Abstract

本发明提供了一种嵌入式磁感应踏板装置,其可安装于脚踏车的踏板曲柄上,其包含踏板本体、轴承、踏板中轴、磁场感应单元、永久磁石、运算模块、传输模块及电源模块,踏板本体的中央有一轴孔,磁场感应单元设于轴孔的内缘,踏板中轴贯穿设于轴孔内,偏心座设于踏板中轴的一端,永久磁石设于偏心座上且偏离踏板中轴的轴心的位置,使得永久磁石与磁场感应单元作相对运动时,磁场感应单元能感应磁场变化,运算模块则根据磁场变化计算产生踏板曲柄运作信息,再由传输模块发送至外界,电源模块则提供运算模块及传输模块工作所需的电源。

嵌入式磁感应踏板装置
技术领域
本发明是一种脚踏车踏板装置,尤指一种透过感应磁场进行量测踏板曲柄转动信息的脚踏车踏板装置。
背景技术
物联网(英语:Internet of Things,IoT)是因特网、传统电信网等信息承载体,让所有能行使独立功能的普通物体实现互联互通的网络,物联网将现实世界数字化,应用范围十分广泛。
在脚踏车的运动辅助装置中,亦有许多结合物联网概念的应用被提出,例如利用结合GPS或多种传感器,将讯息传送至手持装置或远程装置,供用户了解或追踪目前骑乘脚踏车的路径、路况、温度、骑乘者的各种生理状态。
本案发明人专研于智能型运动器材领域多年,基于同样的概念,遂发想是否能提出一结合物联网概念的脚踏车踏板装置,以提供用户有别于传统的创新应用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种具备精简构造的脚踏车踏板装置,其可量测踏板曲柄转动的相关信息,让用户能更佳地掌握运动的实时信息,且兼具制造、组装与维护上的优势。
为达上述目的,本发明提出一种嵌入式磁感应踏板装置,其安装于脚踏车的一踏板曲柄上,本装置包含一踏板本体、至少一轴承、一踏板中轴、一偏心座、至少一永久磁石、一运算模块、一传输模块及一电源模块,踏板本体的中央设有一轴孔,轴孔的内缘设有至少一磁场感应单元,轴孔的内缘设有至少一轴承,踏板中轴是透过轴承贯穿设于轴孔内,偏心座设于踏板中轴的一端,偏心座上设有永久磁石,且永久磁石偏离踏板中轴的轴心的位置,使得永久磁石与磁场感应单元作相对运动时,磁场感应单元能感应一磁场变化,运算模块是连接至磁场感应单元,以根据磁场变化,计算产生一踏板曲柄运作信息,传输模块与运算模块连接,以发送踏板曲柄运作信息至外界,电源模块提供运算模块及传输模块工作所需的电源。
综上所述,本发明的嵌入式磁感应踏板装置,至少包含下列优点:
本发明的嵌入式磁感应踏板装置能通过量测踏板曲柄转动的相关信息,让用户能更好的掌握运动的实时信息。
本发明的嵌入式磁感应踏板装置具有装设方便的优点,仅需将一般脚踏车的踏板拆下,换装上本发明的磁感应踏板装置即可使用。
本发明的嵌入式磁感应踏板装置,其构造精简可靠,在制造与组装上更具优势,且利于维护。

具体实施方式
以下将描述具体的实施例以说明本发明如何实施,但这些实施例并不用来限制本发明所保护的范围。
实施例一
请参阅图1及图2,本发明提出一种嵌入式磁感应踏板装置1,可安装于脚踏车的踏板曲柄上,其包含一踏板本体10、至少一轴承20、一踏板中轴30、一偏心座40以及至少一永久磁石41,以及未示出于图上的一运算模块51、一传输模块52及一电源模块70。
踏板本体10,为提供踩踏的踏板,其材质可为金属或工程塑料。踏板本体10的中央设有一轴孔101,而轴孔101的内缘设有至少一磁场感应单元11,具体而言,磁场感应单元11可为一感应线圈、磁簧开关(Reed switch)111或是霍尔感测组件(Hall sensor)112(请参阅图 7~8及图11~12)。
轴孔101的内缘设有轴承20,踏板中轴30则透过轴承20贯穿设于轴孔101内。踏板中轴30另以其一端装设于脚踏车的踏板曲柄X上,故当使用者踩踏脚踏车使得踏板曲柄X旋转时,踏板中轴30会与踏板本体10进行相对运动。
踏板中轴30的一端设有偏心座40,偏心座40上设有至少一永久磁石41。为了制作与取得方便性考虑,偏心座40可为一螺母或一穿设有芯片螺丝42的螺母,其中当偏心座40为一螺母时,其一部分具有第一镂空处43,用以容置永久磁石41于踏板中轴30的一端,当偏心座40为一穿设有芯片螺丝42的螺母时,其芯片螺丝42的一部份具有第二镂空处44,用以容置永久磁石41于踏板中轴30的一端,在组装时,仅需将永久磁石41置入第一镂空处43或第二镂空处44、将偏心座40锁上踏板中轴30,即完成组装。其中,为了使永久磁石41与磁场感应单元11作相对运动时,磁场感应单元11能感应到一磁场变化,永久磁石41于偏心座40装配上踏板中轴30后,永久磁石41位于离踏板中轴30的轴心31的位置,如图4所示,其为将偏心座40装配上踏板中轴30后,由一端观看的示意图,意即偏心座40上的第一镂空处43或第二镂空处44需尽量使得永久磁石41偏离踏板中轴30的轴心 31,以使磁场感应单元11接收到的磁场变化最大化,其中该永久磁石41的磁性直接可被该磁场感应单元11感应到。
实施例二
在本实施例中,偏心座40也可为一圆柱体,其上具有一第一镂空处43或第二镂空处44以容置永久磁石41,偏心座40的一端设有螺纹,以与设有相应螺纹的踏板中轴30的一端互相进行锁固,使得偏心座40与踏板中轴30连动。
请参阅图5,永久磁石41与磁场感应单元11作相对运动时,会因踏板曲柄X与踏板本体10的相对角度变化,产生磁场变化。磁感应踏板装置10(以踏板顶面为准)与踏板曲柄X(以轴向延伸为准)的夹角θ,会于踩踏过程中持续变化,因此磁场感应单元11感应到不同的磁场大小,当磁场感应单元11为一霍尔感应组件时,其产生如图6所示的变化电流。然而须注意图6中所示的电流波型仅为示意之用,实际上使用者踩踏脚踏车时并不规律,故通常并不会产生如此规律的弦波波型。而当磁场感应单元11为感应线圈时,亦会因为电流变化产生类似的电压波型或电流波型,供后续处理之用。
而当磁场感应单元11为一磁簧开关111时(如图7),因磁簧开关111只有「开」以及「关」两种输出,故不会得到如图6中的电压波型或电流波型,但依然可通过磁簧开关111的频率计算出踏板曲柄运作信息。
请参阅图3,运算模块51,连接至磁场感应单元11,其根据磁场变化,计算产生一踏板曲柄运作信息,在实现时,运算模块51具体可为一单芯片,其内加载程序以执行前述运算以及相关控制。具体而言,运算模块51根据磁场变化在磁场感应单元11造成的电流变化或电压变化,进行计算以产生踏板曲柄运作信息。其中,踏板曲柄运作信息是描述用户踩踏脚踏车时,踏板曲柄动作的相关信息,例如踏板曲柄转动速度,或是踏板曲柄累积转动次数等,其中,运算模块51包含一内存510,用以纪录脚踏板运作信息的历史数据、自行车ID、车况、维修信息或用户生理信息等。
传输模块52,其提供IO传输接口,传输模块52与运算模块51连接,以发送踏板曲柄运作信息至外界,传输模块52可为具备无线传输功能及有线传输功能的任意类型的单芯片或微控器。其中,无线传输功能包含Wi-Fi、蓝芽、ZigBee及近场通信(Near FieldCommunication,NFC),可以用来与外界进行配对,而外界是指外界的一终端装置,例如可为自行车表、手机或平板计算机等的智能型装置90,或是笔记本电脑、桌面计算机等,其内安装有相应的应用程序,以将接收到的踏板曲柄运作信息显示给用户观看,或做其他运算之用,其中当嵌入式磁感应踏板装置1在工作时为无线传输,当嵌入式磁感应踏板装置1在停止工作时为有线传输或无线传输,以下载运动信息到自行车表或个人智能型装置。
电源模块70,其与运算模块51及传输模块52连接,给运算模块 51及传输模块52提供工作所需的电源。具体而言,电源模块包含电池71及相应的电源控制电路,电池可为钮扣电池、永久电池、充电电池或其他类型的电池。
再请参阅图1与图7,为了方便安装与维护,本发明的嵌入式磁感应踏板装置1使用了一固定件80,其是设于踏板本体10的轴孔101 内且远离踏板中轴30的一端,固定件80可为一中空柱状体,材质可为塑料或其他刚性材质,固定件80的大小与轴孔101相符合,以方便置入踏板本体10中,并于其一端设置相应的机构与踏板本体10锁固,固定件80内的中空部分可提供容纳电源模块70的电池71。固定件上还设置有导出电池电流的正极弹片81以及负极弹片82。
另外,固定件80的一端还设置用以容置电路板50的空间,以及一上盖83,为了方便组装及维护,传输模块52及运算模块51可设于电路板50上,如此一来,当传输模块52及运算模块51损坏时,仅需打开上盖83,将电路板50抽出修理即可,组装时也相当便利。
同时,踏板本体10的固定件80还可增设导磁单元102,具体而言,可为一金属片,导磁单元102的一部份邻近永久磁石41,另一部分邻近磁场感应单元11,以将永久磁石41的磁通量透过导磁单元102引导至邻近磁场感应单元11处,如此一来,磁场感应单元11便不用一定要设在永久磁石41旁边,只要以导磁单元102引导磁路,磁场感应单元11便能侦测到磁通量的变化,以供运算模块51进行计数,大大地增加装置在踏板本体上的空间配置以及接在线的灵活度。
实施例三
请参阅图8,为本发明的实施例三,其与前述实施例的差别在于偏心座40与永久磁石41为一体状,且踏板本体10为卡踏鞋专用的卡踏板。
实施例四
请参阅图9,本发明的实施例四,为确保使用者夜间骑车时的安全,踏板侧边还设有第一发光单元12,且上盖83也可置换为第二发光单元13,第一发光单元12与第二发光单元13为一种视觉指针,可以是发光二极管(Light-Emitting Diode,LEDs)、LED Bar(棍)、或各种有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED),在本实施例中第一发光单元12与第二发光单元13是由一个彩色LED或多个单色LED组成。其中本发明还包括感光单元53,此感光单元53与运算模块51电性连接,而第一发光单元12与第二发光单元13与运算模块51电性连接,由感光单元53侦测外在环境的亮度,并提供一环境亮度信息至运算模块51,而运算模块51根据此环境亮度信息提供开灯讯号或关灯讯号至电源模块70,进一步调控电源模块70提供对应的电量至第一发光单元12与第二发光单元13,进而使第一发光单元12与第二发光单元13可以依照当下的情境发光,并可随着白天或晚上自动调节关闭或开启,或是由使用者自行开关。请参阅图10,在夜间骑乘时,第一发光单元12将被开启,光线将向地面的方向照射,第二发光单元13也被开启,光线将向远离车身的方向照射,这样让使用者后方及侧边的骑士都能看到自行车所发出的光,进而与使用者保持距离,提高使用者夜间骑车的安全性,除此之外,第一发光单元12与第二发光单元13也可作为电源指示灯、配对指示灯及数据传送指示灯,其中作为电源指示灯,当电源快耗尽时,第一发光单元12或第二发光单元13将以红灯闪烁作为提醒。作为配对指示灯,当永久磁石41与磁场感应单元11相互开始工作时,第一发光单元12 或第二发光单元13将会闪烁或亮灯,以便.让使用者确认配对联机。作为数据传送指示灯,当传输模块52开始执行传输时,第一发光单元12或第二发光单元13将会闪烁或亮灯,以便让用户得知目前数据正在传输中。然而以上提醒方式将不以此为限。

Claims (15)

1.一种嵌入式磁感应踏板装置,其安装于脚踏车的一踏板曲柄上,其特征在于,所述装置包含:
一踏板本体,其中央设有一轴孔,所述轴孔的内缘设有至少一磁场感应单元;
至少一轴承,其设于所述轴孔的内缘;
一踏板中轴,其透过所述轴承贯穿设于所述轴孔内;
一偏心座,其设于所述踏板中轴的一端;
至少一永久磁石,所述永久磁石设于所述偏心座上且偏离所述踏板中轴的轴心位置,使得所述永久磁石与所述磁场感应单元作相对运动时,所述磁场感应单元能感应一磁场变化;
一运算模块,其连接至所述磁场感应单元,以根据所述磁场变化,计算产生一踏板曲柄运作信息;
一传输模块,其连接至所述运算模块,以发送所述踏板曲柄运作信息至外界;以及
一电源模块,提供所述运算模块及所述传输模块工作所需的电源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式磁感应踏板装置,其特征在于,所述磁场感应单元为磁簧开关或霍尔感测组件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式磁感应踏板装置,其特征在于,所述踏板曲柄运作信息为踏板曲柄转动速度或踏板曲柄累积转动次数的其中之一或结合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式磁感应踏板装置,其特征在于,其还包含一固定件,所述固定件设于所述轴孔内且远离所述踏板中轴的一端,所述固定件容置所述电源模块。
5.根据权利要求4所述的嵌入式磁感应踏板装置,其特征在于,其还包含一电路板,所述电路板设于所述固定件上,所述电路板上设有所述运算模块及所述传输模块。
6.根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式磁感应踏板装置,其特征在于,所述偏心座与所述永久磁石可为分离式或一体状。
7.根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式磁感应踏板装置,其特征在于,其还包含至少一导磁单元,所述导磁单元设于所述轴孔的内缘且邻近所述永久磁石及所述磁场感应单元。
8.根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式磁感应踏板装置,其特征在于,所述永久磁石的磁性直接被所述磁场感应单元感应到。
9.根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式磁感应踏板装置,其特征在于,所述偏心座锁固于所述踏板中轴的所述一端上。
10.根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式磁感应踏板装置,其特征在于,所述传输模块具有无线传输或有线传输功能,以与自行车表或个人智能型装置相互通讯。
11.根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式磁感应踏板装置,其特征在于,所述电源模块为永久电池或充电电池提供嵌入式磁感应踏板装置所需的电源。
12.根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式磁感应踏板装置,其特征在于,所述运算模块包含一内存,用以纪录脚踏板运作信息的历史数据、自行车ID、车况、维修信息或用户生理信息。
13.根据权利要求10所述的嵌入式磁感应踏板装置,其特征在于,当所述嵌入式磁感应踏板装置在工作时为无线传输,当所述嵌入式磁感应踏板装置在停止工作时为有线传输或无线传输,以下载运动信息到所述自行车表或所述个人智能型装置。
14.根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式磁感应踏板装置,其特征在于,其还包含一第一发光单元及一第二发光单元,所述第一发光单元和所述第二发光单元由一个彩色LED或多个单色LED所组成,其为电源指示灯、通讯配对指示灯或数据传输指示灯。
15.根据权利要求14所述的嵌入式磁感应踏板装置,其特征在于,所述第一发光单元和所述第二发光单元是发光二极管LED Bar或各种有机发光二极管。
