Abstract
The invention provides a punching type information coding and decoding method for commodity external packaging, and relates to an anti-counterfeiting tracing technology of circulating commodities. The method adopts the punched information dot matrix as the unique commodity identity information, and the information label on the circulating commodity has the characteristics of uniqueness, interference resistance, traceability and the like through data processing of the processes of checking, multi-coding, geometric punching, decoding and the like on a data sequence. By using the method, on one hand, the traceability of commodities in circulation can be improved; another convenience, the probability of information corruption can be reduced.

Technical Field
With the continuous development and marketization trend of economy, the trade circulation is more and more convenient at high speed. However, commodity production enterprises face a troublesome problem, in the commodity circulation process, the non-uniqueness of the information labels generated by the commodities causes that the commodities cannot be traced back in the circulation process, and some dealers copy the commodities and damage the commodity labels, so that the production enterprises suffer huge economic losses.
Therefore, how to prevent the phenomena of irreproducibility and damage to the mark in the commodity circulation process, solve the problems of commodity circulation, commodity fleeing and the like of the circulated commodities becomes a problem which is widely concerned by domestic and foreign scholars, and a plurality of methods for solving the problems are also provided, wherein the problems are mainly the laser anti-counterfeiting, the label anti-counterfeiting ink anti-counterfeiting and other printing types, and the traditional anti-counterfeiting methods are easy to forge and artificially damage in the commodity circulation, so that the effective anti-counterfeiting and commodity fleeing prevention effects cannot be achieved.

The invention aims to provide a punching type information coding and decoding method for commodity outer package, which can effectively carry out anti-counterfeiting tracing and information restoration after damage on commodities in circulation.
The invention adopts the punched information dot matrix as the unique commodity identity information, and the information label on the circulating commodity has the characteristics of uniqueness, interference resistance, traceability and the like by carrying out data processing on the data sequence in the processes of verification, multiple coding, geometric punching, decoding and the like. By using the method, on one hand, the traceability of commodities in circulation can be improved; another convenience, the probability of information corruption can be reduced.

1) commodity information collection
Collecting commodity information and storing the commodity information in a database;
2) generating an original sequence
Generating a 6-digit decimal sequence as a commodity feature code by a computer, and binding the decimal sequence with commodity information in a database;
3) generating a coding sequence
Summing the odd bits, and taking one bit as a seventh bit; summing the even bits, taking the bit as the eighth bit; combining into 8 decimal code sequence;
4) generating information redundancy
Solving a decimal inverse code of the coding sequence to be used as a first re-check sequence, and exchanging odd digits and even digits of the coding sequence to be used as a second re-check sequence; the two groups of check sequences are used for increasing information redundancy, so that data can be conveniently restored;
5) geometrically determined perforation position
For a string of 8 decimal coded sequences, dividing the coded sequence into 4 decimal numbers with two digits, respectively representing the distance between 4 points and 4 vertexes of the packaging surface, and the unit is 0.1 cm; the included angle between the connecting line of each point and the adjacent vertex and the packaging face sideline is used as the distinction of different sequences, each group of sequences takes a plurality of groups of points according to a certain included angle to increase the information redundancy, and the points are used as the punching positions;
6) puncturing information decoding
The original sequence is restored by reading the position data of the punched holes on the surface of the commodity, and the commodity information is obtained by inquiring in a database.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the commodity flow direction with the punched information label can be effectively traced, and the method has the characteristic of better information recovery for anti-counterfeiting commodities and commodities with damaged punched information. The information flow direction of the enterprise management commodities can be facilitated, commodity channel conflict is reduced, and efficiency is improved.

Detailed Description
The following description focuses on two key steps of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples to facilitate a better understanding of the technical solutions of the present invention.
Coding
(1) Assuming the original sequence is 123456, adding and taking odd bits gives a 7 th bit of 9 and adding and taking even bits gives an 8 th bit of 2, resulting in an 8 th decimal coded sequence 12345692.
(2) The coded sequence is coded decimal inversed to obtain the first re-check sequence 98765418.
(3) A second parity sequence 21436529 is obtained for the coded sequence parity bit pairs.
Secondly, determining the punching position
As shown in figure 1, the distances between four points and respective top points are determined according to the coding sequence, 4 points are distributed in a clockwise mode, and the first point of the original coding sequence starts from the upper left corner. As shown in fig. 2, the first point of the first re-check sequence starts from the top right corner. As shown in fig. 3, the first point of the second re-check sequence starts from the lower right corner.
As shown in fig. 4, the punching points are plotted every 20 ° clockwise from the rectangular boundary according to the distance determined by the original code sequence, and 4 × 4 — 16 points are used.
As shown in fig. 5, a perforation point is plotted every 30 ° clockwise, starting from the rectangular boundary, for a total of 4 × 2 — 8 points, according to the distance determined by the first re-check sequence.
