Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the "laundry treatment apparatus" mentioned in the present invention may include any apparatus capable of treating laundry, to which the technical solution of the present invention can be applied, including, but not limited to, a washing machine, a dryer, and a washing and drying machine.
A detailed structure of the laundry treating apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 2.
As shown in fig. 1, a laundry treating apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a contents container 10, an ultrasonic generator 20 for releasing ultrasonic waves to the contents container 10, and a vacuum pump 30 connected to the contents container 10 to pump out gas inside the contents container 10.
It should be noted that the washing principle of the laundry treatment apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is different from that of the washing machine according to the related art, and specifically, the laundry treatment apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention turns on the ultrasonic generator 20 after putting the laundry in the container 10 and injecting a certain amount of clean water, so that the laundry vibrates and stains are shaken off into the water. The vacuum pump 30 is then turned on to gradually draw air out of the container 10, so that the interior of the container 10 reaches a "vacuum negative" environment, and in such a particular environment, the gas that was dissolved, wrapped or adsorbed in and on the dirt expands and attempts to escape. Therefore, the physical state of the dirt can be influenced, the expansion and decomposition of the dirt are promoted, the adhesive force of the dirt on clothes fibers is weakened, and the cleaning effect is improved. According to the above analysis, the laundry treating apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention has at least two advantages over the related art washing machine: firstly, no washing powder or detergent is needed to be used in the washing process of the clothes, so that the environmental pollution is reduced; secondly, an ultrasonic washing mode is adopted, and the washing performance is greatly improved.
According to the clothes treatment device 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the ultrasonic washing mode is adopted, so that the washing performance is greatly improved, and no washing powder or detergent is required to be used in the washing process, thereby reducing the environmental pollution.
In some embodiments, the ultrasonic generator 20 is an ultrasonic transducer. The ultrasonic transducer can convert input electric power into ultrasonic waves and then transmit the ultrasonic waves, and has the advantages of being capable of generating the ultrasonic waves with higher frequency by using the electric power and saving energy.
Advantageously, the frequency f of the sonotrode 20 ranges from 20KHz to 50 KHz. According to the test, the cleaning effect of the ultrasonic frequency in the range of 20KHz-50KHz is better. Of course, the frequency of the ultrasonic generator 20 is not limited to the above range, and may be any range of 10KHz to 500 KHz.
In some embodiments, the power P of the sonotrode 20 ranges from 10W to 100W.
In some embodiments, the laundry treating apparatus 100 further includes a drain pipe 50 and a suction pump 40. The drain pipe 50 is connected to the contents container 10, and the suction pump 40 is connected to the drain pipe 50 to drive the water in the contents container 10 to be discharged through the drain pipe 50. It will be appreciated that the drain pipe 50 is connected to the suction pump 40 to drain the water in the container 10, and the ultrasonic generator 20 is activated to dehydrate the laundry after the sewage is drained. Thereby realizing that the laundry treating apparatus 100 has both washing and drying functions.
In some embodiments, the container 10 includes a barrel body having an open top, the ultrasonic generator 20 is provided on the barrel body, and a cover body openably and closably provided on the top of the barrel body. This improves the energy utilization efficiency of the ultrasonic waves and ensures that the inside of the container 10 can be in a "negative pressure vacuum" state when the vacuum pump 30 pumps out the air in the container 10.
Specifically, a sealing element is arranged between the barrel body and the cover body. This further ensures that the inside of the container 10 can be in a "negative pressure vacuum" state when the vacuum pump 30 pumps out the air in the container 10.
Specifically, the ultrasonic generator 20 is plural, and the plural ultrasonic generators 20 are provided on the bottom wall and/or the side wall of the tub. Thereby, washing and drying efficiency of the laundry treating apparatus 100 may be improved.
The washing method of the clothes treatment device according to the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
p1: putting the clothes into the container 10 and soaking the clothes in the washing water;
p2: the ultrasonic generator 20 is started, the ultrasonic generator 20 releases ultrasonic waves into the container 10, and the ultrasonic waves drive the washing water and the clothes to vibrate.
It can be understood that, in the washing method of the clothes treatment device according to the embodiment of the present invention, the ultrasonic wave is used as the washing power, and the dirt on the clothes can be "shaken off" into the water under the action of the ultrasonic wave. The ultrasonic washing mode is adopted, so that the washing performance is greatly improved, and the operation is flexible and convenient. Meanwhile, the clothes washing method of the clothes treatment device provided by the embodiment of the invention does not need to add any washing powder or detergent, so that the pollution of the washing sewage to the environment is greatly reduced.
According to the clothes washing method of the clothes treatment device, the ultrasonic waves are used as the washing power, so that the washing performance is greatly improved, the operation is flexible and convenient, no washing powder or detergent is required to be added in the washing process, and the pollution of washing sewage to the environment is greatly reduced.
In some embodiments, in step P2, the washing water and the laundry are vibrated only by the driving of the ultrasonic waves. Of course, in other embodiments of the invention, the wash water and the laundry may also be moved by other means, such as a pulsator drive, a drum drive, etc. That is, the washing method of the laundry treatment apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to an ultrasonic washing machine, and may be applied to other washing apparatuses such as a pulsator washing machine or a drum washing machine including an ultrasonic cleaning apparatus.
Advantageously, the sonotrode 20 is provided inside the content container 10, and in step P2, the sonotrode 20 is immersed in the washing water. Therefore, the energy of the ultrasonic wave can be fully utilized, and the washing effect is improved. It should be noted that, the immersion may refer to complete immersion or partial immersion, and when there are a plurality of ultrasonic generators 20, the ultrasonic generators 20 may be completely immersed in the washing water, or a part of the ultrasonic generators may be completely immersed in the washing water, and the rest of the ultrasonic generators may be immersed in the washing water. Of course, the ultrasonic generator 20 may not be immersed in the washing water, that is, the ultrasonic generator 20 is always above the washing water during the washing process of the laundry treatment apparatus 100, so that the laundry and the washing water can be driven to vibrate as well.
In some embodiments, the following step is further included after step P2: p3: the vacuum pump 30 is turned on, and the vacuum pump 30 pumps out the gas in the container 10. It will be appreciated that the vacuum pump 30 gradually draws air from the contents of the container 10 to achieve a "vacuum negative" environment within the container 10, and that in such a particular environment, gases that were originally dissolved, entrapped or adsorbed within and on the surfaces of the dirt expand and attempt to escape. Therefore, the physical state of the dirt can be influenced, the expansion and decomposition of the dirt are promoted, the adhesive force of the dirt on clothes fibers is weakened, and the cleaning effect is improved.
It should be noted that the operation state of the ultrasonic generator 20 in the step P3 may be various. For example, in some embodiments, the ultrasonic generator 20 is always in operation. In some embodiments, the ultrasonic generator 20 is turned off when the vacuum pump 30 is turned on, and the ultrasonic generator 20 is turned on again after a certain condition is met. Of course, certain conditions herein may take many forms, for example, the sonotrode 20 may be turned back on after the vacuum pump 30 has been running for a time T1. For another example, a pressure detector is disposed inside the laundry treatment apparatus 100, the control system of the laundry treatment apparatus 100 is electrically connected to the pressure detector, and when the pressure inside the container 10 is smaller than a preset pressure, the electronic control board sends a command to the ultrasonic generator 20 to restart the same.
The clothes drying method of the clothes treatment device according to the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
q1: placing the laundry to be dried in the container 10;
q2: the ultrasonic generator 20 is started, the ultrasonic generator 20 releases ultrasonic waves into the material container 10, and the ultrasonic waves drive the clothes to vibrate.
It can be understood that, on one hand, the ultrasonic wave can drive the clothes to vibrate, so as to "shake" the moisture on the clothes in the container 10, and on the other hand, the cavitation effect of the ultrasonic wave can cavitate the washing water collected in the container 10 into countless cavitation bubbles, that is, the ultrasonic wave can change the liquid washing water into steam, so as to dry the clothes. In addition, the ultrasonic clothes drying speed is high, the clothes drying time of a user is saved, and the use satisfaction degree of the user is improved.
According to the clothes washing method of the clothes treatment device, the ultrasonic waves are adopted as the clothes drying power, so that the clothes drying efficiency is greatly improved, the clothes drying time is shortened, and the use satisfaction of a user is improved.
In some embodiments, the following steps are also included after step Q2: q3: the vacuum pump 30 is turned on, and the vacuum pump 30 pumps out the gas in the container 10. It should be noted that turning on the vacuum pump 30 has two functions: first, the vacuum pump 30 can pump the gas in the container 10, and as described above, the cavitation action of the ultrasonic wave can change the liquid washing water into water vapor, and the vacuum pump 30 can pump the water vapor, and second, the vacuum pump 30 can reduce the air pressure in the container 10, and in the case of low air pressure, the washing water can be changed into water vapor at a low temperature, that is, in the state of low pressure, the washing water is more easily "volatilized", and based on the above two actions, the vacuum pump 30 is turned on, and the vacuum pump 30 pumps the gas in the container 10. The clothes drying process can be further accelerated, and the clothes drying time is shortened.
In some embodiments, the following steps are also included after step Q2: q3': the suction pump 40 is turned on, and the suction pump 40 pumps out the water in the contents container 10. Therefore, the water pump 40 can pump out the washing water gathered in the object container 10, thereby avoiding the washing water gathered at the bottom of the object container 10 from wetting the clothes again, indirectly accelerating the clothes drying process and shortening the clothes drying time.
A laundry treating apparatus 100 and a washing and drying method thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 2.
As shown in fig. 1, the laundry treating apparatus 100 of the present embodiment includes a container 10, an ultrasonic generator 20, a vacuum pump 30, a suction pump 40, and a drain pipe 50. The ultrasonic generator 20 is used to discharge ultrasonic waves to the contents container 10, and the vacuum pump 30 is connected to the contents container 10 to pump out the gas in the contents container 10. The drain pipe 50 is connected to the contents container 10, and the suction pump 40 is connected to the drain pipe 50 to drive the water in the contents container 10 to be discharged through the drain pipe 50.
The washing and drying processes of the laundry processing apparatus 100 of the present embodiment are as follows:
the first step is as follows: injecting clean water to the water surface and submerging the ultrasonic generator 20;

the fourth step: turning on the power supply, the ultrasonic generator 20 starts to work, and dirt on clothes is shaken off into water under the action of ultrasonic waves;
the fifth step: the vacuum pump 30 is turned on to gradually evacuate the air from the container 10, so that the interior of the container 10 reaches a "vacuum negative pressure" environment. In such a particular environment, gases that originally dissolved, entrapped or adsorbed within and on the surface of the soil will expand and attempt to escape. The process can affect the physical state of the dirt, promote the expansion and decomposition of the dirt and weaken the adhesive force between the dirt and the clothes fiber;
and a sixth step: after washing for a period of time, turning off the power supplies of the vacuum pump 30 and the ultrasonic generator 20, turning on the power supply of the water pump 40, starting the operation of the water pump 40, and discharging the water in the container 10;
the washing process is completed, and the clothes drying process follows
The seventh step: when the water in the container 10 is drained, the power supply of the water pump 40 is turned off, the power supply of the ultrasonic wave generating circuit is turned on again, the transducer starts to work, and water molecules in clothes are shaken off in the container 10 under the cavitation action of ultrasonic waves and are in an atomized state;
eighth step: the power of the vacuum pump 30 is turned on again, the vacuum pump 30 starts to work, air in the container 10 is gradually pumped out, and the interior of the container 10 reaches the environment of vacuum negative pressure.
The ninth step: the power of the water pump 40 is turned on again, and the water pump 40 starts to operate to pump out the washing water collected in the container 10;
the tenth step: after a period of operation, all power supplies are turned off, the clothes are taken out, and it can be seen that stains on the clothes have substantially disappeared, and the clothes are obviously dried.
The clothes processing device 100 of the embodiment washes the clothes in a vacuum negative pressure state by matching with ultrasonic waves, so that the washing performance is greatly improved, and in the washing process, a user does not need to add any washing powder or detergent, thereby greatly reducing the environmental pollution. Meanwhile, the clothes drying process is also carried out in a negative pressure environment, so that water can be changed into steam at a lower temperature, the high-temperature steam is prevented from conducting heat to low-temperature clothes fibers, the drying temperature is reduced, and the drying speed is increased.
The clothes treatment device 100 of the embodiment adopts the ultrasonic wave to wash and dry clothes in the negative pressure environment, thereby greatly improving the washing performance, being convenient and flexible to operate, greatly reducing the environmental pollution, greatly shortening the clothes drying time and having remarkable clothes drying effect.
