Abstract
The invention relates to a strip steel production line, in particular to a strip steel separation roller. Technical Field
The invention relates to a strip steel production line, in particular to a strip steel separation roller.
Background
The separating roller is common in the steel production industry and is mainly applied to separating cut steel by a longitudinal cutting line. The separating roller generally has a single weight of about 150Kg and consists of a roller body and a spacer. The spacer is easy to wear, and if the worn spacer is not replaced in time, the surface of steel is easy to scratch, so that the quality of the steel product is influenced. It is important to periodically perform spacer replacement for the separation roller.
The conventional method for replacing the spacers is to use the cooperation of traveling cranes in a factory building to lift the separating roller off the ground, and workers take the worn spacers on the roller body down one by one and then replace the new spacers. The method is difficult to control the stability of the roller body after the isolation roller is lifted, and is easy to cause mechanical injury to replacement personnel and damage to the isolation sheet equipment. Moreover, the replacement method has low efficiency and long time consumption, needs to occupy a traveling crane for a long time, and seriously influences production.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a quick replacement method for a strip steel separation roller spacer. The invention can improve the construction safety of the replacement of the separating sheet, improve the replacement efficiency and occupy less traveling cranes.

The invention sequentially sleeves new spacers on the upright post at one side of the bracket according to the sequence of installation on the separation roller; the separation roller of the spacer to be replaced is fixed on the bracket by hoisting through a crane in the plant; sleeving the used spacer on the separation roller on the upright column at the other side of the bracket; new spacers are in turn mounted on the spacer rollers. The invention effectively solves the problems of low efficiency and long time consumption when the separator is replaced by the separation roller and the problem that the roller body cannot be fixed and has high danger when the separator is replaced by the separation roller; when the separation roller is used for replacing the separation sheet, the gravity center of the roller way is stable, people cannot be hurt by overturning, and meanwhile, the separation sheet is not damaged when the separation roller is used for replacing the separation sheet. Because the separation piece is changed very frequently, in order to change the convenience, the support direct mount is in the separation roller side.
