本发明属于建筑材料领域,提出一种防火高效外墙保温板,自外而内依次包括(1)2mm厚石膏纸面阻燃压花装饰层,(2)60mm厚聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料保温板,(3)40mm厚无机纤维板基层;所述的(1)、(2)、(3)结构层通过(4)耐水性氰基丙烯酸酯粘结剂粘结在一起;产品燃烧等级为A级,满足公安部建设部相关消防文件要求;保温性能好,导热系数低;可以工厂预制,缩短施工时间。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种防火高效外墙保温板。
背景技术
外墙保温多种多样,传统外墙保温,是由聚合物砂浆、玻璃纤维网格布、阻燃型模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板(EPS)或挤塑板(XPS)等材料复合而成,现场粘结施工。新型保温装饰一体化板是通过流水线生产,集保温、防水、饰面等功能于一体,是满足当前房屋建筑节能需求,提高工业与民用建筑外墙保温水平的优选材料,也是对既有建筑节能改造的首选材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提高外墙保温板的美观性和保温性,提出一种防火高效外墙保温板。
技术方案
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
1.一种防火高效外墙保温板,自外而内依次包括(1)2mm厚石膏纸面阻燃压花装饰层,(2)60mm厚聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料保温板,(3)40mm厚无机纤维板基层。
2.所述的(1)、(2)、(3)结构层通过(4)耐水性氰基丙烯酸酯粘结剂粘结在一起。
本发明的有益作用在于:
1.产品燃烧等级为A级,满足公安部建设部相关消防文件要求。
2.保温性能好,导热系数低。
3.可以工厂预制,缩短施工时间。

2.所述的(1)、(2)、(3)结构层通过(4)耐水性氰基丙烯酸酯粘结剂粘结在一起。
