Detailed Description
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, taking an example of sending information to a party by a bank, the information sending system of the present application works as follows:
first, the bank's client imports the contact information (e.g., cell phone number) of one or more parties into the system, which may be remotely imported over a network.
The system receives a mobile phone number from a client and stores the mobile phone number in a preset space; the system encrypts the mobile phone number and randomly generates virtual information corresponding to the real mobile phone number one by one.
And displaying the virtual information to the client to replace the actual mobile phone number, and clicking the displayed virtual information corresponding to the name of the specific party by each sub-client in the bank when the bank staff needs to send information to the specific party.
After the system receives the virtual information and is clicked, short message content (such as bank payment reminding information) containing a hyperlink is generated, meanwhile, the system searches for a real mobile phone number corresponding to the virtual information, information containing the short message content and the real mobile phone number is sent to a short message center of a telecom operator, and the short message center sends the short message to equipment corresponding to the mobile phone number.
Example 2
Many times, the bank cannot send information through the way of embodiment 1 because the contact information of the user changes, and therefore, referring to fig. 2, the embodiment provides another information sending system.
The bank client sends the encrypted identity information, the system does not decrypt after receiving the encrypted identity information, the first communication module receives the encrypted identity information (such as the identity card number) and directly forwards the encrypted identity information to the telecom operator, and the telecom operator decrypts the encrypted identity information and searches for a new mobile phone number handled under the identity card number.
Then the telecom operator client sends the new mobile phone number to the system, and the second communication module stores the mobile phone number in a preset space after receiving the new mobile phone number; the system encrypts the mobile phone number and randomly generates virtual information corresponding to the real mobile phone number one by one.
And displaying the virtual information to the bank client to replace an actual mobile phone number, and clicking the displayed virtual information corresponding to the name of the specific user through each sub-client in the bank when a bank worker needs to send information to the specific user.
After the system receives the virtual information and is clicked, short message content (such as court-related document getting, receiving notification or reminding and the like) containing a hyperlink is generated, meanwhile, the system searches for a real mobile phone number corresponding to the virtual information, information containing the short message content and the real mobile phone number is sent to a short message center of a telecom operator, and the short message center sends the short message to equipment corresponding to the mobile phone number.
In this embodiment, the information sending system may further include:
the dialing module is used for dialing the mobile communication equipment or the fixed telephone of the customer to be contacted and communicating with the customer to be contacted;
and the recording module is used for recording the call after dialing.
The bank staff can select the dialing function, click the displayed virtual information, the system searches the real mobile phone number corresponding to the virtual information after receiving the clicked virtual information, dials out the number, communicates with the mobile communication equipment or the fixed phone corresponding to the number, dials the call after communication, and records and stores the call through the recording module.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 3, the present application also provides another information transmission system when a user's reserved phone number is changed.
The bank client sends the encrypted identity information, the first communication module receives the encrypted identity information (such as the identity card number), the encrypted identity information is not decrypted and is directly forwarded to the telecom operator, and the telecom operator decrypts the encrypted identity information and searches for the mobile phone number handled under the identity card number.
And then the telecom operator client sends the mobile phone number to the system, the second communication module judges whether the mobile phone number is consistent with the mobile phone number reserved by the bank after receiving the new mobile phone number, if so, the information is fed back to the bank, and subsequent operation is not performed any more.
If the mobile phone number is not consistent with the reserved mobile phone number, storing the mobile phone number in a preset space; the system encrypts the mobile phone number and randomly generates virtual information corresponding to the real mobile phone number one by one.
And displaying the virtual information to the client to replace the actual mobile phone number, and clicking the displayed virtual information corresponding to the name of the specific user through each sub-client in the bank when the bank staff needs to send information to the specific user.
The system receives the virtual information and clicks to generate short message content containing the hyperlink, meanwhile, the system searches for a real mobile phone number corresponding to the virtual information, and sends the information containing the short message content and the real mobile phone number to a short message center of a telecom operator, and the short message center sends the short message to equipment corresponding to the mobile phone number.
After receiving the short message, the user triggers the hyperlink, a triggering information module of the system receives information triggered by the hyperlink, and the system judges that the information is received by the user.
And then, clearing the information such as the mobile phone number and the like stored in the system.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, but the embodiments are merely examples, and the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above. Any equivalent modifications and substitutions to those skilled in the art are also within the scope of the present invention. Accordingly, equivalent changes and modifications made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention should be covered by the present invention.
