Further, the second part 422 is matched with the first part 421, the first part 421 moves to drive the second part 422 to move synchronously, and the locking piece 43 is arranged at one end of the second part 422 far away from the bracket 41 through the connecting piece 44. For example, the first member 421 and the second member 422 are engaged through the axle hole, the first member 421 can drive the second member 422 to rotate and move, the connecting member 44 is specifically a connecting bolt, and the locking plate 43 is fixed at an end of the second member 422 far away from the bracket 41 through the connecting bolt.
The two ends of the first elastic member 423 are respectively stopped against the second member 422 and the locking piece 43 and normally push the second member 422 to move toward the bracket 41. Therefore, when the locking mechanism 4 is in a normal state, the first elastic member 423 keeps the positioning groove 422a and the positioning hole in a matching state, so that the rotating member 42 cannot rotate relative to the bracket 41, and the reliability of the locking mechanism 4 is improved.
Specifically, the first elastic member 423 is a spring externally fitted to the connecting member 44, and thus, the reliability of the locking mechanism 4 can be improved.
Optionally, the outer peripheral wall of the first part 421 is provided with a locking groove 421a, the second part 422 is provided with a matching hole 422b, and the inner peripheral wall of the matching hole 422b is provided with a locking block extending into the locking groove 421 a. Therefore, through the matching of the locking slot 421a and the matching hole 422b, the first component 421 can not only drive the second component 422 to rotate, but also drive the second component 422 to move relative to the bracket 41.
When the dust cover assembly 1 needs to be moved, the first component 421 is pushed at first, the first component 421 drives the second component 422 to move and compress the first elastic member 423 through the matching of the fixture block and the clamping groove 421a, so that the positioning groove 422a and the positioning hole are disengaged, then the first component 421 is rotated and drives the locking plate 43 to rotate so as to realize unlocking, and at this time, the locking mechanism 4 resets after the first component 421 is released. This simplifies the operation and further improves the practicability of the locking mechanism 4.
It is understood that the structure of the locking mechanism 4 is not limited to this, and the locking mechanism 4 may be formed in any structure, for example, the locking mechanism 4 may be a matching structure of a snap and a snap groove, which are separated when the locking mechanism 4 is triggered so that the first cover 11 and the second cover 12 can move relatively, as long as it is achieved that the first cover 11 and the second cover 12 can move relatively when the locking mechanism 4 is in the locking state to position the first cover 11 and the second cover 12 and the locking mechanism is switched to the unlocking state.

After the maintenance work is completed, the first cover 11 and the second cover 12 are controlled to move relatively to make the end surfaces of the first cover 11 and the second cover 12 contact, then the locking mechanism 4 is controlled to be switched to the locking state, and finally the jack is removed to return the straddle monorail train 100 to the working position of the track beam.
According to the maintenance method of the straddle-type monorail train 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the straddle-type monorail train 100 is arranged, then the movable cover body and the electric appliance cabinet cover 6 are controlled to integrally move to expose the travelling wheels 5, and then the straddle-type monorail train 100 is only required to be lifted away from the track beam to separate the travelling wheels 5 from the track beam, so that the travelling wheels 5 can be replaced in the train body 7, and therefore, the workload can be reduced, and the working efficiency can be improved.
The detailed structure of the straddle monorail train 100 and the maintenance method thereof according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 11. It is to be understood, of course, that the following description is intended to illustrate the invention and not to limit the invention.
The straddle-type monorail train 100 according to the embodiment of the invention comprises a train body 7, a bogie, a protective cover assembly 1, a locking mechanism 4 and an electric appliance cabinet cover 6.
Specifically, the vehicle body 7 has a hollow structure, the vehicle body 7 includes a cabin and a floor, and the floor of the vehicle body 7 is provided with an attachment through hole 71.
The bogie comprises a frame and running wheels 5, wherein the running wheels 5 are arranged on the frame, and a part of the running wheels 5 passes through the mounting through hole 71 and is positioned in the vehicle body 7.
The protective cover assembly 1 is provided on the floor of the vehicle body 7, the protective cover assembly 1 including a first cover 11 and a second cover 12, the first cover 11 and the second cover 12 being relatively movable to switch between a first state in which the first cover 11 and the second cover 12 cooperate to define a closed cover space and a second state in which the first cover 11 and the second cover 12 are disengaged to expose the running wheels 5. Specifically, the first cover 11 is detachably fixed to the floor, and the second cover 12 is movable relative to the first cover 11.
The electric appliance cabinet cover 6 is covered on the protective cover assembly 1, specifically, the electric appliance cabinet cover 6 comprises a first cabinet cover 61 and a second cabinet cover 62, the first cabinet cover 61 is fixed on the first cover body 11 through an aluminum square tube and resin, and the second cabinet cover 62 is fixed on the second cover body 12 through an aluminum square tube and resin.
Furthermore, the end surface of the first cover 11, which is matched with the second cover 12, and the end surface of the second cover 12, which is matched with the first cover 11, are both provided with sealing sponge. As shown in fig. 6, a flange is provided on the end surface of the first cover 11, and a sealing sponge is provided in the flange. In the locked state, the end surface of the second cover 12 that is engaged with the first cover 11 can be accommodated in the above-mentioned flange.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the inner bottom wall of the vehicle body 7 is provided with a slide rail 2, and the second cover 12 is provided with a first pulley slidably engaged with the slide rail 2. As shown in fig. 5, the slide rail 2 includes a first portion 2a and a second portion 2b, the first portion 2a is formed as a T-shaped groove, the first portion 2a extends along a length direction of the slide rail 2 with an opening of the first portion 2a facing the shield assembly 1, and a first pulley is provided in the first portion 2a and can roll along the length direction of the slide rail 2.
Specifically, the electrical cabinet cover 6 is provided with a second pulley which is in sliding fit with the second part 2b at the top of the sliding rail 2, and the second pulley can slide along the length direction of the sliding rail 2.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the locking mechanism 4 is engaged with the first cover 11 and the second cover 12, respectively, and the locking mechanism 4 is switched between a locked state and an unlocked state, in which the locking mechanism 4 is in the locked state to position the first cover 11 and the second cover 12, and the first cover 11 and the second cover 12 are relatively moved when the locking mechanism 4 is switched to the unlocked state.
Specifically, the locking mechanism 4 is provided on the second cover 12, and the locking mechanism 4 includes a bracket 41, a rotating member 42, and a locking piece 43.
The bracket 41 is fixed on the second cover 12, the rotating member 42 is rotatably inserted into the bracket 41, the locking plate 43 is fixed at one end of the rotating member 42 to rotate synchronously with the rotating member 42, and in a locked state, the locking plate 43 is stopped against the outer peripheral wall of the first cover 11 to limit the degree of freedom of movement of the second cover 12.
Specifically, in the maintenance work, the straddle-type monorail train 100 is lifted off the rail beam by using a jack to disengage the running wheels 5 from the rail beam, the rotating member 42 of the locking mechanism 4 is rotated to disengage the movable first cover 11 or second cover 12 from the locking piece 43, the movable cover and the electric cabinet cover 6 are controlled to integrally move to expose the running wheels 5, and finally the running wheels 5 are replaced in the train body 7.
After the maintenance work is completed, the first cover 11 and the second cover 12 are controlled to move relatively to make the end surfaces of the first cover 11 and the second cover 12 contact, then the rotating piece 42 on the locking mechanism 4 is rotated to make the locking piece 43 abut against the outer peripheral wall of the movable first cover 11 or the second cover 12 to realize locking, and finally the jack is withdrawn to make the straddle monorail train 100 return to the working position of the track beam.
Other constructions of the monorail car according to embodiments of the present invention, such as the drive means, etc., and the operation thereof, are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (13)

1. A straddle monorail car comprising:
the device comprises a vehicle body, wherein a floor of the vehicle body is provided with an installation through hole, and a detachable travelling wheel is arranged in the installation through hole;
the protective cover assembly is arranged on the inner bottom wall of the vehicle body and covers the walking wheels, and comprises a first cover body and a second cover body, at least one of the first cover body and the second cover body is a movable cover body capable of moving relative to the vehicle body, the movable cover body moves to enable the protective cover assembly to be switched between a first state and a second state, the first cover body and the second cover body are matched to limit a closed cover space in the first state, and the first cover body and the second cover body are separated to enable the walking wheels to be exposed in the second state;
and the electric appliance cabinet cover is covered on the protective cover component and fixed on the movable cover body.
2. The straddle-type monorail train according to claim 1, wherein a slide rail is provided on an inner bottom wall of the train body, and a first pulley slidably engaged with the slide rail is provided on the movable cover body.
3. A straddle-type monorail train according to claim 2, wherein the electrical cabinet cover is provided with a second pulley which is slidably fitted with the slide rail.
4. A straddle monorail train as claimed in claim 1, wherein one of the first cover and the second cover is fixed to the vehicle body and the other of the first cover and the second cover is movably arranged on the vehicle body.
5. The straddle monorail car of claim 4, wherein one of the first cover and the second cover is removably secured to the car body.
6. A straddle monorail train according to claim 1, wherein the end surface of the first cover cooperating with the second cover and/or the end surface of the second cover cooperating with the first cover is provided with a sealing element.
7. A straddle-type monorail train according to claim 1, wherein the electrical cabinet cover is bonded to the moving cover body.
8. The straddle-type monorail train of any one of claims 1-7, further comprising a locking mechanism engaged with the first cover and the second cover, respectively, the locking mechanism being switchable between a locked state in which the locking mechanism is in the locked state to position the first cover and the second cover, and an unlocked state in which the first cover and the second cover are relatively moved when the locking mechanism is switched to the unlocked state.
9. A straddle monorail train as claimed in claim 8, wherein one of the first cover and the second cover is movably disposed on the vehicle body, and the locking mechanism comprises:
the support is arranged on the vehicle body or the protective cover assembly;
the rotating piece is rotatably arranged on the bracket in a penetrating way;
the locking plate, the locking plate is fixed the one end of rotating member in order with the rotating member synchronous rotation the locking state, the locking plate with first cover body or the cooperation of second cover body is in order to restrict the removal degree of freedom of the removal cover body.

the first elastic piece is abutted against the second part and the locking piece respectively at two ends to be in a compressed state, and the first elastic piece can apply acting force to the second part towards the bracket so as to normally push the second part to move towards the bracket.

The straddle monorail train of claim 11, wherein the outer peripheral wall of the first part is provided with a clamping groove, the second part is provided with a matching hole, and the inner peripheral wall of the matching hole is provided with a clamping block extending into the clamping groove.
13. A method of maintaining a straddle monorail train, wherein the straddle monorail train is a straddle monorail train according to any one of claims 8-12, and the method comprises the steps of:
lifting the straddle type monorail train off a track beam to separate the traveling wheels from the track beam;
switching the locking mechanism to an unlocked state;
controlling the movable cover body and the electric appliance cabinet cover to move so as to expose the walking wheels;
and taking out the walking wheels from the vehicle body.
