Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of water purifiers, in particular to a filter element of a water purifier.
Background
As water pollution becomes more serious, water purifiers are becoming indispensable facilities for home and the like. Currently, a conventional water purifier generally includes a water path plate 200 for water to flow, a plurality of filter cartridges 100, and a booster pump 300 as shown in fig. 1 and 2. The filter element 100 adopts a form that the filter element 110 is wrapped by the mould shell 120, at least one water inlet and one water outlet are arranged on the mould shell 120, raw water enters the filter element 100 from the water inlet, filtered by the filter 110, purified water flows out from the water outlet to finish primary filtration, the purified water after the primary filtration enters a water channel in the waterway plate 200, enters the second filter element 100 from the water inlet of the other filter element 100, and then flows out from the water outlet of the second filter element to a pipeline in the waterway plate 200 through the filtration of the second filter element 110, so that after the filtration or adsorption of the plurality of filter elements, the purified water for drinking can flow out from the purified water outlet on the waterway plate 200 for drinking by people. At present, two types of filter elements of a water purifier generally exist, one type is to absorb impurities in water by using activated carbon or other substances with strong adsorption capacity, the other type is to block substances with larger molecules in water in the filter membrane by using a filter membrane such as an RO filter membrane, only purified water can permeate through the filter membrane, and the shell of the filter element is provided with a waste water outlet more than the shell of the adsorption filter element, so that the filter element is provided with three pore channels 131 communicated with the outside. Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at the problem that when the filter element is installed on a waterway plate at present, the filter element and the waterway plate are fixed by utilizing bayonets, so that an interface between the waterway plate and the filter element is not easy to seal, no water leakage is ensured, the filter element is provided, the filter element is directly pressed down when being installed on the waterway plate, the waterway plate and the filter element are not required to be rotated, and the water purifier with the filter element is provided.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for achieving the purpose is as follows: the filter element comprises a filter arranged in a mould shell, wherein a filter element interface which is connected with a waterway plate interface is arranged at the bottom of the mould shell, and a pore canal which is communicated with a waterway joint at the center of the waterway plate interface on a waterway plate surface is arranged at the center of the filter element interface; the filter element interface is also provided with a fixing mechanism for fixing the filter element on the waterway plate; the fixing mechanism comprises pin bolts symmetrically arranged at two sides of the pore canal, the pin bolts comprise bolt bodies and bolt heads, the bolt heads are arranged in a pipeline type sliding guide communicated with the pore canal, the bolt bodies are arranged in a bolt body slideway, the bolt bodies are internally provided with bolts, the bolts extend out of the bolt bodies by the elasticity of bolt springs, gaps are formed in the wall of the bolt body slideway, and when the pin bolts slide outwards to fix the filter element, the bolts extend out of the bolt bodies and are blocked in the gaps; a top bolt is arranged below the gap, the top bolt comprises an upper top bolt, a lower top bolt and a bulge, a top bolt spring is arranged around the upper top bolt, and the lower top bolt extends out of the mould shell under the action of the top bolt spring and is in contact with a waterway plate upper plate in a waterway plate interface in the waterway plate; the fixing mechanism also comprises two return springs arranged at two sides of the pore canal, and the two return springs pull the top bolt back from two sides of the bolt body.

The invention also provides a seed water purifier provided with the filter element, which comprises the filter element, a waterway plate and a booster pump, wherein the filter element comprises an activated carbon filter element, a PP cotton filter element and an RO reverse osmosis membrane filter element, and the activated carbon filter element, the booster pump, the PP cotton filter element and the RO reverse osmosis membrane filter element are sequentially arranged according to the water flow direction of the waterway plate. The water purifying device also comprises a raw water tank and a purified water tank, wherein the raw water tank is respectively connected with a raw water inlet and a waste water outlet of the waterway plate, and the purified water tank is connected with a purified water outlet in the waterway plate.
The water purifier of the invention adopts the filter element, which is convenient to install and easy to waterproof.

Description of the embodiments
In embodiment 1, the present embodiment is a water purifier, in which when the filter cartridge 100 is mounted on the waterway board 200, the filter cartridge interface 130 of the filter cartridge 100 is directly abutted to the waterway board interface 210 of the waterway board 200, and the filter cartridge 100 and the waterway board 200 do not need to be rotated by a small angle, so that when the filter cartridge interface 130 and the waterway board interface 210 are abutted, the duct 131 in the filter cartridge interface 130 can be designed into a pipe extending from the filter cartridge interface 130, and when the filter cartridge 100 is mounted on the waterway board 200, the duct 131 is inserted into the waterway joint 211 in the waterway board interface 210, and thus, sealing is easily maintained, as long as the duct seal ring 1311 is provided on the duct 131.
In this embodiment, three filter elements 100 and a booster pump 300 are installed on the water path plate 200, so that a raw water tank can be installed, some raw water is added into the raw water tank, due to the effect of the booster pump 300, higher pressure is generated in the middle of the water path in the water path plate 200, water can be filtered from the filter elements 100, three filter elements in the water purifier of this embodiment are an activated carbon filter element, a PP cotton filter element and an RO reverse osmosis filter element, as shown in fig. 1, the three filter elements 100 are installed on the water path plate 200 together with the booster pump 300, an activated carbon filter element, the booster pump 300, a PP cotton filter element and an RO reverse osmosis membrane filter element are installed in sequence according to the water flow sequence of the water path plate, under the effect of the booster pump 300, water enters the activated carbon filter element from the water path plate 200, is then enters the water pipe in the water path plate 200 through the booster pump 300 for pressurization, then enters the RO filter element for filtration, the purified water enters the water tank, and the wastewater flows into the raw water tank through the wastewater outlet and is recycled together with the newly added raw water. Thus, the water purifier does not need to collect waste water, and only the raw water tank is cleaned after a certain time.
In this embodiment, the activated carbon filter element and the PP cotton filter element are filter elements with adsorption property, impurities in flowing water are adsorbed, the impurities are adsorbed to the inside of the filter element, and no wastewater flows out, so when the filter element is installed on the waterway board 200, only two interfaces for exchanging water with the waterway board, that is, only two channels 131 are provided, one of the interfaces is a water outlet channel installed in the center of the filter element interface 130, the other is a water inlet channel installed at the side edge of the water outlet channel, and water in the waterway board 200 flows through the two filter elements in sequence under the action of the booster pump 300. The other filter element is an RO reverse osmosis filter element, and the filter element interface 130 at the bottom of the mould shell 120 is provided with three pore channels, wherein one pore channel is arranged at the center and is also a purified water outlet pore channel, after entering the waterway plate 200 from the center, the filtered water flows out of the purified water outlet in the waterway plate 200, namely drinking water, and in addition, the water inlet pore channel and the waste water pore channel which enter the RO reverse osmosis filter element are respectively arranged at two sides of the outlet pore channel and are arranged in a straight line, as shown in figures 5 and 6. In the following description, the water inlet in the center of the cartridge 100 is referred to as the duct 131.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the filter cartridge 100 of the water purifier in this embodiment is an RO reverse osmosis membrane filter cartridge, which includes a die case 120 and a filter 110 installed in the die case 120, and the filter 110 is an RO reverse osmosis membrane, and in this embodiment, the main feature is that the filter cartridge interface 130 installed on the water channel plate 200 is provided at the bottom of the die case 120, and it is paired with the corresponding water channel plate interface 210 in the water channel plate 200 as shown in fig. 4, and as shown in fig. 7 and 8, a fixing mechanism for installing the filter cartridge 100 on the water channel plate 200 is provided outside the filter cartridge interface 130, by which the filter cartridge 100 can be directly installed on the water channel plate interface 210 prepared for it by the water channel plate 200. As shown in fig. 8, the fixing mechanism includes pins 132 symmetrically disposed at both sides of the channel 131, and since the filter element of this embodiment is an RO reverse osmosis membrane filter element, there are three channels 131 communicating with the water channels in the water channel plate in the filter element interface 130, three channels are arranged in a row, the middle is a water outlet channel through which purified water after filtration, and both sides are a water inlet channel and a wastewater outlet channel, respectively, where the pins 132 symmetrically disposed at both sides of the channel 131 represent both sides perpendicular to the directions of the three channels arranged in a row. Pin 132 includes a pin body 1322 and a pin head 1321, pin head 1321 is disposed in a pipe type slide guide 134 communicating with port 131, when pin head 1321 is disposed in pipe type slide guide 134, if booster pump 300 is operated or for other reasons when cartridge 100 is mounted on waterway plate 200, water pressure in waterway plate 200 is large and enters pipe type slide guide 134, pin head 1321 and pipe type slide guide 134 form a hydraulic cylinder, pipe type slide guide 134 is a cylinder, pin head 1321 is a piston, and pin head 1321 is moved outwards under the condition of relatively large water pressure, so that latches 132 on both sides are moved outwards. The key 1322 is disposed in a key slide 1325, and when the head 1321 is to be moved outwardly, the key 1322 also slides outwardly in the key slide 1325. A bolt 1323 is arranged in the bolt 1322, the bolt 1323 extends out of the bolt 1322 by the elasticity of a bolt spring 1324, a gap 1326 is arranged on the wall of a bolt slideway 1325, and when the bolt 132 slides outwards to fix the filter element 100, the bolt 1323 extends out of the bolt 1322 and is locked in the gap 1326; that is, as pin 132 slides outwardly, when pin 1323 extends from body 1322 to snap into notch 1326, it is restricted from sliding further outwardly, and cartridge 100 is now secured to waterway plate 200, and pin 132 is no longer moved, as cartridge 100 of this embodiment is now secured to waterway plate 200 by pin 132. During the operation of the water purifier, the water pressure is relatively high, the pin 132 will not reset naturally, and when the booster pump 300 is not pressurized and the water pressure in the water path plate 200 is low or disappears, the pin 132 will not slide because the pin 1323 extends out of the pin body 1322 and is blocked in the notch 1326, and the filter element 100 is stably mounted on the water path plate 200. In order to prevent water from leaking from this place, in this embodiment, a set of sealing rings 1327 are provided on the plug 1321, so that no water leaks out, regardless of the water pressure in the waterway board, the pipe type sliding guide 134 and the plug 1321 are tightly matched.
