The material library stores various types of materials uploaded, purchased or self-made by users, and is convenient for the users to inquire and call the users and the intranet users, wherein the materials in the video material module, the audio material module and the picture material module can be only seen by the users, and the materials in the material sharing module can be inquired and called by the intranet users or the users in the authority range; the material sharing module comprises two folders: my folder and other people's folder, my shared material is stored in my folder, can newly build the folder in my folder, and name newly-built folder, the shared material of categorised storage, can carry out the authority setting to my folder or newly-built folder in my folder, if carry out the authority setting to newly-built folder a, add user A, user B in the authority setting, can also delete the operation to the user that adds, the user who deletes then can't see the material in folder a, this folder only these two users can see, carry out the authority setting to newly-built folder B, set up in the authority setting and forbid adding the material, the material that user newly-shared can't add to folder B, can only add to other folders, the content that the material in my folder shows is: the type of the material is video, music, pictures, live broadcast, and the number of the materials of each type is displayed below the icon of the my folder before the my folder is not opened.
The video material module comprises purchased videos, videos uploaded by me and videos produced by me, and the stored videos have the following contents displayed in the material video module: the method comprises the steps of title, duration, file size, resolution, label, state, warehousing time and operation, wherein the title, duration, file size and resolution are self-contained contents of a video, the label is added by a user during uploading, purchasing or clipping uploading, the warehousing time is the time of the system when a material is stored, the state is whether the video is successfully stored or not, the storage can be divided into warehousing success, warehousing failure and warehousing, the operation is the function of the system, and the video is clipped or downloaded; the audio material module and the picture material module respectively comprise purchased and uploaded contents, and displayed contents comprise titles, file sizes, resolutions, labels, states, warehousing time and operations, wherein the titles, the file sizes, the resolutions, the labels, the states and the warehousing time are the same as those of videos, but the operations are only downloading of audio or pictures.

A cloud-clipping material library system, as shown in fig. 8, which is different from embodiment 6 in that: in the step S5, the editing of the video may not only edit the stored video, but also edit the cloud-cut live video, where the cloud-cut live editing method includes:
s51: accessing a live broadcast address, and acquiring a live broadcast video to be edited, wherein the live broadcast address is an address beginning with rtmp or ending with m3u8, or a rtmp or hls protocol stream;
s52: setting a start time and a stop time on a time axis of the live video in a manual mode or an automatic mode, and when the start time is reached, synchronously recording the live video by an operation front end and stopping recording until the stop time is reached, wherein an obtained recorded fragment is an original fragment;
s53: adding primary additional information into the original segment, wherein the primary additional information comprises at least one of a subtitle, a character label, a watermark and background audio, adjusting the format of the subtitle or the character label and the form and the position of the watermark, and adding the background audio according to the requirement to obtain a primary segment;
s54: adding secondary additional information into the primary segment, wherein the secondary additional information comprises at least one of pictures and other original segments, and connecting the secondary additional information to the front or the back of the primary segment in a patch form to obtain a secondary segment;
s55: and selecting the picture in the secondary additional information or cutting any picture from the secondary clip as a cover to obtain a finished clipping clip.
The invention can record and clip the live video in real time, and can add the marking information such as characters, pictures or watermarks and the like to the clipped video according to the requirement, so that the video information is richer and more detailed, and therefore, a viewer can conveniently and quickly obtain and accurately understand the information provided by the clipped video; and multiple sections of mutually associated videos can be combined, so that the video information is expanded, the information issued at a time is more comprehensive and wide, and the information issuing efficiency is effectively improved. By the mode, the live broadcast information can be edited and released quickly and conveniently, the dynamic state of the live broadcast information can be released in real time in the continuous live broadcast reports of sports events, important meetings, large awarding ceremonies and special events by large and medium media, and the timeliness of news is obviously improved on the premise of completely recording the live broadcast information

the material acquisition module (3) is used for acquiring materials uploaded, purchased and self-made by a user and storing the materials into a material library;
the material acquisition module (3) comprises:
the material uploading unit (301) is used for acquiring the material uploaded by the user from the terminal, identifying the type of the material and storing the material and the uploading time into a material library in a correlated manner;
the material purchasing unit (302) is used for selecting required materials from the material list, paying for purchasing the materials after adding the materials into a shopping cart, identifying the types of the materials, and storing the materials and purchasing time into a material library in a correlated manner;
the material production unit (303) is used for editing one or more videos to generate a material required by the user, and storing the material and the generation time into a material library in a correlated manner, wherein the video is a video in a material list, a video stored in a user terminal or a video live in a live broadcast room;
the material search module (2) comprises:
a keyword acquisition unit (201) for acquiring a keyword input by a user;
the type acquisition unit (202) is used for acquiring the type of search selected by a user, wherein the type comprises video, audio and pictures, and the pictures further comprise a world cup picture, an editing picture and a creative picture;
the material calling unit (203) is used for calling corresponding materials from the microblog material library and the third-party material library according to the acquired keywords and the search type;
the searching unit (204) is used for searching corresponding materials in a material sharing module (7) of the material library according to the acquired keywords and the searching type;
a material list generating unit (205) for generating a material list from the retrieved materials and the searched materials, and arranging the material list according to the selection of the user, wherein the selection of the user comprises time, heat, forwarding amount and comment number;
the material search module (2) further comprises:
a tag unit (206) for providing a user with material sources of video, audio or picture material, a multi-level classification including a classification of video, audio and picture, and a search tag under each level category, the search tag being a detailed classification for each category, the material sources including a material library, microblog material, third party material;
and the screening unit (207) is used for acquiring the material source and one or more search tags selected by the user, and screening the highest matched material content in the material list according to the acquired content, wherein the search tags are one or more tags in the same level or a plurality of tags in different levels.
2. The cloud clip library system of claim 1, wherein the library comprises:
the video material module (4) is used for storing videos uploaded, purchased and self-made by users;
the audio material module (5) is used for storing audio uploaded and purchased by a user;
the picture material module (6) is used for storing pictures uploaded and purchased by the user;
and the material sharing module (7) is used for storing the materials shared by the user and others, and the sharing is shared by the users in the internal network or the users in the authority range.
3. The cloud clipping material library system according to claim 2, wherein the material sharing module (7) comprises:
the self material unit (701) is used for establishing a self folder, acquiring a material shared by a user, storing the material in association with a material type, adding time and an adding person, and naming the self folder, wherein the material type comprises video, audio, pictures or live broadcast;
the other-person material unit (702) is used for establishing other-person folders and storing materials shared by intranet users;
the authority setting unit (703) is used for setting the authority of the self folder, wherein the authority setting comprises adding members, deleting members, forbidding adding materials and allowing adding materials, the added members can browse the materials in the self folder, and the deleted members cannot browse the materials in the self folder;
the picture material module (6) comprises a picture uploading unit (601) and a picture purchasing unit (602), which are respectively used for storing pictures uploaded and purchased by a user;
the audio material module (5) comprises an audio uploading unit (501) and an audio purchasing unit (502), which are respectively used for storing the audio uploaded and purchased by the user;
the video material module (4) comprises a video uploading unit (401), a video purchasing unit (402) and a video producing unit (403), which are respectively used for storing videos uploaded, purchased and edited by a user.
4. The cloud clip library system of claim 3, wherein the library further comprises:
the channel establishing module (8) is used for establishing a new material channel and storing and managing materials which do not belong to the categories of videos, audios and pictures;
the sharing module (9) is used for sharing the materials in each material channel according to the selection of a user, selecting the names of the folders in the material unit (701) per se and storing the selected materials into the corresponding folders per se;
and the material management module (10) is used for managing the material channels and the materials in the material sharing module (7).
5. The cloud clipping material library system according to claim 4, wherein the material management module (10) comprises:
the material deleting unit (101) is used for deleting one or more materials selected by a user in each material channel or the material sharing module (7);
the material arranging unit (102) is used for arranging the materials in each material channel or the material sharing module (7) according to a time sequence selected by a user, and the time sequence comprises a time ascending sequence and a time descending sequence;
the material screening unit (103) is used for screening the materials in each material channel according to the material states selected by the user, wherein the material states comprise successful warehousing, failed warehousing, in-warehousing and all warehousing;
the material operation unit (104) is used for operating the materials in each material channel, and the operation comprises the operations of clipping and downloading the materials in the video material module (4) and the operations of downloading the materials in the audio material module (5) and the picture material module (6);
and the material authority unit (105) is used for carrying out audit authority setting according to the materials in each material channel selected by the user, and the materials with the audit authority need to be audited by a material manager when being shared.

The cloud material cutting library system according to claim 4, wherein the material library further comprises a plurality of search modules (11), each search module (11) searches the materials in each material channel and the material sharing module (7) according to keywords, and selects the searched materials to be arranged according to the ascending order or the descending order of time.

s5: one or more videos are edited through a material production unit (303) to generate a material required by the user, and the material and the generation time are associated and stored in a material library, wherein the videos are videos in a material list, videos stored in a user terminal or videos live in a live broadcast room.
8. The cloud clipping library implementation method of claim 7, wherein the method further comprises:
s6: videos uploaded, purchased and self-made by a user are stored through a video material module (4);
s7: storing the audio uploaded and purchased by the user through an audio material module (5);
s8: pictures uploaded and purchased by a user are stored through a picture material module (6);
s9: the materials shared by the user and others are stored through a material sharing module (7), and the sharing is shared by the users in the internal network or the users in the authority range.
