The invention relates to a terminal block assembly and a wiring handle thereof, wherein the wiring handle comprises a pressing rod body and a handle, one side of the pressing rod body is provided with a pressing convex arm, and the other side of the pressing rod body extends to form a stopping part; the handle and the pressing rod body are connected with each other through a pivoting structure, one side of the handle extends to form a clamping convex arm, the other side of the handle extends to form an elastic arm, the clamping convex arm and the pressing convex arm are arranged oppositely, and the elastic arm can selectively abut against the stopping part; therefore, the wiring handle can be tightly buckled on the terminal block and cannot fall off, so that the wiring handle has the effect of conveniently buckling the terminal block.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a handle tool for wiring, and more particularly, to a terminal block assembly and a wiring handle thereof.
Background
Terminal blocks (Terminal blocks) are widely used in machine devices (such as industrial calculators, uninterruptible power systems, power supplies, etc.), industrial control devices (such as electromechanical systems, refrigeration air conditioners, programmable controllers, etc.), or electrical appliances (such as air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, etc.), as electrical connectors for electrically connecting a plurality of wires.
The traditional terminal table is mainly formed by combining an insulating seat and a conductive terminal, wherein a spring plate used for fixing a cable is further arranged in the insulating seat, the cable is inserted into the insulating seat by a screwdriver and is connected with the conductive terminal in a conductive manner, and finally the screwdriver is pulled away, so that the spring plate presses the cable and is positioned in the insulating seat.
However, in the terminal block, the screw driver itself is not designed for the purpose of wiring during the wiring operation, so that the screw driver is inconvenient to assemble, and the screw driver is carelessly used and easily damages the terminal block. Therefore, it is one of the main points of research and development in the industry to improve the wiring tool with the terminal block.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a terminal block assembly and a wiring handle thereof, wherein an elastic arm is used for driving a pressing convex arm and a clamping convex arm to move towards opposite directions, so that the wiring handle can be tightly buckled on a terminal block without falling off, and the advantage that the wiring handle has the advantage of convenience in buckling the terminal block is achieved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention provides a wire handle including: the pressing rod body is provided with a pressing convex arm at one side and a stopping part at the other side in an extending manner; and the handle and the pressing rod body are mutually connected through a pivoting structure, one side of the handle extends to form a clamping convex arm, the other side of the handle extends to form an elastic arm, the clamping convex arm and the pressing convex arm are oppositely arranged, and the elastic arm can selectively abut against the stopping part.
As a further improvement of the embodiment of the present invention, a cut-open groove is formed in the pressing rod body from an end away from the pressing protruding arm, a bottom end wall is formed in the cut-open groove, the stopper portion includes a stopper extending outward from the bottom end wall, and the elastic arm can be embedded in the cut-open groove and selectively abut against the stopper.

As a further improvement of the embodiment of the present invention, the pressing portion has a groove, the pressing arm extends toward the holding arm to form a first engaging tenon, the holding arm extends toward the pressing arm to form a second engaging tenon, and one of the first engaging tenon and the second engaging tenon can be engaged with the groove.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description and technical contents of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, which are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the present invention provides a terminal block assembly and a wiring handle thereof, the terminal block assembly 10 mainly includes a terminal block 1 and a wiring handle 2; the handle 2 mainly includes a pressing rod 21 and a handle 22.
As shown in fig. 1, 5 to 8, the terminal block 1 includes an insulating base 11, one or more wrenching members 12, one or more conductive terminals 13, and one or more resilient pieces 14.
The insulating base 11 has at least one slot 111 and a positioning protrusion 112 extending therefrom, one end of the positioning protrusion 112 has a fixing portion 113, and the other end of the positioning protrusion 112 has a through slot 114 communicating with the slot 111.
In addition, the pulling member 12 is movably inserted into the through hole 114, the pulling member 12 has a pressing portion 121 exposed out of the through hole 114, and the pressing portion 121 has a groove 1211.
Furthermore, the conductive terminals 13 and the resilient pieces 14 are mounted inside the slot 111, the resilient pieces 14 are disposed between the pulling member 12 and the conductive terminals 13, and the pulling member 12 presses against the resilient pieces 14 and drives the resilient pieces 14 to close or open the slot 111.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, one side of the pressing rod 21 has a pressing arm 211, the other side of the pressing rod 21 extends to have a stopping portion 212, the pressing rod 21 has a through slot 213 formed therein from an end away from the pressing arm 211, the through slot 213 has a bottom end wall 214 and two opposite inner side walls 215 therein, and the stopping portion 212 includes a stopper 2141 extending outward from the bottom end wall 214.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the handle 22 and the pressing rod 21 are connected to each other by a pivot structure 23, a holding protrusion 221 extends from one side of the handle 22, an elastic arm 222 extends from the other side of the handle 22, the holding protrusion 221 and the pressing protrusion 211 are disposed opposite to each other, the elastic arm 222 can selectively abut against the stopping portion 212, that is, the elastic arm 222 can abut against or be away from the stopping portion 212. The handle 22 may be made of plastic or metal, so that the outwardly extending elastic arm 222 has a certain elasticity.
As described in detail below, the elastic arm 222 can be inserted into the through slot 213 and selectively abut against the stopper 2141, i.e., the elastic arm 222 can abut against or be away from the stopper 2141.
In addition, the pressing arm 211 has a first tenon 2111 extending toward the holding arm 221, the holding arm 221 has a second tenon 2211 extending toward the pressing arm 211, and one of the first tenon 2111 and the second tenon 2211 can be fitted into the groove 1211.
Furthermore, the handle 22 has a pivot block 223 extending toward the pressing rod 21, the pivot structure 23 includes two pivot holes 231 opened from the two inner sidewalls 215 and two pivot posts 232 extending from two sides of the pivot block 223, the pivot block 223 is accommodated in the through slot 213, the two pivot posts 232 are pivoted to the two pivot holes 231, and the clamping convex arm 221 and the elastic arm 222 are respectively formed by extending from two opposite sides of the pivot block 223.
When the pressing arm 211 and the holding arm 221 are respectively held between the holding portion 113 and the pressing portion 121, the elastic arm 222 abuts against the stopping portion 212, so as to drive the pressing arm 211 and the holding arm 221 to move toward each other.
Fig. 5 to 8 are schematic views showing the usage states of the terminal block assembly 1 and the wiring handle 2 according to the present invention. First, as shown in fig. 5, when the pressing arm 211 and the clamping arm 221 are clamped between the holding portion 113 and the pressing portion 121, the elastic arm 222 abuts against the stopping portion 212, and a reaction force is further applied to the pressing arm 211 and the clamping arm 221, so as to drive the pressing arm 211 and the clamping arm 221 to move toward each other, so that the pressing arm 211 and the clamping arm 221 tightly clamp the holding portion 113 and the pressing portion 121 together, and the wiring handle 2 can be fastened on the terminal block 1 without falling off, thereby achieving the advantage that the wiring handle 2 is convenient to fasten the terminal block 1.
As shown in fig. 6, the terminal block 1 of the present embodiment belongs to the PID type terminal block, but not limited thereto, the PID type terminal block does not require any tool, the cable 100 is inserted into the slot 111, and the cable 100 can push open the elastic piece 14 and electrically connect with the conductive terminal 13 through its own hardness. When the cable 100 pushes the elastic piece 14 open, the pressing portion 121 moves downward along with the elastic piece 14, the pressing arm 211 and the clamping arm 221 approach each other under the action of the elastic arm 222, and the wiring handle 2 can still be fastened on the terminal block 1.
In addition, if the terminal block 1 does not belong to the PID terminal block, the handle 22 pivots toward the terminal block 1, and also drives the pressing arm 211 and the holding arm 221 to move closer, so that the pressing portion 121 is pressed toward the inner direction of the deep penetrating slot 114, at this time, the pulling member 12 presses against the resilient piece 14, so that the resilient piece 14 swings downward to open the slot 111, and the cable 100 is inserted into the open slot 111 and electrically connected to the conductive terminal 13.
Finally, as shown in fig. 7, the force applied by the handle 22 to pivot toward the terminal block 1 is cancelled, that is, the handle 22 pivots away from the terminal block 1, so that the pressing arm 211 and the holding arm 221 are away from each other, the downward pushing force originally borne by the elastic piece 14 is eliminated, the elastic piece 14 swings upward to return to the original position, and the slot 111 needs to be closed, but since the cable 100 is inserted into the slot 111, the elastic piece 14 is stopped by the cable 100, and the cable 100 is clamped and positioned between the inner wall of the slot 111 and the elastic piece 14.
As shown in fig. 5 and 8, the pressing portion 121 has a groove 1211, and the first locking tongue 2111 of the pressing arm 211 and the second locking tongue 2211 of the holding arm 221 are respectively fitted into the groove 1211, so that the wire handle 2 can be more tightly engaged with the pressing portion 121, and the wire handle 2 has a function of more reliably pressing the pressing portion 121.
Moreover, the wiring handle 2 of the present invention can be used in a forward direction or a reverse direction, which can achieve the above-mentioned operational relationship and effects. As shown in fig. 5, the pressing arm 211 presses against the pressing portion 121, the holding arm 221 presses against the holding portion 113, and the first latch 2111 of the pressing arm 211 is engaged with the groove 1211, so that the wiring handle 2 is fastened to the terminal block 1 in a forward use manner; as shown in fig. 8, the pressing arm 211 presses against the holding portion 113, the holding arm 221 presses against the pressing portion 121, and the second locking tongue 2211 of the holding arm 221 is engaged with the groove 1211, so that the wiring handle 2 is fastened to the terminal block 1 in a reverse use manner.

1. A wiring handle, comprising:
