In some embodiments of the present application, the user equipment and the network device corresponding to the user equipment communicate with each other through a wireless network, for example, communication may be performed through a traffic network or communication may be performed through a WiFi network. Referring to the system topology shown in fig. 1 and the method shown in fig. 2:
1) the user equipment transmits wireless operation state information of the user equipment to the network equipment, wherein the wireless operation state information relates to the first wireless access point. In some embodiments, the wireless operation state information includes access information that the user equipment inquires of the first wireless access point, wireless operation state information that requests to connect to the first wireless access point or that the user equipment has established a wireless connection with the first wireless access point.
2) The network equipment receives the wireless operation state information, inquires and matches one or more associated wireless access points related to the position of the first wireless access point in a wireless access point information base, and returns the access information of the one or more associated wireless access points and each associated wireless access point to the user equipment. In some embodiments, the wireless access point information base stores a plurality of wireless access points and access information of each wireless access point. In some embodiments, the network device queries, in the wireless access point information base, a wireless access point related to a location that it satisfies based on the identification information and the location information of the first wireless access point, for example, queries a wireless access point whose distance from the first wireless access point is less than or equal to a preset distance threshold information, regards the queried wireless access point as an associated wireless access point, and returns access information of the associated wireless access point and each associated wireless access point to the user device to which the wireless operation state information is sent.
3) And the user equipment receives the one or more associated wireless access points returned by the network equipment and the access information of each associated wireless access point. In some embodiments, the user device receives one or more associated wireless access points (e.g., SSIDs) returned by the network device and access information (e.g., authentication information) for each associated wireless access point.
4) When the first wireless access point is unavailable, the user equipment automatically establishes wireless connection between the user equipment and one of the one or more associated wireless access points based on the access information of the associated wireless access point, or presents recommended access point prompt information about the associated wireless access point of the one or more associated wireless access points through the user equipment. In some embodiments, the unavailability of the first wireless access point comprises at least any one of: the signal strength of the first wireless access point is below the signal strength threshold information; the user equipment disconnects the wireless connection with the first wireless access point; the first wireless access point security risk information is lower than the security risk threshold information; the networking speed of the first wireless access point is lower than the networking speed required for the current use of the user equipment. For example, the ue side is preset with signal strength threshold information, and when the ue queries, requests for connection, or has established wireless connection with the first wireless access point, the ue acquires the signal strength information of the first wireless access point, and compares the signal strength of the first wireless access point with the preset signal strength threshold information, and if the signal strength of the first wireless access point is lower than the signal strength threshold information, it is determined that the first wireless access point is unavailable. Then, the user equipment disconnects the wireless connection with the first wireless access point, and automatically establishes the wireless connection with the associated wireless access point based on the access information of the associated wireless access point returned by the network equipment. Alternatively, the user device presents recommended access point reminder information regarding the one or more associated wireless access points. In some embodiments, the recommended access point alert information includes, but is not limited to, an alert that the user currently has available wireless access points, an alert that the user currently has available which wireless access points can connect (e.g., alert that the user has wireless access points with SSID "XXX" available). So that the user can select whether to disconnect the first wireless access point which is currently connected or not and select the associated wireless access point to establish the connection.
The present application is mainly described above with reference to the system topology shown in fig. 1 and the system method shown in fig. 2, and is specifically exemplified below with reference to fig. 3 from the perspective of the user equipment.
Referring to fig. 3, according to an aspect of the present application, there is provided a method for wireless connection at a user equipment, wherein the method includes step S11, step S12, and step S13. In step S11, the user equipment sends wireless operation status information of the user equipment to the corresponding network equipment, wherein the wireless operation status information relates to the first wireless access point. In step S12, the ue receives one or more associated wireless access points and access information of each associated wireless access point returned by the network device, where each associated wireless access point satisfies location correlation with the first wireless access point. In step S13, when the first wireless access point is not available, a wireless connection between the user equipment and an associated wireless access point of one of the one or more associated wireless access points is automatically established based on the access information of the associated wireless access point, or recommended access point prompt information about the associated wireless access point of one of the one or more associated wireless access points is presented by the user equipment. In some embodiments, the wireless operating state information of the user equipment comprises state information when the user equipment queries for access information of the first wireless access point, state information when a connection to the first wireless access point is requested, or state information when a connection has been established with the first wireless access point. In some embodiments, the access information includes authentication information (e.g., authentication information) of the wireless access point. According to the method for performing wireless connection at the user equipment end, the network equipment is requested to return the associated wireless access points which are relevant to the first wireless access point satisfying the position and the access information of each associated wireless access point by sending the wireless operation state information related to the first wireless access point to the network equipment corresponding to the user equipment. When the first wireless access point is unavailable, the user equipment can automatically establish wireless connection with the associated wireless access point based on the access information of the associated wireless access point returned by the network equipment or present recommended access point prompt information of the associated wireless access point of one of the one or more associated wireless access points through the user equipment. In some embodiments, the recommended access point alert information includes, but is not limited to, an alert that the user currently has available wireless access points, an alert that the user currently has available which wireless access points can connect (e.g., alert that the user has wireless access points with SSID "XXX" available). The method and the device have the advantage that when the signal strength of the currently connected first wireless access point is weak (for example, the first wireless access point cannot be connected or the internet is not smooth enough) or the connection is broken or the network speed of the currently connected wireless access point does not meet the currently required network speed (for example, the required network speed is generally higher when a video is played), the user equipment can break the wireless connection with the first wireless access point and connect other available associated wireless access points. The normal use of the WiFi network by the user for surfing the Internet is not influenced, the user does not need to inquire again and connect other wireless access points, and the user experience is improved. Or prompting the user that the available associated wireless access points exist in a mode of recommending the access point prompting information, and selecting whether to disconnect the first wireless access point currently connected or not to connect the associated wireless access points based on the operation of the user. And the user does not need to perform a repeated query operation.
Specifically, in step S11, the user equipment transmits wireless operation state information of the user equipment to the corresponding network equipment, wherein the wireless operation state information relates to the first wireless access point. For example, the user equipment is currently connected with the first wireless access point, and the user equipment sends the wireless operation state information of the user equipment connected with the first wireless access point to the corresponding network equipment. Of course, as explained above, the wireless operating state information may include other operating state information when referring to the first wireless access point, such as wireless operating state information when querying for access information of the first wireless access point or wireless operating state information when requesting a connection to the first wireless access point.
In step S12, the ue receives one or more associated wireless access points and access information of each associated wireless access point returned by the network device, where each associated wireless access point satisfies location correlation with the first wireless access point. In some embodiments, after receiving the wireless operation status information sent by the user equipment, the network device queries the access point information base to obtain one or more associated wireless access points, and returns access information of the one or more associated wireless access points to the user equipment. Wherein the access information includes, but is not limited to, authentication information (e.g., an authentication password) of the one or more associated wireless access points. The user equipment receives access information of the one or more associated wireless access points, wherein each associated wireless access point satisfies a location correlation with the first wireless access point, for example, the associated wireless access points belong to the same wireless access point provider, belong to the same building, or belong to the same business district as the first wireless access point.
In some embodiments, when the first wireless access point is unavailable, the user equipment automatically establishes a wireless connection between the user equipment and the associated wireless access point based on access information of the associated wireless access point returned by the network equipment. In some embodiments, the situation where the first wireless access point is unavailable includes, but is not limited to: the signal strength of the first wireless access point is lower than the signal strength threshold information, the user equipment disconnects the wireless connection with the first wireless access point, the security risk information of the first wireless access point is lower than the security risk threshold information, and the networking speed of the first wireless access point is lower than the networking speed required by the current use of the user equipment. In some embodiments, the user equipment acquires the security risk information of the wireless local area network by establishing a wireless connection with the first wireless access point, wherein the security risk information includes but is not limited to: security detection items such as DNS (Domain Name System) spoofing detection, ARP (Address Resolution Protocol) attack detection, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) man-in-the-middle attack detection, false hotspot detection, hotspot WAP2 vulnerability detection, connection device detection, network encryption detection, and the like. For example, the user equipment obtains the security risk information of the wireless local area network through the wireless connection with the first wireless access point, for example, the user equipment determines the corresponding security risk information through performing various security detections on the wireless local area network; if the user equipment sends the relevant information of the wireless local area network to the server, the server inquires the security risk information corresponding to the wireless local area network in the database according to the relevant information of the wireless local area network and returns the security risk information to the user equipment. The user equipment further determines the security state information of the current wireless local area network according to the security risk information and a preset classification model or a security classification model determined by big data statistics and the like, and if the user equipment determines the corresponding security state information of the network which is not encrypted according to the network which is not encrypted of a security detection item detected by network encryption in the security risk information, the current network has security risk. Then, it is determined that the first wireless access point is unavailable and the user equipment disconnects the wireless connection with the first wireless access point. And establishing wireless connection with one or more associated wireless access points returned by the network equipment so as to realize that the user equipment automatically establishes the wireless connection between the user equipment and the associated wireless access points based on the access information of the associated wireless access points returned by the network equipment.
For example, the user a has established a connection with a first wireless access point (e.g., WiFi1) through its corresponding user device, which sends wireless operating status information to its corresponding network device that the user device has established a wireless connection with WiFi 1. The network device receives the wireless operating status information and queries the access point information base for two associated wireless access points (e.g., WiFi2 and WiFi3), wherein WiFi2 and WiFi3 belong to wireless access points within the same business circle as WiFi 1. The network device returns access information for WiFi2 and WiFi3 (e.g., authentication information for WiFi2 and WiFi3) to the user device of user a, which receives access information for WiFi2 and WiFi 3. When the wireless connection between the user equipment corresponding to the user A and the WiFi1 is disconnected or the signal strength of the WiFi1 is lower than a certain threshold value, the user equipment corresponding to the user A establishes wireless connection with the WiFi2 or the WiFi3 based on the WiFi2 and the access information of the WiFi3 returned by the network equipment. So that the user A automatically establishes wireless connection with other available WiFi2 or WiFi3 when the signal strength of the currently connected WiFi1 is poor or the connection with the WiFi1 is directly disconnected. On the premise of not influencing the user to use the wireless access point to continue surfing the Internet as usual, the operation step of searching the available wireless access point again is omitted, and the user experience is improved.
For another example, the user a has established a connection with a first wireless access point (e.g., WiFi1) through its corresponding user equipment, and the user equipment acquires the network speed information of WiFi1 (e.g., the network speed of WiFi1 is 200kb/s) while establishing a wireless connection with WiFi 1. The user device sends wireless operating status information to its corresponding network device that the user device has established a wireless connection with WiFi 1. The network device receives the wireless operating status information and queries the access point information base for associated wireless access points (e.g., WiFi2 and WiFi3) that are relevant to the location where WiFi1 exists. The network device queries access information associated with the wireless access point in the access point information base, acquires the network speed information of the WiFi2 and the WiFi3 from the wireless access nodes of the WiFi2 and the WiFi3 (for example, the network speed of the WiFi2 is 300kb/s, and the network speed of the WiFi3 is 250kb/s), and provides the network speed information of the WiFi2 and the WiFi3 to the user device corresponding to the user A. When the user A browses a webpage through the corresponding user equipment by utilizing WiFi1, the networking speed of the WiFi1 meets the currently required networking speed requirement, but when the user A watches videos through the corresponding user equipment by utilizing WiFi1, the networking speed (for example, 256kb/s) required for playing the videos is higher than the networking speed (200kb/s) provided by the WiFi1 to which the user equipment is currently connected. The user equipment determines that the first wireless access point (WiFi1) is unavailable based on 256kb/s being higher than 200 kb/s. Further, the user equipment determines that the networking speed of the WiFi2 is higher than that required by current use according to the networking speeds of the WiFi2 and the WiFi3 acquired from the network equipment side, and establishes wireless connection with the WiFi 2. Therefore, the user A can always watch the video in an environment meeting the current networking speed, manual networking operation is not needed, and the user experience is improved.
In still other embodiments, when the first wireless access point is unavailable, presenting, by the user device, recommended access point reminder information for an associated wireless access point of one of the one or more associated wireless access points. The recommended access point prompting information includes, but is not limited to, information prompting the user that an associated wireless access point is currently available or prompting the user that an associated wireless access point of XX, XXX is currently available. For example, the user device sends wireless operating status information about a first wireless access point to a corresponding network device, which stores identification information (e.g., SSID, location information) of a plurality of wireless access points. The network device determines one or more associated wireless access points (e.g., WiFi2 and WiFi3) based on the identification information of the first wireless access point (e.g., WiFi1) and the identification information of the wireless access points stored in the database, and returns WiFi2 and WiFi3 (e.g., SSIDs of WiFi2 and WiFi3) and access information of WiFi2 and WiFi3 to the user device. The user equipment receives access information of WiFi2 and WiFi3, WiFi2 and WiFi3 returned by the network device, and presents recommended access point prompt information of other available wireless access points to the user, or presents recommended access point prompt information of available WiFi2 and WiFi3 to the user.
In some embodiments, the wireless operating status information comprises any one of: the user equipment inquires the access information of the first wireless access point; the user equipment requests to connect to the first wireless access point; the user equipment and the first wireless access point establish wireless connection. In some embodiments, the access information includes, but is not limited to, authentication information for the wireless access point.
For example, when the user a does not currently connect to the wireless access point, and sends an inquiry request about the access information of the first wireless access point to the network device corresponding to the user device, the user device sends the wireless operation state information of the user device inquiring the access information of the first wireless access point to the corresponding network device.
For another example, the user equipment corresponding to the user a queries one or more currently available first wireless access points through the network equipment, and the user a selects one of the first wireless access points (e.g., WiFi1) through the user equipment corresponding to the user a to request to establish a connection with the WiFi 1. The user equipment transmits wireless operation state information, in which the user equipment requests to connect to the WiFi1, to the corresponding network equipment.
As another example, the user a has currently established a wireless connection with a first wireless access point (e.g., WiFi1), and the user device sends wireless operation status information that the user device has established a wireless connection with WiFi1 to a corresponding network device.
In some embodiments, the wireless operating state information comprises the user equipment requesting to connect to the first wireless access point; wherein the step S12 includes: and receiving one or more associated wireless access points and access information of each associated wireless access point returned by the network equipment through wireless connection between the user equipment and the first wireless access point, wherein each associated wireless access point satisfies location correlation with the first wireless access point. In some embodiments, the associated wireless access point satisfying the location correlation with the first wireless access point comprises a distance between the associated wireless access point and the first wireless access point being less than or equal to a predetermined distance threshold or the associated wireless access point and the first wireless access point belonging to the same wireless access point provider, the same building, the same business circle.
For example, the user a has not connected to the first wireless access point through its corresponding user equipment, but has scanned for multiple wireless access points through its corresponding user equipment, and selects the first wireless access point (e.g., Wifi1) to request to establish a wireless connection with it. The network device obtains identification information of the first wireless access point (for example, SSID (Service Set Identifier), location information, MAC address, etc. of Wifi1), the network device queries in a wireless access point information base according to the identification information of the first wireless access point, determines authentication information of the corresponding first wireless access point, and returns the authentication information to the user device, and the user device establishes a wireless connection with the first wireless access point based on the received authentication information. The network device matches and queries in the database according to the identification information (such as SSID, MAC address information corresponding to the wireless routing device, etc.) of the first wireless access point, obtains one or more corresponding associated wireless access points, and returns access information of the one or more associated wireless access points to the user device corresponding to the user a through the wireless connection after the user device establishes wireless connection with the first wireless access point (such as the network device returns authentication information of corresponding Wifi1, etc.). The network equipment database stores the mapping relation between the identification information of each wireless access point and the position information of the wireless access point, and according to the mapping relation, the network equipment can determine one or more associated wireless access points which are less than a distance threshold value from the first wireless access point; for another example, the network device database stores a mapping relationship between each wireless access point and the building identifier where the wireless access point is located, and the network device may determine, according to the mapping relationship, one or more associated wireless access points that are the same as the building identifier where the first wireless access point is located. Here, the network device determines, according to the identification information of the first wireless access point, that there is no sequential relationship between the procedure of associating with the corresponding wireless access point and the step of returning the access information of the first wireless access point, and the determined procedure of associating with the wireless access point may be before returning the access information of the first wireless access point or after returning the access information of the first wireless access point.
In some embodiments, the wireless operating state information comprises access information of the user equipment querying the first wireless access point or the user equipment requesting to connect to the first wireless access point; wherein the step S12 includes: and receiving access information of the first wireless access point, returned by the network equipment, and one or more associated wireless access points and access information of each associated wireless access point, wherein each associated wireless access point satisfies the position correlation with the first wireless access point.
For example, when the current user a has not connected to the wireless access point, the user a queries the access information of the first wireless access point (e.g., WiFi1) through its corresponding user device, or when the user a sends a request to connect WiFi1 to the network device through its corresponding user device, the network device queries the access information of WiFi1 and the access information of one or more associated wireless access points related to WiFi1 satisfying location in the access point information base based on the wireless operation status information (query or request to connect WiFi1), and returns the access information of WiFi1 and the queried access information of one or more associated wireless access points to the user device corresponding to the user a, the user device may establish wireless connection with WiFi1 based on the access information of WiFi1, and when the WiFi1 is unavailable (e.g., disconnected, weak signal or network speed not satisfying the request, etc.), the user device may re-establish wireless connection with one or more associated wireless access points based on the authentication information of one or more associated wireless access points A wireless connection of one of the associated wireless access points.
In some embodiments, the step S13 includes a step S131 (not shown) and a step S132 (not shown). In step S131, when the first wireless access point is not available, one or more wireless access points currently scanned by the user equipment are matched with the one or more associated wireless access points to obtain a preferred associated wireless access point. In step S132, a wireless connection between the user equipment and the preferred associated wireless access point is automatically established based on the access information of the preferred associated wireless access point, or recommended access point prompt information about the preferred associated wireless access point is presented by the user equipment. In some embodiments, the unavailability of the first wireless access point includes, but is not limited to, a signal strength of the first wireless access point being below a signal strength threshold information, the user equipment disconnecting a wireless connection with the first wireless access point, the first wireless access point security risk information being below a security risk threshold information, a networking speed of the first wireless access point being below a networking speed required for current use by the user equipment. The recommended access point prompting information includes, but is not limited to, information prompting the user that an associated wireless access point is currently available or prompting the user that an associated wireless access point of XX, XXX is currently available.
In some embodiments, the user device obtains one or more wireless access points based on the scanning, and when the first wireless access point is unavailable, the user device disconnects the wireless connection with the first wireless access point. The user equipment receives one or more associated wireless access points returned by the network equipment. Further, the user equipment performs intersection operation on the scanned wireless access point set and the associated wireless access point set. For example, the wireless access points with the same SSID in the two sets are matched according to the SSID of the wireless access points, and the preferred associated wireless access point is obtained. Further, the user equipment automatically establishes wireless connection with the preferred wireless access point based on the access information of the preferred wireless access point returned by the network equipment.
In other embodiments. The user equipment obtains one or more wireless access points based on the scanning, and when the first wireless access point is unavailable, the user equipment disconnects the wireless connection with the first wireless access point. Further, the user device presents recommended access point reminder information regarding the preferred associated wireless access point. The SSIDs of the currently available wireless access points are presented, for example, in a list for the user to select a connection. Or presenting recommended access point prompting information of the currently available wireless access points so as to connect the associated wireless access points based on the selection of the user.
In some embodiments, the step S131 includes: when the first wireless access point is unavailable, taking one or more wireless access points currently scanned by the user equipment and the same wireless access point in the one or more associated wireless access points as one or more candidate wireless access points; determining a preferred associated wireless access point from the one or more candidate wireless access points based on the access point-related information for the candidate wireless access points.
For example, the user equipment determines that the first wireless access point is unavailable based on information such as signal strength, networking speed and the like of the first wireless access point, and the user equipment disconnects the wireless connection with the first wireless access point. Further, the user equipment performs intersection operation on one or more currently scanned wireless access points and one or more associated wireless access points returned by the network equipment, for example, performs intersection operation on a scanned wireless access point set and an associated wireless access point set according to an SSID, and determines one or more wireless access points with the same SSID in the two sets as candidate wireless access points. Further, the user equipment determines candidate associated wireless access points from the candidate wireless access points according to the access point related information of the one or more candidate wireless access points. In some embodiments, the access point-related information includes, but is not limited to, signal strength information of the candidate wireless access point, security risk information of the candidate wireless access point, real-time status information of the candidate wireless access point. For example, the network device queries the wireless access point information base to obtain one or more associated wireless access points and obtains corresponding signal strength information thereof, and provides the user device with the signal strength information while providing the one or more associated wireless access points and the access information of each associated wireless access point. The user equipment determines a preferred associated wireless access point from the candidate wireless access points based on the signal strength information. For example, an associated wireless access point having signal strength information higher than a preset signal strength threshold is determined as a preferred associated wireless access point. Here, as will be understood by those skilled in the art, the candidate wireless access point is one or more of the associated wireless access points that are matched by the network device.
In some embodiments, the access point-related information of the candidate wireless access point comprises at least any one of: signal strength information of the candidate wireless access point; security risk information for the candidate wireless access point; real-time status information of the candidate wireless access point. The description of the security risk information is specifically introduced in the above embodiments, and is not described herein again.
In some embodiments, the user device sends wireless operating state information relating to a first wireless access point to a corresponding network device, which queries a wireless access point information base for associated wireless access points that satisfy a location correlation with the first wireless access point based on the first wireless access point (e.g., identification information and location information). The network device obtains access point related information for the one or more associated wireless access points. And provides access point related information for each associated wireless access point to the user device. In order to preferably perform wireless connection on the associated wireless access points, the user equipment performs intersection operation on the scanned wireless access points and the associated wireless access points returned by the network equipment, and uses the scanned wireless access points and the same wireless access points in the associated wireless access points as candidate wireless access points. The user equipment determines a preferred associated wireless access point from the candidate wireless access points based on the access point related information of the candidate wireless access points. In some embodiments, the access point-related information includes, but is not limited to, signal strength information (e.g., 40dbm) of the candidate wireless access point, security risk information (e.g., information that a current network is at risk) of the candidate wireless access point, real-time status information (e.g., networking speed information, number of connected wireless devices information) of the candidate wireless access point. For example, if the candidate wireless access point has no network risk, the user equipment determines the candidate wireless access point as a preferred associated wireless access point, and if the candidate wireless access point has network risk, the user equipment determines that the wireless connection is not established with the associated wireless access point; as another example, the user equipment sends wireless operating state information relating to the first wireless access point to the network device. The network device queries a wireless access point information base for an associated wireless access point satisfying a location correlation with the first wireless access point. The network equipment acquires the networking speed information of the associated wireless access points and provides the networking speed information to the user equipment, and the user equipment determines the associated wireless access points meeting the current networking speed based on the networking speed information of each associated wireless access point and automatically establishes wireless connection with the associated wireless access points.
In some embodiments, the access point-related information for the candidate wireless access point comprises real-time status information for the candidate wireless access point; wherein the method further comprises: and receiving the real-time state information of the wireless access point in the one or more associated wireless access points returned by the network equipment. In some embodiments, the real-time status information includes, but is not limited to, networking speed information or information on the number of wireless devices to which the associated wireless access point is connected.
In some embodiments, the real-time status information includes, but is not limited to, networking speed information or wireless access point connected wireless device number information. For example, while the user equipment receives the one or more associated wireless access points returned by the network equipment and the access information of each associated wireless access point, the network equipment also returns the real-time status information of the wireless access point in the one or more associated wireless access points to the user equipment. For example, the network device obtains the wireless device number information of the associated wireless access point connection obtained by matching, and provides the wireless device number information to the corresponding user device, and the user device prefers the associated wireless access point based on the wireless device number information. For example, an associated wireless access point with a small number of connected wireless devices is preferred as the preferred associated wireless access point. And the user equipment determines the preferred associated wireless access point from the candidate wireless access points according to the real-time state information and establishes wireless connection with the preferred associated wireless access point so as to ensure the fluency and the safety of surfing the internet.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: when the current wireless connection of the user equipment is unavailable, determining one or more standby wireless access points of a wireless access point corresponding to the current wireless connection, wherein the access information of each standby wireless access point is stored in the user equipment; matching one or more wireless access points currently scanned by the user equipment with the one or more standby wireless access points to obtain a preferred standby wireless access point; and automatically establishing wireless connection between the user equipment and the preferred standby wireless access point based on the access information of the preferred standby wireless access point, or presenting recommended access point prompt information about the preferred standby wireless access point through the user equipment.
In some embodiments, the user equipment stores the access information of the associated wireless access point returned by the network equipment as a standby wireless access point. When a user scans wireless access points through its corresponding user equipment, the user equipment matches one or more wireless access points obtained by current scanning with a standby wireless access point stored in a local database, for example, matches the wireless access points with identification information (such as MAC addresses) of the standby wireless access points. The preferred standby wireless access point is obtained, for example, the scanned wireless access point and the standby wireless access point are the same wireless access point, and the determination can be performed according to the identification information of the wireless access point. And taking the matched standby wireless access point as a preferred standby wireless access point, and establishing wireless connection between the user equipment and the standby wireless access point through the access information of the preferred standby wireless access point stored in the local database.
In other embodiments, the user equipment stores the access information of the associated wireless access point returned by the network equipment as a standby wireless access point. And taking the matched standby wireless access point as a preferred standby wireless access point. The user equipment presents the standby wireless access points to the user in a mode of recommending access point prompt information, for example, prompting the user that other wireless access points which are available currently are connected, or prompting the user that the wireless access points which have XXX and XXXXXX currently can be connected.
In some embodiments, presenting, by the user device, available access point alert information for an associated wireless access point of one of the one or more associated wireless access points comprises: and if at least one same wireless access point exists between one or more wireless access points currently scanned by the user equipment and the one or more associated wireless access points, presenting recommended access point prompt information about the at least one same wireless access point through the user equipment.
For example, the user device receives a plurality of associated wireless access points (e.g., identification information including SSIDs of wifi2 and wifi3) returned by the network device and access point information of each associated wireless access point (e.g., authentication passwords including wifi2 and wifi3) by sending wireless operation state information about the first wireless access point (e.g., wifi1) to the corresponding network device. The user device obtains a plurality of wireless access points (e.g., identification information such as SSIDs of wifi2 and wifi3) based on sending wireless connection request scans to corresponding network devices. Further, the user device may determine that there is at least one same wireless access point based on the SSIDs of the scanned wifi2 and wifi3 being the same as the SSIDs of wifi2 and wifi3 returned by the network device. Further, the user device presents recommended access point reminder information for wifi2 and wifi 3.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and receiving a connection request operation sent by a user according to the prompt information about the available access points of at least one same wireless access point, and establishing wireless connection between the user equipment and the same wireless access point.
For example, the user equipment determines that there is an available wireless access point currently based on that the SSID of the associated wireless access point returned by the network equipment is the same as the SSID of the wireless access point scanned by the user equipment, and prompts the user that there is an available wireless access point currently or there is an available wireless access point currently with XXX in a manner of recommending access point prompt information. Further, the user selects whether to establish wireless connection with the currently available wireless access point according to the prompting information of the recommended access point. So as to disconnect the currently connected wireless access point and connect other available wireless access points based on the operation of the user.
In some embodiments, the first wireless access point being unavailable comprises: the signal strength of the first wireless access point is below a signal strength threshold information; the user equipment disconnects the wireless connection with the first wireless access point; the first wireless access point security risk information is lower than security risk threshold information; the networking speed of the first wireless access point is lower than the networking speed required by the current use of the user equipment. In some embodiments, the security risk information includes, but is not limited to: security detection items such as DNS (Domain Name System) spoofing detection, ARP (Address Resolution Protocol) attack detection, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) man-in-the-middle attack detection, false hotspot detection, hotspot WAP2 vulnerability detection, connection device detection, network encryption detection, and the like.
Specifically, the signal strength of the first wireless access point is below the signal strength threshold information. For example, certain signal strength threshold information is preset in the user equipment, when the user equipment queries or requests to connect to the first wireless access point, or establishes a wireless connection with the first wireless access point, the user equipment acquires the signal strength information of the first wireless access point and judges whether the signal strength of the first wireless access point is lower than the preset signal strength threshold information, and if the signal strength of the first wireless access point is lower than the preset signal strength threshold information, the first wireless access point is determined to be unavailable. The user equipment disconnects the wireless connection with the first wireless access point.
And the user equipment disconnects the wireless connection with the first wireless access point. For example, the user equipment corresponding to the user a connects to the first wireless access point, the user a moves the user equipment corresponding to the user a out of the network coverage of the first wireless access point in the shopping process, and the user equipment disconnects the wireless connection with the first wireless access point, so that the user equipment determines that the first wireless access point is unavailable. The wireless connection can be established with the associated wireless access point, or the user selects whether to connect the associated wireless access point based on the prompt information of the recommended wireless access point.
The first wireless access point security risk information is below the security risk threshold information.
The networking speed of the first wireless access point is lower than the networking speed required by the current use of the user equipment. For example, the user A browses the webpage through the corresponding user equipment by using the first wireless access point, and the networking speed required for browsing the webpage is 150 kb/s. If the networking speed of the first wireless access point is 200kb/s, the user equipment determines that the networking speed of the first wireless access point is higher than the networking speed required by browsing the webpage currently. When the user A is switched to the use mode for watching the video through the corresponding user equipment, the networking speed required for watching the video is 300kb/s, and then the user equipment determines that the networking speed of the first wireless access point is lower than the networking speed required for watching the video currently. Determining that the first wireless access point is unavailable. Disconnecting the wireless connection with the first wireless access point and automatically establishing the wireless connection with the associated wireless access point; or under the prompt of the prompt information of the recommended wireless access point, the connection with the first wireless access point is disconnected based on the selection of the user, and the wireless connection with the associated wireless access point is established. The method corresponding to the embodiments of the present application is mainly described above from the perspective of user equipment, and is described below with reference to fig. 4 by way of example from the perspective of network equipment.
Fig. 4 illustrates a method for wireless connectivity at a network device in accordance with another aspect of the subject application. The method includes steps S21, S22, and S23. In step S21, the network device receives wireless operation status information of the user equipment sent by the user equipment, wherein the wireless operation status information relates to the first wireless access point. In step S22, the network device queries the access point information base for one or more associated wireless access points that satisfy a location correlation with the first wireless access point. In step S23, the network device returns the one or more associated wireless access points and the access information of each associated wireless access point to the user equipment.
Specifically, in step S21, the network device receives wireless operation status information of the user equipment sent by the user equipment, wherein the wireless operation status information relates to the first wireless access point. In some embodiments, the wireless operation state information includes access information that the user equipment inquires of the first wireless access point, wireless operation state information when the user equipment requests to connect to the first wireless access point or when the user equipment has established a connection with the first wireless access point. For example, the network device receives the current real-time wireless operation status information of the user equipment sent by the user equipment. For example, the user equipment is currently requesting wireless operation state information for connecting to a first wireless access point (e.g., WiFi 1).
In step S22, the network device queries the access point information base for one or more associated wireless access points that satisfy a location correlation with the first wireless access point. In some embodiments, the location correlation includes, but is not limited to, the association of the wireless access point with the first wireless access point belonging to the same building, the same business district, or belonging to the same wireless access point provider. For example, the access point information base stores a plurality of wireless access points at different locations and access information thereof. The network device queries a wireless access point information base for one or more associated wireless access points that satisfy a location correlation with a first wireless access point according to identification information (e.g., location information and/or MAC address) of the first wireless access point to which the wireless operating state relates.
In step S23, the network device returns the one or more associated wireless access points and the access information of each associated wireless access point to the user equipment. In some embodiments, the access information includes, but is not limited to, authentication information associated with the wireless access point. Further, the network device returns the one or more associated wireless access points queried in the wireless access point information base and the access information of each associated wireless access point to the user equipment sending the wireless operation state information to the network device.
In some embodiments, each associated wireless access point satisfies at least any one of: the distance between the associated wireless access point and the first wireless access point is less than or equal to the preset distance threshold information; the associated wireless access point and the first wireless access point belong to the same wireless access point provider; the associated wireless access point and the first wireless access point belong to the same building; the associated wireless access point and the first wireless access point belong to the same business circle. In some embodiments, the location correlation between the associated wireless access point and the first wireless access point comprises the associated wireless access point satisfying any of: for example, the distance between the associated wireless Access Point and the first wireless Access Point is less than or equal to the predetermined distance threshold information, the associated wireless Access Point and the first wireless Access Point belong to the same wireless Access Point provider (e.g., different wireless Access nodes (APs) of the same company), the associated wireless Access Point and the first wireless Access Point belong to the same building (e.g., different wireless Access nodes (APs) deployed in the same building), or the associated wireless Access Point and the first wireless Access Point belong to the same business circle.
For example, the user equipment transmits wireless operation state information about the first wireless access point to the network equipment, wherein the wireless operation state information includes identification information of the first wireless access point (such as SSID of the first wireless access point, MAC address information of the belonging equipment, and the like). The network device stores mapping relations between access point identification information of each wireless access point and the corresponding position of the access point identification information, the network device can determine the position information (such as longitude and latitude information) of the first wireless access point according to the access point identification information (such as wifi1) of the first wireless access point, further determine access point identification information (such as wifi2, wifi3 and the like) of other available wireless access points within a range of a distance smaller than a certain distance threshold (such as 100 meters and the like) from the position information, thereby using the wifi2 and the wifi3 as a plurality of associated wireless access points related to the position of the first wireless access point, inquiring and acquiring access information (such as authentication passwords and the like) of the corresponding wifi2 and wifi3 according to the access point identification information of the wifi2 and the wifi3 in a database, and returning the access point identification information and the access information of the wifi2 and the wifi3 to the user device.
For another example, the user equipment sends wireless operation status information about the first wireless access point to the network equipment, wherein the wireless operation status information includes identification information of the first wireless access point (such as SSID of the first wireless access point, MAC address information of the belonging device, etc.). The network device stores mapping relations corresponding to MAC address information of each wireless access point and the wireless access point provider, the network device can determine the provider of the wifi1 according to the identification information (such as wifi1) of the first wireless access point, further determine the identification information (such as wifi2 and wifi3) of the wireless access points belonging to the same wireless access point provider as the wifi1, use the wifi2 and the wifi3 as the associated wireless access points belonging to the same wireless access point provider as the first wireless access point, inquire the access information (such as authentication passwords and the like) of the corresponding wifi2 and the wifi3 according to the access point identification information of the wifi2 and the wifi3 in a database, and return the access point identification information and the access information of the wifi2 and the wifi3 to the user device.
For another example, the user equipment sends wireless operation status information about the first wireless access point to the network device, where the wireless operation status information includes identification information of the first wireless access point (e.g., SSID of the first wireless access point, MAC address information of the device). The network device stores a mapping relationship between the identification information of each wireless access point and building identification information corresponding to a building (for example, name, map label or location information corresponding to XX building). The network device can determine the building identification information to which the wifi1 belongs according to the identification information (such as wifi1) of the first wireless access point, further determine the identification information (such as wifi2 and wifi3) of the wireless access point belonging to the same building as the wifi1, regard the wifi2 and the wifi3 as the associated wireless access points belonging to the same building as the first wireless access point, query and acquire the access information (such as authentication password) of the corresponding wifi2 and the wifi3 according to the access point identification information of the wifi2 and the wifi3 in the database, and return the access point identification information and the access information of the wifi2 and the wifi3 to the user device.
For another example, the user equipment sends wireless operation status information about the first wireless access point to the network device, where the wireless operation status information includes identification information of the first wireless access point (e.g., SSID of the first wireless access point, MAC address information of the device). The network device stores mapping relations corresponding to each wireless access Point and AOI (average of interest) or POI (Point of interest) to which the wireless access Point belongs. The network device can determine the AOI or the POI to which the wifi1 belongs according to the identification information (such as wifi1) of the first wireless access point, further determine the identification information (such as wifi2 and wifi3) of the wireless access point which belongs to the same AOI or POI as the wifi1, take the wifi2 and the wifi3 as the associated wireless access point which belongs to the same business circle as the first wireless access point, query and acquire the corresponding access information (such as authentication password and the like) of the wifi2 and the wifi3 according to the access point identification information of the wifi2 and the wifi3 in a database, and return the access point identification information and the access information of the wifi2 and the wifi3 to the user device.
Of course, those skilled in the art should understand that the above AOI (area of interest), POI (Point of interest) are only examples, and other business circles that exist or may appear in the future, such as may be applicable to the present application, should also be included in the scope of the present application, and are hereby incorporated by reference.
In some embodiments, step S23 includes: and when the user equipment and the first wireless access point establish wireless connection, returning the one or more associated wireless access points and the access information of each associated wireless access point to the user equipment through the wireless connection.
In some embodiments, the user device has currently established a wireless connection with a certain first wireless access point (e.g., WiFi 1). The network device receives the wireless state operation information of the user equipment through the wireless and inquires one or more associated wireless access points in the wireless access point information base. Further, the network device returns the one or more associated wireless access points matched with the query and the access information of each associated wireless access point to the user device through the wireless connection established by the user device and the WiFi 1.
In other embodiments, when the user equipment and the first wireless access point have not established a connection, for example, the user equipment queries access information of the first wireless access point or requests to connect to the first wireless access point, the user equipment may send wireless operation status information to the network equipment through the mobile network (e.g., 2G/3G/4G network), and similarly, the network equipment may return access information of one or more associated wireless access points and each associated wireless access point to the user equipment through the mobile network (e.g., 2G/3G/4G network).
In some embodiments, step S23 includes: and returning the access information of the first wireless access point, the one or more associated wireless access points and the access information of each associated wireless access point to the user equipment. In some embodiments, the access information includes, but is not limited to, authentication information for the wireless access point.
For example, the network device receives wireless operation state information related to a first wireless access point sent by the user device, where the wireless operation state information includes access information that the user device inquires about the wireless access point or wireless operation state information that the user device requests to connect to the first wireless access point, that is, the user device is not currently connected to the first wireless access point. The network equipment inquires the access information of the first wireless access point and the associated wireless access point related to the position of the first wireless access point in the wireless access point information base. And returning the access information of the first wireless access point and the access information of one or more associated wireless access points matched by the query to the user equipment.
For another example, the network device receives wireless operation state information sent by the user equipment and related to the first wireless access point, where the wireless operation state information includes wireless operation state information that the user equipment has established a wireless connection with the first wireless access point. The network equipment inquires and matches the associated wireless access points related to the position of the first wireless access point in the wireless access point information base, and returns the inquired and matched one or more associated wireless access points and the access information of each associated wireless access point to the user equipment. For example, the identification information (such as the name of the associated wireless access point) and the authentication information of the associated wireless access point matched by the query are returned to the user equipment.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: acquiring real-time state information of a wireless access point; and sending the real-time state information of the wireless access point to corresponding user equipment, wherein the wireless access point belongs to one of the associated wireless access points of the corresponding user equipment. The real-time status information includes, but is not limited to, networking speed information or information of the number of wireless devices connected by the wireless access point. In some embodiments, the network device obtains real-time status information of the associated wireless access point, for example, obtains security risk information and/or networking speed information of the associated wireless access point, and sends the real-time status information to the corresponding user device periodically or in real time.
For example, the user equipment sends wireless operation status information related to a first wireless access point to its corresponding network device, the network device obtains identification information of the first wireless access point (e.g., SSID (Service Set Identifier) of Wifi1, location information, MAC address, etc.), and the network device queries in a wireless access point information base according to the identification information of the first wireless access point to determine an associated wireless access point that satisfies location correlation with the first wireless access point. The network device obtains real-time status information of the associated wireless access point, for example, security risk information and/or networking speed information of the associated wireless access point. And sending the real-time state information of the associated wireless access point to the user equipment corresponding to the first wireless access point. In some embodiments, the real-time status information may be sent by the network device to the corresponding user equipment in real time; in other embodiments, the real-time status information may be periodically sent by the network device to the corresponding user device. So that the user equipment performs preferred association with the wireless access point according to the real-time status information.
Referring to fig. 5, according to another aspect of the present application, there is provided a user equipment for making a wireless connection, wherein the user equipment includes a first device, a second device and a third device. First means for sending wireless operation state information of a user equipment to a corresponding network device, wherein the wireless operation state information relates to a first wireless access point. And a second device, configured to receive one or more associated wireless access points and access information of each associated wireless access point returned by the network device, where each associated wireless access point satisfies location correlation with the first wireless access point. Third means for, when the first wireless access point is unavailable, automatically establishing a wireless connection between the user equipment and an associated wireless access point of one of the one or more associated wireless access points based on access information of the associated wireless access point, or presenting, by the user equipment, recommended access point prompt information regarding the associated wireless access point of the one or more associated wireless access points.
In particular, the first apparatus is configured to send wireless operation state information of a user equipment to a corresponding network device, where the wireless operation state information relates to a first wireless access point.
And a second device, configured to receive one or more associated wireless access points and access information of each associated wireless access point returned by the network device, where each associated wireless access point satisfies location correlation with the first wireless access point.
In some embodiments, the wireless operating state information comprises the user equipment requesting to connect to the first wireless access point; wherein the second means is for: and receiving one or more associated wireless access points and access information of each associated wireless access point returned by the network equipment through wireless connection between the user equipment and the first wireless access point, wherein each associated wireless access point satisfies location correlation with the first wireless access point.
In some embodiments, the wireless operating state information comprises access information of the user equipment querying the first wireless access point or the user equipment requesting to connect to the first wireless access point; wherein the second means is for: and receiving access information of the first wireless access point, returned by the network equipment, and one or more associated wireless access points and access information of each associated wireless access point, wherein each associated wireless access point satisfies the position correlation with the first wireless access point.
In some embodiments, the third apparatus includes a first module (not shown) and a second module (not shown). The first module is configured to, when the first wireless access point is unavailable, match one or more wireless access points currently scanned by the user equipment with the one or more associated wireless access points to obtain a preferred associated wireless access point. And a second module, configured to automatically establish a wireless connection between the user equipment and the preferred associated wireless access point based on the access information of the preferred associated wireless access point, or present, by the user equipment, recommended access point prompt information about the preferred associated wireless access point.
In some embodiments, the apparatus includes means for, when the first wireless access point is unavailable, regarding one or more wireless access points currently scanned by the user equipment as one or more candidate wireless access points with a same wireless access point of the one or more associated wireless access points; determining a preferred associated wireless access point from the one or more candidate wireless access points based on the access point-related information for the candidate wireless access points.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further includes a fourth device (not shown) configured to determine, when a current wireless connection of the user equipment is unavailable, one or more standby wireless access points of a wireless access point corresponding to the current wireless connection, wherein access information of each standby wireless access point is stored in the user equipment; matching one or more wireless access points currently scanned by the user equipment with the one or more standby wireless access points to obtain a preferred standby wireless access point; and automatically establishing wireless connection between the user equipment and the preferred standby wireless access point based on the access information of the preferred standby wireless access point, or presenting recommended access point prompt information about the preferred standby wireless access point through the user equipment.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further includes a fifth means (not shown) for receiving a connection request operation sent by a user according to the available access point hint information about at least one same wireless access point, and establishing a wireless connection between the user equipment and the same wireless access point.
The foregoing mainly explains the user equipment corresponding to the embodiments of the present application from the perspective of the user equipment, and the following describes, by way of example, from the perspective of the network device with reference to fig. 6.

Means for receiving wireless operation status information of a user equipment sent by the user equipment, wherein the wireless operation status information relates to a first wireless access point. Means for querying an access point information base for one or more associated wireless access points that satisfy a location correlation with the first wireless access point. And a third means for returning the one or more associated wireless access points and the access information for each associated wireless access point to the user equipment.
Specifically, the method includes receiving wireless operation status information of a user equipment sent by the user equipment, wherein the wireless operation status information relates to a first wireless access point.
Means for querying an access point information base for one or more associated wireless access points that satisfy a location correlation with the first wireless access point.
And a third means for returning the one or more associated wireless access points and the access information for each associated wireless access point to the user equipment. In some embodiments, the access information includes, but is not limited to, authentication information associated with the wireless access point. Further, the network device returns the one or more associated wireless access points queried in the wireless access point information base and the access information of each associated wireless access point to the user equipment sending the wireless operation state information to the network device.
