As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a washing machine, which may be a drum washing machine, and may specifically include a housing (not shown in the drawings), a window glass (not shown in the drawings), a window pad (not shown in the drawings), a tub 200, a tub 400, a front flange 500, and a drying device 600, wherein:
the inside of the housing is provided with an installation space for installing a window mat, the outer tub 200, the inner tub 400, the front flange 500, the drying device 600 and other components;
the window gasket is generally disposed between the window glass and the inner tub 400, and is used to achieve sealing between the window glass and the inner tub 400 and prevent water in the inner tub 400 from flowing out when the washing machine is operated;
the inner tub 400 is disposed inside the outer tub 200, and is used for accommodating laundry and water for washing the laundry, the inner tub 400 may specifically include a front circumferential portion 410, the front circumferential portion 410 refers to a side of the inner tub 400 closer to the window pad, and the front circumferential portion 410 may be configured as a cylinder structure;
the front flange 500 includes a front end plate 510 and a tension plate 520 connected to each other, the front end plate 510 may be a circular ring structure, the tension plate 520 may be a circular cone structure, the inner cylinder 400 is connected to the front end plate 510, specifically, the front peripheral portion 410 of the inner cylinder 400 is connected to the front end plate 510, and the front flange 500 is located between the inner cylinder 400 and the window gasket, that is, the window gasket is connected to the inner cylinder 400 through the front flange 500; the stretching plate 520 is provided with a first vent hole 521;
the drying device 600 may include a drying part 610 and an air outlet pipe 620, the drying part 610 is used for generating high-temperature gas, and the air outlet pipe 620 is used for sending out the high-temperature gas generated by the drying part 610; the air outlet pipe 620 is connected to the outer tub 200, and the air outlet pipe 620 communicates with the inner space of the inner tub 400 through the first vent 521, that is, the air outlet pipe 620 can extend into the outer tub 200, and the high temperature gas in the air outlet pipe 620 can be sent into the inner space of the inner tub 400 through the first vent 521.
When the washing machine is adopted, the whole drying device 600 basically extends to the position above the front flange 500 without further extending to the position of the window gasket, so that the drying device 600 is not connected with the window gasket, the depth of the window gasket can be reduced (the direction of the depth is the axial direction of the inner barrel 400), and the depth size of the whole washing machine is reduced. Therefore, the space occupied by the washing machine is reduced.
In order to further increase the intake air amount and the intake air velocity, second ventilation holes 411 may be provided on the front circumferential portion 410, and the outlet duct 620 communicates with the inner space of the inner tub 400 through the second ventilation holes 411. After the second ventilating hole 411 is added, the high temperature gas output from the drying device 600 can enter the inside of the inner tub 400 through the first ventilating hole 521 and the second ventilating hole 411 at the same time, thereby better drying the laundry.
Of course, the front end plate 510 of the front flange 500 may be provided with a third ventilation hole 511, and the air outlet pipe 620 may communicate with the inner space of the inner cylinder 400 through the third ventilation hole 511. At this time, the high temperature gas output from the drying device 600 may simultaneously enter the inside of the inner tub 400 through the first and third ventilation holes 521 and 511, or through the first, second and third ventilation holes 521, 411 and 511, thereby better achieving the drying of the laundry.
In order to facilitate the high-temperature air output from the drying device 600 to enter the inner tub 400, an air guide surface may be provided on the outer tub 200, which is recessed toward the window mat and faces both the air outlet 621 of the air outlet duct 620 and the first ventilation hole 521. At this time, the high-temperature gas output from the air outlet pipe 620 of the drying device 600 is ejected from the air outlet 621 of the air outlet pipe 620, and the ejected high-temperature gas reaches the air guide surface and is limited by the air guide surface, so that the flow direction of the high-temperature gas changes under the action of the air guide surface, specifically, the high-temperature gas points to the direction of the first vent 521, and then enters the inside of the inner barrel 400 through the first vent 521.
The wind guide surface can be a cambered surface or a surface with other shapes. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the outer tub 200 may include a wind guide plate 210, and the wind guide plate 210 specifically includes a first plate 211 and a second plate 212, and the first plate 211 and the second plate 212 are connected, and both may be flat plates. In order to achieve the wind guiding function, a joint of the first plate 211 and the second plate 212 may be recessed in a direction close to the window mat, and a wind guiding surface is formed on the first plate 211 and the second plate 212. The air deflector 210 has a simple structure and can ensure an air guiding effect.
Further, the drying device 600 may further include a connection hose 630, and the air outlet pipe 620 is communicated with the tub 200 through the connection hose 630. The connection hose 630 herein is a flexible structure that can be deformed to facilitate flexible installation of the drying apparatus 600 and the tub 200. More importantly, the connection hose 630 can more efficiently convey the high-temperature gas in the drying device 600, and prevent the high-temperature gas from leaking out of the connection space between the air outlet pipe 620 and the outer tub 200, so that more gas enters the inner tub 400, thereby improving the drying effect of the clothes.
Specifically, the connection hose 630 may be a plastic pipe, and it may adopt a threaded pipe structure.
In general, the first ventilation hole 521 may be provided in plurality, and in order to simplify the structure of the front flange 500, the first ventilation holes 521 are arranged at intervals in the outer circumferential direction of the tension plate 520. The outer circumferential direction of the stretching plate 520 coincides with the outer circumferential direction of the inner tube 400, and the first ventilation holes 521 may be further uniformly spaced in the outer circumferential direction of the stretching plate 520. In addition, the first ventilation holes 521 may be provided as circular holes, and the sizes of the first ventilation holes 521 may be equal, thereby further reducing the processing cost of the first ventilation holes 521.
The first ventilation holes 521 may be formed only once in the tension plate 520, and in order to increase the ventilation area, a plurality of first ventilation holes 521 may be arranged in a plurality of hole groups arranged in the circumferential direction of the tension plate 520, and each hole group may be arranged in a group along the axial direction of the inner tube 400. That is, the first ventilation holes 521 are formed in the stretching plate 520 in multiple circles, so that the first ventilation holes 521 are formed in each portion of the stretching plate 520 distributed along the axial direction of the stretching plate, and the number of the first ventilation holes 521 is increased, thereby achieving the aforementioned purpose.
The tension plate 520 may be generally configured as a tapered plate with a smaller end closer to the window mat than a larger end. At this time, the number of the first vent holes 521 in the aforementioned hole group gradually increases in a direction away from the window mat. In the aforementioned direction away from the window mat, i.e. the direction from the smaller end of the tapered plate to the larger end thereof, the cross section of the tapered plate is gradually increased, so that the number of the first ventilation holes 521 is increased, and a sufficient ventilation area can be formed at different cross sections of the tapered plate, thereby enhancing the ventilation effect.
To further improve the stability of the flow of the high temperature gas through each of the first vent holes 521, the center lines of each of the first vent holes 521 in a single hole group may be located on the same plane, and the plane is perpendicular to the axis of the inner barrel 400. After such arrangement, in the process of rotating the inner cylinder 400, the high-temperature gas output by the drying device 600 can more stably act on the first ventilation holes 521, and airflow disturbance due to position change of the first ventilation holes 521 in the axial direction of the inner cylinder 400 is not easy to occur. Therefore, the high-temperature gas can enter the inner cylinder 400 more stably and smoothly by adopting the structure.
Since the drying device 600 can be disposed above the tub 200 and the outlet duct 620 extends substantially along the axial direction of the tub 200, the outlet duct 620 is generally divided into two parts, one of which is bent compared to the other to introduce the high-temperature gas inside itself into the inner tub 400. Alternatively, a portion of the end of the outlet pipe 620 may be vertical with respect to the other portion, but this causes a large resistance to the flow of the high-temperature gas inside the outlet pipe 620. Therefore, in order to reduce the resistance, a portion of the end of the outlet pipe 620 may be disposed to be inclined with respect to the radial direction of the inner cylinder 400, that is, the outlet direction of the outlet pipe 620 may be disposed to be inclined with respect to the radial direction of the inner cylinder 400. It should be noted that the air outlet direction of the air outlet pipe 620 here is also the axial direction of the air outlet 621 of the air outlet pipe 620.
In addition, the aforementioned second ventilation holes 411 and third ventilation holes 511 may be provided in plurality and each distributed in groups in the outer circumferential direction of the inner tube 400.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
