The UTN network (i.e. local integrated bearer transport network) technology is based on an IP/MPLS technical standard system, supports multiple characteristic functions such as BFD/MPLS-TE and the like, and has universal applicability to operator networks.
The existing UTN network adopts three-layer router equipment networking, a core convergence layer is mainly positioned in the convergence and forwarding of edge traffic, and the networking is mostly realized by adopting a dual-homing, square-shaped or dual-uplink structure. The UTN access layer is located at the edge of the network and used for providing flexible service access, and the equipment is mainly of a ring structure.
With the advent of the internet plus era, along with the process of network IP and business cloud, the demand of information service of government and enterprise customers is increasing day by day and the requirements of more intellectualization and agility are provided. Due to the traditional network capacity factor, the contradiction that the service opening period is long, the self-customization cannot be carried out and the like is increasingly prominent.
In the prior art, in the traditional service mode, a service system A initiates a request, and after a service system B responds, capacity access can be realized; this mode requires a request and a response between the systems to achieve service interfacing. In the aspect of economic benefit, the problems of non-standard, non-open, non-expandable and non-reusable exist, and finally, the repeated opening of the interface and the function is large, and the existing resources cannot be utilized to the maximum extent. The direct butt joint between every two systems can cause the formation of a fully-connected (or nearly fully-connected) interactive structure between a plurality of subsequent systems, and the interfaces are numerous and are not uniform.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a network capacity opening system based on a UTN network, and the platform has the functions of fast service opening, real-time network bandwidth adjustment, self-service operation and maintenance of users and the like. The scheme is based on the existing UTN of an operator, the client equipment is deployed to realize the isolation of a user side network and a carrier network, and a network capacity open software platform is deployed based on the SDN system to provide rich network capacity for a service system; the problem that the service innovation can not be carried out by opening the network capability due to the fact that the network capability is not opened when the special line service deployment in the industry is carried out is solved.
