In other instances, well-known structures and devices are shown in schematic form in order to simplify the drawing.
According to the basic concept of the invention, the method and the device for processing the sensory data of the agricultural products and the method and the device for acquiring the sensory data of the agricultural products are provided, and the method and the device integrate the functions of collecting, sorting, evaluating, presenting and the like of the sensory data of the agricultural products, so that a user can comprehensively and accurately know the quality of the agricultural products.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of an agricultural product sensory data processing method according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for processing sensory data of agricultural products, including:
s110: constructing a sensory evaluation database of agricultural products;
s120: receiving sensory evaluation data of the tasters on the agricultural products; and
s130: and updating the sensory evaluation database according to the sensory evaluation data.
The sensory evaluation database is used for organizing, storing and managing sensory evaluation data according to a certain data structure, and is usually stored in a server side, and also can be stored in a terminal for collecting data (such as a personal computer, a mobile phone and a tablet computer for inputting the sensory evaluation data by an agricultural product evaluator). The initial sensory evaluation database may only include information of internal evaluation vocabulary, which is previously set and stored therein as an entry element when the sensory evaluation database is constructed, for expressing the corresponding feeling of the human body's sensory organs (e.g., ears, nose, mouth, eyes or hands) on agricultural products, including but not limited to color, coloring uniformity, smoothness, size of peel, shape regularity, weight, floss, suture, maturity, stem color, pedicle integrity, peel hardness, pulp color, pulp hardness, brittleness, fiber, salivation, skin-meat separation, absence of core, degree of separation, kernel size, kernel hardness, kernel taste, fruit aroma (litchi aroma, juicy peach aroma, muskmelon aroma, green apple aroma, tangerine aroma, lemon aroma, grapefruit aroma), Floral (rose, tulip), honey, milk, woody, burnt, sweet, fragrant, bean, mint, off-flavor (stable, fermented, sour, musty), sweetness, acidity, bitterness, astringency, pungency, freshness, saltiness, tingling, viscosity, astringency, smooth mouth, juice level and aftertaste, as well as further descriptive terms for the above sensations including, but not limited to, hard as nuts, softer, crisper, difficult to strip and easy to strip.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a sensory evaluation database in an example of the present invention. For step S110, the sensory evaluation database (i.e. the background score database shown in fig. 3) is schematically represented by referring to fig. 3, wherein the top is the name of the corresponding agricultural product, and then the sensory evaluation database is divided into a plurality of large groups (e.g. taste, appearance), the large groups are divided into a plurality of small groups, for example, for the taste, the taste of the fruit pulp, the taste of the peel and the taste of the fruit seed can be included, each small group can be divided into a plurality of large groups (for example, the taste of the fruit pulp can include hardness, brittleness and elasticity), for each large group, the tasters (users and raters) score them, for example, the hardness is 4, the score can be divided into 1-4, each score can also correspond to the description vocabulary of the corresponding small group, for example, when the hardness is selected to 4, the scores can correspond to nuts, and the description vocabulary of the large group and the large group is the inner product score, the words entered in the database in advance can be combined, and the words belonging to the broad category can be distinguished by scores, namely, scored.
As for step S120, the taster refers to a person who can affect the database, including a taster who is a main data entry, and also including a consumer who purchases a specific agricultural product (which can evaluate the taste and appearance of the agricultural product after purchasing the specific agricultural product, also called a user), and in order to ensure the accuracy and interactivity of the finally displayed data, the taster and the user also process the sensory evaluation data of the agricultural product in different ways. For the data provided by the appraiser, the corresponding evaluation of the appraiser about the internal appraisal vocabulary is completely received in a full-scale collection mode, and the addition of external appraisal vocabulary to the agricultural product by the appraiser can be received to supplement the sensory information of the agricultural product; the data provided by the user is selectively accepted in a specific manner, which will be described in detail below.
The sensory evaluation data in step S120 includes a score for the evaluation vocabulary of the internal product and/or the evaluation vocabulary of the external product, and the evaluation vocabulary of the external product is different from the evaluation vocabulary of the internal product, is a vocabulary which is not entered when the database is initially established, can describe a plurality of subclasses of the class, and can also be a vocabulary which is equivalent to the class, and the sensory evaluation data can be further enriched by supplementing the evaluation vocabulary of the external product. Additional articles are also used to convey the corresponding perception of the human sense organ (e.g., ear, nose, mouth, eye, or hand) on the produce, including but not limited to color, smoothness, size, softness, flesh-skin separation, seedless, fruity, sweetness, acidity, bitterness, smoothness in the mouth, moisture, and aftertaste of the produce, as well as further descriptions of such perception, including but not limited to hard, such as nuts, softer, more brittle, less brittle, difficult to peel, and easy to peel. The evaluation vocabulary of the internal product may include information of large group, small group and large category, for example, hardness and taste of pulp, or a combination of large group and small group, which is not limited in the present invention. The receiving method may be a method of transmitting data to a server storing the data through an external terminal, a method of directly entering the data through an input device (for example, a keyboard) in the server, or a method of reading the data (for example, scanning a bar code including sensory evaluation data).
For step S130, the sensory evaluation database is updated according to the sensory evaluation data. The specific updating mode can be that the scores corresponding to the additional evaluation words can be input item by item according to the corresponding word names, and the scores corresponding to partial words can also be vacant. Embodiments of the present invention may also include modification steps such as modifying the wrong scores or words (including the in-item scoring words and the out-item scoring words).
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the method may further include step S140: sensory images and composite scores of the agricultural products are determined, and the image information and the composite scores (arithmetic mean scores for the panelists) can be pushed to the user. In order to give a concise evaluation result to the user, the scores of the internal item evaluation words and/or the external item evaluation words may be summarized, the summarization mode may be simple summation, or weighted summation, or the summation is performed according to each small group and then is summarized into a total score, for example, the statistical data shown in fig. 3 includes the total score and the total score of each large group. Moreover, the determined sensory image and the comprehensive score of the agricultural product can be pushed to the user through a network and the like. As for the pushing manner, there may be a plurality of manners, which may be presented through the same page, or may be presented through a plurality of pages or a plurality of secondary pages, and may be selected according to a specific agricultural product type, on the premise that the user can understand the corresponding agricultural product information at a glance, or may be presented in a form of a flavor wheel, for example, as shown in fig. 4, a specific multi-level page may be presented to the user. Firstly, a comprehensive score can be displayed to a user through a primary interface (for example, the primary page contains information of agricultural product varieties and the comprehensive score and can also contain information of appearance and appearance of the agricultural product); after receiving the primary page through the client, the user can trigger the server to continue pushing a secondary interface (at this time, the primary interface can continue to be retained or disappear) through clicking and the like, the secondary interface comprises at least part of internal product evaluation vocabulary information and corresponding scores, and the internal product evaluation vocabulary can be part of vocabularies (for example, vocabularies comprising large group information and small group information); and then the user can continue to trigger the server to push the third-level interface in a clicking mode, the third-level interface can comprise the internal item evaluation vocabulary which is not displayed on the second-level interface, the external item evaluation vocabulary and/or corresponding scores, at the moment, the first-level interface and the second-level interface can be hidden or reserved, and if all the reservations are displayed to the user integrally in a flavor wheel mode.
In some embodiments, step S150 may be further included: and displaying a sensory evaluation interface of the agricultural product to the user for the user to grade the agricultural product. The presentation mode can be in a table form or a flavor wheel to be filled, and a user can input the corresponding score through an input device of the client. The user can score each vocabulary, and can optionally score, and unselected words can be defaulted to the average score of each user.
In some embodiments, when the sensory evaluation data of the agricultural product by the taster comprises sensory evaluation data of the agricultural product by the user, updating the sensory evaluation database according to the sensory evaluation data comprises: when the difference between the scores corresponding to the internal evaluation vocabulary and/or the external evaluation vocabulary of a single user and the average score of the user is within a first set threshold (for example, +/-3), the scores corresponding to the single user are used as effective data to participate in updating the sensory evaluation database; when the average score difference between the scores corresponding to the internal evaluation vocabulary and/or the external evaluation vocabulary of the single user and the user is out of a first set threshold and within a second set threshold (+ -10), pushing the information of secondary evaluation to the single user; when the average score difference between the scores corresponding to the internal evaluation vocabulary and/or the external evaluation vocabulary of the single user and the user is beyond the second set threshold, the scores corresponding to the single user are abandoned, and/or the corresponding information exceeding the second set threshold is pushed to the single user. In the embodiment of the invention, the operation mode is adopted for all the evaluation words. Then, the score of a single user can be calculated according to the above-mentioned manner of determining the comprehensive score, or the average score of the users can be calculated by counting the scores of different users. And then both (the average score of the user and the score of the single user) are presented to the single user at the same time, and the presentation content can be as shown in fig. 5.
In some embodiments, the user rating may also be determined according to the scores of the individual users for the various scoring vocabularies, including:
when the difference between the average score of the scores corresponding to the internal evaluation vocabulary and/or the external evaluation vocabulary of the single user and the average score of the user is within a first set threshold, adding a first weight score (for example, 2 scores) to the grade score corresponding to the user grade;
when the average score difference between the scores corresponding to the internal item evaluation vocabulary and/or the external item evaluation vocabulary of the single user and the user is out of a first set threshold and in a second set threshold, adding a second weight score (for example, a score of + 1) to the grade score corresponding to the user grade;
when the average score difference between the scores corresponding to the internal evaluation vocabulary and/or the external evaluation vocabulary of the single user and the user is beyond a second set threshold, adding a third weight score (for example, 0 score) to the grade score corresponding to the user grade;
and adding the first weight score, the second weight score and the third weight score corresponding to each evaluation vocabulary to obtain a grade total score, and pushing user grade information corresponding to the section to the user according to the section in which the grade total score is located. For example, if the total added interval is less than or equal to 5, the corresponding user level information is the worm eating; if the total score interval is more than 5 and less than or equal to 50, the corresponding user level information is the copper plate eating; if the total score interval of the summation is more than 50 and less than or equal to 500, the corresponding user level information is the food; and if the total score interval is more than 500, the corresponding user level information is the gold medal eating.
