背景技术
笔记本触摸板按键是类似鼠标的左键和右键的功能的按键,在笔记本中有着重要的作用,并且随着笔记本的发展,仅仅具有左键和右键的触摸板按键已近不能满足使用的需要,所以希望具有例如背光、防水、防震等各种功能的触摸板按键。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种笔记本防水一体式触摸板按键。
技术方案:一种笔记本触摸板按键,包括左按键板、右按键板、底板、电路板、上覆盖板、框部、环形柔性膜、柔性连接膜和排线,所述底板和上覆盖板夹持所述电路板,所述框部包围所述上覆盖板、电路板和底板,所述柔性连接膜连接所述左按键板和右按键板,所述环形柔性膜的顶端与左、右按键板均连接且包围所述左、右按键板,所述环形柔性膜的底端与所述框部连接且包围所述框部;所述柔性连接膜为矩形,所述柔性连接膜的第一侧与左按键板连接,第二侧与右按键板连接,第三侧和第四侧均与所述环形柔性膜连接,所述第一、二侧相对,第三、四侧相对;所述上覆盖板上具有第一微动开关和第二微动开关,所述左按键板固定有与第一微动开关位置对应的第一触块,所述左按键板和所述上覆盖板之间连接有第一压缩弹簧和第一弹性筒部,所述第一弹性筒部包围所述第一微动开关和第一触块;所述右按键板固定有与第二微动开关位置对应的第二触块,所述右按键板和所述上覆盖板之间连接有第二压缩弹簧和第二弹性筒部,所述第二弹性筒部包围所述第二微动开关和第二触块;所述第一、二微动开关与所述电路板电连接,所述电路板与所述排线电连接。
进一步地,所述第一弹性筒部为硅胶材料制成的筒部,所述第一弹性筒部的顶端与左按键板密封连接,第一弹性筒部的底端与所述上覆盖板密封连接;所述第二弹性筒部的顶端与所述右按键板密封连接,所述第二弹性筒部的底端与所述上覆盖板密封连接。
进一步地,所述第一压缩弹簧有两个,位于所述第一微动开关的两侧。
进一步地,所述第二压缩弹簧有两个,位于所述第二微动开关的两侧。
进一步地,所述电路板包括基层、导电层和保护层,所述保护层与所述上覆盖板粘结固定,所述基层和所述底板粘结固定。
进一步地,所述框部具有被排线穿过的通孔,所述框部与底板、上覆盖板和电路板均粘结固定。
进一步地,所述通孔和所述排线之间的空隙用防水密封胶密封。
有益效果:本发明的触摸板按键,具有较好的防水功能,性能稳定,不易损坏。

本发明的触摸板按键,由于环形柔性膜和柔性连接膜,实现了最大可能的密封防水,并且第一、二弹性筒部能够实现对第一、二微动开关的密封防水,从而实现最大可能的密封防水。

1.一种笔记本防水一体式触摸板按键,其特征在于,包括左按键板、右按键板、底板、电路板、上覆盖板、框部、环形柔性膜、柔性连接膜和排线,所述底板和上覆盖板夹持所述电路板,所述框部包围所述上覆盖板、电路板和底板,所述柔性连接膜连接所述左按键板和右按键板,所述环形柔性膜的顶端与左、右按键板均连接且包围所述左、右按键板,所述环形柔性膜的底端与所述框部连接且包围所述框部;所述柔性连接膜为矩形,所述柔性连接膜的第一侧与左按键板连接,第二侧与右按键板连接,第三侧和第四侧均与所述环形柔性膜的顶端连接,所述第一、二侧相对,第三、四侧相对;所述上覆盖板上具有第一微动开关和第二微动开关,所述左按键板固定有与第一微动开关位置对应的第一触块,所述左按键板和所述上覆盖板之间连接有第一压缩弹簧和第一弹性筒部,所述第一弹性筒部包围所述第一微动开关和第一触块;所述右按键板固定有与第二微动开关位置对应的第二触块,所述右按键板和所述上覆盖板之间连接有第二压缩弹簧和第二弹性筒部,所述第二弹性筒部包围所述第二微动开关和第二触块;所述第一、二微动开关与所述电路板电连接,所述电路板与所述排线电连接。
