed.
Specifically, the decompression panel latch device may further include a support body provided in the door main body adjacent to the latch device, and the decompression panel latch pin may be supported by the support body so as to be displaceable between the panel locking position and the panel unlocking position.
In this case, the support body may support a lever that swings as the handle shaft rotates, and the lever may displace the latch for the decompression panel between the panel locking position and the panel unlocking position in conjunction with the rotational swing of the handle.
As another aspect, the panel latch device for decompression may further include: a first support body provided in the door main body adjacent to the latch device, the first support body supporting a lever that swings as the handle shaft rotates; and a connection unit that connects the second support body, the lever, and the decompression panel latch to each other, and that displaces the decompression panel latch between the panel locking position and the panel unlocking position in conjunction with rotation of the handle, wherein the second support body is provided in the door main body adjacent to an opening side edge that defines the decompression opening, and supports the decompression panel latch so as to be displaceable between the panel locking position and the panel unlocking position.
Further, the decompression panel latch device may further include a swing member fixed to the handle shaft and extending away from the handle shaft in parallel with the front surface and the back surface of the door main body, and rotation of the handle may be transmitted to the lever via the swing member, so that the lever swings and the decompression panel latch pin is displaced between the panel locking position and the panel unlocking position.

The magnetic attraction member displacement device may displace the magnetic attraction member of the magnetic attraction device between the attraction position and the attraction release position in conjunction with the handle shaft rotated by the handle.
Further, the magnetic attraction member of the magnetic attraction device may be displaced between the attraction release position and the attraction position in synchronization with the panel unlock position and the panel lock position of the decompression panel latch, respectively.

Detailed Description
The door 10 of the present invention used as a normally closed fire door shown in fig. 1 is set so that a door opening (passage opening) 12 provided between a room on the near side of the paper surface and a corridor on the back side of the paper surface is normally closed, as seen in fig. 1, for example. The door 10 has: a door main body 18 pivotable about a first axis 16 extending vertically along the right side edge 14 as viewed in fig. 1 and displaceable between a door opening closed position that is horizontal and a door opening open position that is vertical in the drawing as viewed in fig. 2; and a decompression panel 22 provided in the decompression opening 20, the decompression opening 20 penetrating from the front surface to the rear surface of the door main body 18. The decompression panel 22 is pivotable about a second axis 24 extending vertically between left and right first side edges 22a and second side edges 22b, and is displaceable between a decompression opening closing position and a decompression opening position as shown in fig. 2. Although detailed description is omitted, a hinge device with a shutter is provided along the first axis 16, and the door main body 18 that pivots from the door opening closing position toward the door opening position is biased toward the door opening closing position. The decompression panel 22 is also provided with hinge devices with shutters at upper and lower ends along the second axis 24, and is biased in a direction from the decompression opening open position toward the decompression opening closed position. The door body 18 and the decompression panel 22 are both hollow structures each including front and rear iron plates, and when the decompression panel 22 is located at the decompression opening closed position shown in fig. 1, the front and rear surfaces of the door body 18 and the front and rear surfaces of the decompression panel 22 are flush with each other.
A latch device 26 is provided inside the door main body 18 adjacent to the left side edge 12a thereof. The latch device 26 includes a latch 32 for a door body, and the latch 32 for a door body is fitted into and released from a door lock hole (not shown) provided in a side edge of the door opening 12 by turning a handle 30, and the handle 30 is attached to an end portion of a handle shaft 28 (fig. 2) extending horizontally through the door body 18 from the front surface to the rear surface. Various manners are known for functionally connecting the handle 30 and the latch 32 for the door main body, and a detailed description thereof will be omitted in this embodiment. Note that, in fig. 2, the decompression panel 22 is pivoted, and a portion of the decompression panel 22 on the left side of the second axis 24 protrudes downward with respect to the door 20, but a portion of the decompression panel 22 on the right side of the second axis 24 may protrude downward with respect to the door 20. In this case, there is an advantage that the door 10 can be easily opened by a person who operates to rotate the handle 30.
Fig. 3 to 5 show a latch device 34 for a decompression panel, and the latch device 34 for a decompression panel is provided in the door main body 18 of the door 10 shown in fig. 1, and is configured to lock and unlock the decompression panel 22 with respect to the door main body 18 in conjunction with the handle shaft 28 rotated by the rotational operation of the handle 30. The latch device 34 for a decompression panel includes: a support body 36 formed in a flat case shape; a swing member 38 fixed to the handle shaft 28 and extending parallel to the front and rear surfaces of the door main body 18 so as to be spaced apart from the handle shaft 28; and a latch 42 for a decompression panel displaceable between a panel locking position (fig. 3) where the latch 42 for a decompression panel is fitted into a panel locking hole 40 provided in the second side edge 22b of the decompression panel 22 in conjunction with the swinging of the swinging member 38 about the handle shaft 28 when the decompression panel 22 is located at the decompression opening closing position, and a panel unlocking position (fig. 5) where the latch 42 for a decompression panel is pulled out from the panel locking hole 40, and in the illustrated embodiment, the latch 34 for a decompression panel further includes a magnet type attracting device 44 for attracting the decompression panel 22 located on the decompression opening position side from the decompression opening closing position to the decompression opening closing position by magnetic force.
In this embodiment, the swinging members 38 are constituted by a pair of swinging members 38 attached near both ends of the handle shaft 28 and extending parallel to each other along the front and rear surfaces of the support body 36. As shown in the drawing, the swing member 38 is provided with an arc-shaped guide hole 46 near the handle shaft 28, receives one of a pair of fixed shafts 48 for attaching the handle shaft 28 to the door body 18, and rotates about the handle shaft 28 along the fixed shaft 48. Further, between the pair of swing members 38, first and second connecting shafts 50, 52 extending through arc-shaped guide holes 36a, 36b provided in the support body 36 are provided at the longitudinal direction middle and front ends of the swing members 38. The other end of the torsion spring 54 having one end fixed to the support body 36 is engaged with the first coupling shaft 50, and biases the swinging member 38 counterclockwise toward the latch operating position shown in fig. 3. The second coupling shaft 52 is pivotally connected to the support body 36 and engages with a double pawl lever 56 biased in the clockwise direction by a torsion spring 55, and when the swing member 38 is pivoted, the double pawl lever 56 is pivoted to operate the latch 42 for the decompression panel and a magnetic attraction member (a permanent magnet in the illustrated example) 58 of the magnet attraction device 44.
The decompression panel latch 42 is formed in a shape in which one surface of the decompression panel 22 in the opening/closing direction is an inclined surface and the other surface is a flat surface and the tip end is narrowed, as in a common latch, and allows the decompression panel 22 to return from the decompression opening open position to the decompression opening closed position, but prevents the reverse operation. The latch 42 for a decompression panel is biased by a spring, not shown, to a panel locking position shown in fig. 3, and the swing member 38 is rotated clockwise by the swing handle 30 to rotate the double pawl lever 56 counterclockwise, so that the first engaging portion 60 provided at the intermediate portion of one lever 56a of the double pawl lever 56 displaces the latch support 62 of the latch 42 for a decompression panel leftward, and the latch 42 for a decompression panel is pulled out from the panel locking hole 40 of the decompression panel 22 shown in fig. 3 to a panel unlocking position shown in fig. 4.
In the present embodiment, the swinging member 38 is provided to be capable of swinging from the position of fig. 3 to the position of fig. 5. When the swing member 38 is positioned at the position shown in fig. 4, the latch 42 for the decompression panel is positioned at the panel unlock position, and the magnetic attraction member 58 is positioned at the attraction release position, but the latch 32 for the door body is positioned at the door lock position. That is, when the handle 30 is turned from the normal position to a certain extent at the time of fire occurrence to the state shown in fig. 4, the door main body 18 is locked at the door opening closing position by the door main body latch 32, but the decompression panel latch 42 is at the panel unlock position, the magnetic attraction member 58 is at the attraction release position, and the decompression panel 22 is in a pivotable state with respect to the door main body. Therefore, in this state, when a pressure as indicated by an arrow in fig. 2 is applied to the door 10 and the rotational force generated by the pressure is larger than the biasing force in the clockwise direction in fig. 2 generated by the above-described closer hinge device with the pressure reducing panel 22, the pressure reducing panel 22 pivots toward the pressure reducing opening open position in the state of fig. 4, and the subsequent door opening operation of the door main body 18 can be easily performed. In the illustrated embodiment, the axis 24 for pivoting the decompression panel 22 is located at a substantially central position in the width direction of the decompression panel 22, and the rotational force generated by the pressure as described above is not substantially generated, but after the door main body is pivoted toward the door opening open position (pivoted clockwise as viewed in fig. 2) in a state where the pressure as described above is applied, the decompression opening 20 is pivoted counterclockwise with respect to the door main body 18 by the inertia of the decompression panel 22 and the pressure, and the decompression opening 20 is opened. In the state where the swing member 38 is displaced to the position shown in fig. 5, the door main body latch 32 is also at the door unlock position, and the door main body 18 can be moved toward the door opening open position.
The magnet type adsorption device 44 includes: a magnetic adsorption member 58; a magnetic attraction member support member 66 that supports the magnetic attraction member 58 to be movable in the horizontal direction with respect to the support 36; and a magnetic attraction member displacement device for displacing the magnetic attraction member 58 between the attraction position shown in fig. 3 and the attraction release position shown in fig. 4. In the illustrated example, the magnetic attraction member displacement device is configured by the swing member 38 and the double pawl lever 56 that are rotationally operated by the handle 30 as described above, and displaces the magnetic attraction member support member 66 between the attraction position and the attraction release position via the second engagement portion 61 provided at the distal end of the double pawl lever 56 in accordance with the rotation of the double pawl lever 56. As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the magnet type attracting device 44 includes a magnetic attracting member 67 provided on the second side edge 22b of the decompression panel 22, and when the decompression panel 22 is located at the decompression opening closing position and the magnetic attracting member 58 is located at the attracting position (fig. 3 and 9), the magnetic attracting member 67 is magnetically attracted to the magnetic attracting member 58.
Fig. 6 shows the door 10 with the magnetic attraction device 44 in the state shown in fig. 4. That is, the magnetic attraction member 58 is located at the attraction release position and is separated from the magnetic attraction member 67 provided in the decompression panel 22. At this time, the decompression panel latch 42 is also simultaneously pulled out from the panel locking hole 40, and the decompression panel 22 can be brought from the decompression opening closing position (fig. 6) to the decompression opening position (fig. 7). Fig. 8 shows a state in which after the decompression panel 22 is brought to the decompression opening open position shown in fig. 7, the handle 30 is returned to the original normal position, and the magnetic attraction member 58 is returned to the attraction position. In this state, the magnetic attraction member 58 faces the magnetic attraction member 67 provided on the decompression panel 22, and acts to attract the magnetic attraction member 67.
Fig. 9 shows a state where the magnetic attraction members 58 and 67 are magnetically attracted to each other, and at this time, the latch pin 42 for the decompression panel is fitted into the panel locking hole 40 as shown in fig. 3. At this time, the magnetic attraction members 58 and 67 are brought into contact with the magnetic pole surfaces of different polarities to attract each other, but when the handle 30 is rotated in this state, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the latch 42 for the decompression panel is displaced to the panel unlock position, and the magnetic attraction member 58 is displaced so as to slide with respect to the magnetic pole surface of the magnetic attraction member 67 to become the attraction release position. Such an operation of the magnetic attraction member 58 is an operation in a direction of cutting off magnetic flux between the magnetic pole surfaces, and the magnetic attraction member 58 can be displaced with a very small force as compared with a case where the magnetic pole surfaces are vertically separated.
Fig. 10 shows another embodiment of a latch device for locking and unlocking a door main body 20 and a decompression panel 22 used for the door of the present invention. The latch device includes: a latch 32 for a door body attached to a support 70, the support 70 being fixed to the inside of the door body 18 and formed in a flat housing shape; a latch 42 for a decompression panel; a handle shaft 28; a handle 30; a compression spring 72 for urging the latch 32 for the door main body to the door locking position shown in the figure; a compression spring 74 for urging the latch pin 42 for decompression panel to the panel locking position shown in the figure; and a swing member 38 extending in the radial direction from the handle shaft 28, engaging with the door body latch 32 located at the door locking position and the decompression panel latch 42 located at the panel locking position, and by the turning operation of the handle 30, the swing member 38 displaces the door body latch 32 and the decompression panel latch 42 to the door unlocking position and the panel unlocking position against the compression springs 72 and 74, respectively.
Fig. 11 shows another embodiment of the door 10 according to the present invention, which includes a decompression panel 22 for opening and closing the door main body 18 and the decompression opening 20 of the door main body 18, similarly to the door shown in fig. 1. The door 10 includes a latch device 26 in the same manner as the door of fig. 1, and a handle shaft 28 is rotated by a handle rotation operation not shown, thereby operating a door main body latch 32. Various configurations of the operating mechanism are well known, and therefore, detailed description thereof is omitted.
The door 10 shown in fig. 11 has a latch device 34 for a decompression panel in the same manner as the door shown in fig. 1, but its specific structure is as follows. That is, the latch device 34 for a decompression panel includes: a first support body 36(1) which is provided adjacent to the latch device 26, is formed in a flat case shape provided in the door main body 18, and supports a double claw lever 56 which swings in accordance with the rotation of the swing member 38 fixed to the handle shaft 28; a second support 36(2) which is formed in a flat case shape provided in the door main body 18 adjacent to a side edge (lower side edge in the illustrated example) of the decompression opening 20 and supports the decompression panel latch 42; and a link unit 80 that links the double claw lever 56 and the latch pin 42 for the decompression panel and displaces the latch pin 42 for the decompression panel between a panel locking position (shown) and a panel unlocking position (pulled downward from the position shown) in conjunction with the rotation of the handle 30. In the illustrated example, the connection unit 80 includes a cable 80 having one end connected to one end of the double lever 56 and the other end connected to one end of a double lever 82 pivotally connected to the second support body 36(2), the cable 80 is stretched between the double levers 56, 82 via pulleys 84, and the connection unit 80 is configured to displace the latch pin 42 for the decompression panel, which is normally biased to the panel locking position by the coil spring 86, between the panel locking position and the panel unlocking position by swinging the double lever 82 via the double lever 56 and the cable 80 when the handle shaft 28 is rotated by rotating the handle 30.
In any of the embodiments, in order to set the door 10 located at the door opening closed position to the door opening open position, the handle 30 is rotated to set the door body latch 32 and the decompression panel latch 42 to the respective unlock positions, and the door can be opened by the handle 30. At this time, even if the decompression panel 22 is rotated to open the decompression opening 20, the handle 30 is positioned on the door main body 18 side, and therefore the handle 30 can be gripped and the door 10 can be rotated regardless of the rotational position of the decompression panel 22. Even if the door main body 18 is in the door opening closed position, the decompression panel 22 may be prevented from completely returning to the decompression opening closed position by a strong air flow, but such a problem can be solved by the magnetic force adsorption device 44 in the present invention.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described above, but the present invention is not limited to these. For example, the door of the present invention is not limited to the fire door or the normally closed fire door described above, and may be applied to a normally open fire door.
