Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于病人手术后的中心孔型‑多槽引流管。目前,所用的引流管为圆管形,前端头部也即引流管近端管壁带有若干个侧孔,管内腔与侧孔相通。这种设计不尽完善,当病人手术后出现血液凝块时,管内腔或/和侧孔易出现阻塞,即引流就会不畅,引流效果不好,且引流管直径相对粗大,对病人损伤较大、安全性能差,临床上使用不方便。本发明的引流管近端采用中心孔型‑多槽型结构,引流管远端采用圆管型结构;引流管近端的中心孔及各个内管腔与引流管远端管腔相通且中心孔壁上有小侧孔。达到了引流效果好,对病人损伤较小,可同时排出气体液体,使用方便,提高病人的安全性。

中心孔型-多槽引流管
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于临床上病人手术后引流液体、气体的引流管。
背景技术
目前,在病人手术后,其所用的引流管为圆管形,前段头部也即引流管近端管壁带有若干个侧孔,管内腔与侧孔相通。这种设计不尽完善,当病人手术后出现血液凝块时,管内腔或/和侧孔易出现阻塞,即引流就会不畅,引流效果不好,若有气体时(气胸),气体排出不畅,且引流管直径相对粗大,对病人损伤较大、安全性能差,临床上使用不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种在病人手术后使用的新型中心孔型-多槽引流管,在引流管近端即从引流管头部到定位标志点(引流管放在病人体内)采用中心孔型-多槽型结构,中心孔壁上带有细小壁孔。达到了引流效果好,气体液体同时排出,对病人损伤较小,使用方便,提高病人的安全性。本发明的目的是以下述方案实现的:中心孔型-多槽引流管,由引流管近端部分6和远端部分7组成,其特征是:引流管近端部分6采用中心孔型-多槽型结构,即中心为圆孔型10,中心圆孔壁上有小侧孔13;最外侧管壁1上有多个管壁槽2,管腔内有多个内管腔8,每条管壁槽2与对应的内管腔8相通,每个管腔8通过内管腔架9相隔,多个内管腔8与引流管远端管腔12相通,中心孔10型与引流管远端管腔12相通。所述的中心孔型-多槽引流管,其特征是:引流管近端6与远端7的分界点为定位标志点3,该定位标志点3前引流管近端部分6全在病人体内。所述的中心孔型-多槽引流管,其特征是:引流管管壁上有一条着色的显影线4。本发明的效果是:引流管近端6的中心孔10及中心孔壁上的小侧孔13可排出体内液体或气体;引流管近端6的管壁1上有多个管壁槽2,管腔内有多个内管腔8,病人流出的血液或液体通过管壁槽2流入内管腔8中,管壁槽2为畅开式结构,与人体内组织接触面大,通过负压及虹吸作用容易引流出血液或其它液体,且防止血液凝块阻塞而影响引流;。本发明结构合理,在不增加引流管直径的条件下采用中心孔型-多槽结构,引流效果好,对病人创伤较小,使用方便,提高了病人的安全性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图详细说明本发明实施例。在病人手术后,根据手术方式及手术部位的不同,通常放置1-2根引流管,最多可放置5-10多根引流管;每根引流管的远端与引流袋或负压引流瓶相连,用于引流病人手术后的气体、血液或其它液体。参看图1、图2、图3图4、图5,引流管由引流管近端部分6和远端部分7组成;引流管近端6即从引流管头部到定位标志点3(引流管放在病人体内)采用中心孔型-多槽型结构,引流管远端7即从定位标志点3到引流管连接负压引流瓶接口处(引流管在病人体外)采用圆管型结构;引流管近端6的的中心孔10及中心孔壁上的小侧孔13可排出体内液体或气体(液气体通过小侧孔13进入中心孔10,通向引流管远端官腔12),其中心孔外壁11与多槽型所形成的多个内管腔8与引流管远端管腔12相通。血液或液体通过引流管近端管壁槽2流入内管腔8,近端的多个内管腔8再流入引流管的远端管腔12,引流管的远端与引流瓶的接口相接进入引流瓶。在引流管的管壁上有一条着色的显影线4,显影线4不透过X光等射线,手术后检查可观察引流管在病人体内的位置。在引流管的管壁上有一定位标志点3,在放置引流管时近端部分6全在病人体内,定位标志点3在皮肤附近。参看图2图3,引流管近端6的中心孔型-多槽型结构为中心为一个孔型10,中心孔外壁与其它结构形成四个腔即近端管腔8为四个同样结构的腔,相对应的管壁槽2也是四个,形成“十”字形内腔架9;当引流管近端的中心孔型-多槽型结构为三个腔即近端管腔8为三个同样结构的腔,相对应的管壁槽2也是三个,形成“Y”字形内腔架9。工作原理:引流管近端6放入病人的手术部位,引流管近端6的中心为孔型10,中心孔壁上有小侧孔13,气液体通过小
侧孔13进入中心孔10,再进入远端官腔12;近端6管壁1上有多个管壁槽2,管腔内有多个内管腔8,病人的血液或液体通过管壁槽2流入内管腔8中,再进入远端管腔12,最后流入引流瓶;管壁槽2为畅开式多槽型结构,与人体内组织接触面大,通过负压及虹吸作用易引流出血液或其它液体,且防止血液凝块阻塞而影响引流。负压由负压引流瓶产生。

Claims (3)

1.中心孔型-多槽引流管,由引流管近端(6)和远端(7)组成,其特征是:引流管近端(6)采用中心孔型-多槽型结构,即其近端(6)的中心为孔型结构(10),中心孔壁上有小侧孔(13),近端管壁(1)上开有引流管壁槽(2),近端管壁(1)内连接内腔支架(9)与中心孔外壁(11)形成引流内管腔(8),各管壁槽(2)与内管腔(8)各自对应相通,引流管近端(6)中各个内管腔(8)、中心孔(10)与引流管远端管腔(12)相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中心孔型-多槽引流管,其特征是:引流管近端(6)与远端(7)的分界点为定位标志点(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中心孔型-多槽引流管,其特征是:引流管管壁上有一条着色的显影线(4)。
