In all examples shown and discussed herein, any specific values should be construed as merely illustrative, and not a limitation. Thus, other examples of exemplary embodiments may have different values.
It should be noted that: like reference numerals and letters denote like items in the following figures, and thus once an item is defined in one figure, no further discussion thereof is necessary in subsequent figures.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a headphone. The headset comprises a head band 1, a headset body 2 and a connecting device 3, wherein the head band 1 is connected with the headset body 2 through the connecting device 3; as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the connecting device 3 includes a sleeve 31, a rotating shaft 32, a fixing member 33 and a spacer 34; one of the rotating shaft 32 and the sleeve 31 is arranged on the headband 1, and the other is arranged on the earphone body 2, the rotating shaft 32 is fixed, the sleeve 31 is sleeved on the outer side of the rotating shaft 32 and can rotate around the rotating shaft 32, and the fixing piece 33 is connected with the rotating shaft 32 to form a stop for the sleeve 31; referring to fig. 4-6, the gasket 34 includes opposite first and second surfaces, the first surface is formed with a tapered surface having a convex middle portion, the second surface is formed with a tapered surface having a concave middle portion, or referring to fig. 7, the first surface is formed with an annular protrusion, and the second surface is formed with an annular groove corresponding to the annular protrusion; the spacer 34 is disposed between the sleeve 31 and the fixing member 33, and forms a pre-tightening force for the sleeve 31 and the fixing member 33.
In one embodiment, the outer side wall of the rotating shaft 32 has a protruding portion 321, the protruding portion 321 abuts against the end portion of the fixing member 33, the protruding portion 321 forms a stop position for the movement of the fixing member 33, and when the fixing member 33 moves to the stop position along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 32, the fixing member 33 is not movable again, so as to limit the displacement of the fixing member 33 along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 32, and the limiting function is achieved.
The first surface and the second surface of the spacer 34 are configured such that the spacer 34 is in a pressed state and is capable of being deformed in a pressing direction when the sleeve 31 rotates around the rotation shaft 32. The spacer 34, under pressure, rotates the sleeve 31 to achieve the desired torque. Since the first surface of the spacer 34 abutting against the bottom surface of the outer sidewall of the fixing member 33 has a tapered surface with a convex middle portion or is formed with an annular protrusion, and since the second surface of the spacer 34 abutting against the inner sidewall of the cavity of the sleeve 31 has a tapered surface with a concave middle portion or is formed with an annular groove corresponding to the annular protrusion, the first surface of the spacer 34 is in close contact with the bottom surface of the outer sidewall of the fixing member 33, and a gap is provided between the second surface of the spacer 34 and the inner sidewall of the cavity of the sleeve 31, so that when the fixing member 33 is moved to the stop position, the first surface of the spacer 34 is subjected to the pressure of the bottom surface of the outer sidewall of the fixing member 33, and the first surface and the second surface have a positional margin where deformation occurs in the direction in which the spacer 34 is subjected to the pressure.
In one embodiment, the rotating shaft 32 has an annular groove 322, the sleeve 31 has an annular protrusion 312 matching with the annular groove 322, the annular protrusion 312 is inserted into the annular groove 322, and when the sleeve 31 rotates around the rotating shaft 32, the annular protrusion 312 rotates along the annular groove 322 in the annular groove 322 to ensure the stability of rotation.
In one embodiment, the cavity of the sleeve 31 has a step surface 311, the gasket 34 is located between the step surface 311 and the outer side wall of the fixing member 33, and the gasket 34 abuts against the step surface 311 and the bottom surface of the outer side wall of the fixing member 33.
In one embodiment, the step surface 311 is flush with the upper surface of the projection 321 to facilitate accurate positioning during assembly. An accommodating space for accommodating a part of the spacer 34 is formed between the outer side wall of the fixing member 33 and the step surface 311.
Further, the side surface of the outer side wall of the fixing member 33 is an inclined surface matched with the inner side wall of the gasket 34, and the inclined surface has a positioning function on the assembly of the gasket 34, so that the gasket is prevented from shaking during the rotation of the sleeve 31 around the rotating shaft 32.
In one embodiment, the fixing member 33 is screwed with the rotating shaft 32. The fixing member 33 is a nut.
As shown in fig. 4-6, in one embodiment, the pad 34 is a pad with a cross section similar to a V shape, a first surface of the pad is formed with a conical surface with a convex middle part, a second surface of the pad is formed with a conical surface with a concave middle part, and inner and outer sides of the pad are inclined to enable the cross section to be similar to the V shape, and the pad is preferably made of POM, and is firm, wear-resistant and long in service life; as shown in fig. 7, the spacer 34 may also have a structure similar to an arch in section, a first surface of which is formed with an annular protrusion, and a second surface of which is formed with an annular groove corresponding to the annular protrusion. The gasket 34 can stably fix the sleeve 31 on the rotating shaft 32, and meanwhile, due to the deformation of the gasket 34, tolerance of parts from the sleeve 31, the fixing piece 33 and the rotating shaft 32 is absorbed, when the sleeve 31, the fixing piece 33 and the rotating shaft 32 slightly change in size (the torque is greatly changed due to slight out-of-tolerance), the gasket 34 can deform in the pressure direction, the dimensional errors from the sleeve 31, the fixing piece 33 and the rotating shaft 32 can be well absorbed, and the sleeve 31 cannot shake in the use process, so that good torque and good hand feeling experience are obtained.
While certain specific embodiments of the invention have been described in detail by way of example, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above examples are for illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the above embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims.
