Abstract
The invention provides a sealing ring, a sealing method of a watch shell assembly and the watch shell assembly, wherein the sealing ring is simple in structure, is not required to be provided with a mounting groove, is rapid to install, and improves the sealing effect. The sealing ring comprises a sealing part, an upper attaching film and a lower attaching film, and the sealing part is adhered to the upper attaching film and the lower attaching film; the sealing part comprises a sealing ring body, an inner elastic rubber ring and an outer elastic rubber ring, wherein the sealing ring body is positioned between the inner elastic rubber ring and the outer elastic rubber ring and is bonded with the inner elastic rubber ring and the outer elastic rubber ring. Background
The sealing ring is required to be arranged between the front shell of the watch and the screen at the rear side of the front shell to seal and prevent water, in the prior art, a mounting groove is usually required to be formed on the front shell so as to assemble the sealing ring, and the sealing ring can play a sealing role only after being compressed to a certain extent, so that the groove depth of the mounting groove on the front shell is required to be smaller than the line diameter of the sealing ring or a boss is required to be formed on the screen matched with the front shell so as to compress the sealing ring.
As shown in fig. 1, which is a partial view of a sealing structure between a front case 1 and a screen 2 of a wristwatch in the prior art, a mounting groove 3 is formed on the front case 1, a sealing ring 4 is assembled in the mounting groove 3, if the sealing ring 4 is required to realize sealing, and the line diameter d is required to be larger than the depth H of the mounting groove 3, then when the front case 1 and the screen 2 are assembled into a whole in a fastening way, the sealing ring 4 is extruded and deformed to realize sealing; if the line diameter d of the sealing ring 4 is smaller than the depth H of the mounting groove 3, the sealing ring 4 is also effectively sealed, as shown in fig. 2, which is a partial view of another sealing structure between the front case 1 and the screen 2 of the wristwatch in the prior art, a protrusion 5 matched with the mounting groove 3 is arranged on the front case 2, and when the front case 1 and the screen 2 are assembled into a whole, the protrusion 5 is embedded into the mounting groove 3 to squeeze the sealing ring 4 to realize sealing.

The upper surfaces of the inner elastic rubber ring, the sealing ring body and the outer elastic rubber ring are leveled, and the lower surfaces of the inner elastic rubber ring, the sealing ring body and the outer elastic rubber ring are leveled.

4) The front shell and the screen are fixedly connected into a whole, so that the sealing part is in a compressed state, and the sealing of the watch shell assembly can be realized.
The positioning tool comprises a positioning plane for positioning the sealing ring and a positioning groove positioned outside the positioning plane, and the positioning groove is used for positioning the front shell; and the surface of the front shell, which is bonded with the sealing part of the sealing ring, is abutted against the positioning plane.
The upper attaching film of the sealing ring is provided with a positioning structure, and the positioning plane is provided with a positioning structure matched with the positioning structure on the upper attaching film.
The invention also provides a watch shell assembly formed by adopting the sealing method of the watch shell assembly, which comprises a front shell, a screen and a sealing part, wherein the screen and the sealing part are positioned at the rear side of the front shell, the front shell and the screen are fixedly connected into a whole, the sealing part is positioned between the front shell and the screen and is in a compressed state, the front side surface of the inner elastic rubber ring and the front side surface of the outer elastic rubber ring are bonded with the front shell, and the rear side surface of the inner elastic rubber ring and the rear side surface of the outer elastic rubber ring are bonded with the screen.
The front shell and the screen are provided with matched positioning structures, so that the front shell and the screen are coaxial.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and positive effects:

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings and the detailed description.
Referring to fig. 4 to 7, a seal ring 100 of the present embodiment includes a seal portion 110, an upper adhesive film 120 and a lower adhesive film 130, wherein the seal portion 110 is located between the upper adhesive film 120 and the lower adhesive film 130, and is integrally bonded with the upper adhesive film 120 and the lower adhesive film 130 through the adhesive of the upper adhesive film 120 and the lower adhesive film 130; the sealing part 110 comprises a sealing ring body 111, an inner elastic rubber ring 112 and an outer elastic rubber ring 113 which are concentrically arranged, wherein the sealing ring body 111 is positioned between the inner elastic rubber ring 112 and the outer elastic rubber ring 113, and the sealing ring body 111 is adhered to the inner elastic rubber ring 112 and the outer elastic rubber ring 113.
Specifically, in the sealing ring 100 of the present embodiment, the sealing ring body 111 of the sealing portion 110 is located between the inner elastic rubber ring 112 and the outer elastic rubber ring 113, and the space 114 between the inner elastic rubber ring 112 and the outer elastic rubber ring 113 forms the installation groove of the sealing ring body 111, so that the sealing ring 100 is provided with the installation groove, and therefore, the installation groove is not required to be opened on a structural member (such as the front case of the watch case assembly) matched with the sealing ring; the sealing ring body 111, the inner elastic rubber ring 112 and the outer elastic rubber ring 113 are adhered to form an integral sealing part 110, so that when the sealing ring is installed on a to-be-sealed assembly (such as a watch shell assembly), the sealing part 110 and the to-be-sealed assembly can be installed by only tearing off the upper and lower attaching films 120 and 130, and the problem that the sealing ring with small wire diameter and small ratio of wire diameter to radius is difficult to install and is easy to deform and drop out of an installation groove in the prior art is solved;
further, as shown in fig. 7, the upper surfaces of the inner elastic rubber ring 112, the sealing ring body 111 and the outer elastic rubber ring 113 are leveled, and the lower surfaces of the inner elastic rubber ring 112, the sealing ring body 111 and the outer elastic rubber ring 113 are leveled, that is, the line diameter d of the sealing ring body 111 is equal to the depth H of the installation groove formed by the space 114 between the inner elastic rubber ring 112 and the outer elastic rubber ring 113, so that when the sealing ring is installed, the inner elastic rubber ring 112, the sealing ring body 111 and the outer elastic rubber ring 113 can be effectively attached to the matching surface of the component to be sealed (such as a watch case component), and the bonding reliability and the sealing reliability of the component to be sealed (such as the watch case component) are improved. When the sealing ring 100 of the present embodiment is in the extrusion state, the inner elastic rubber ring 112, the sealing ring body 111 and the outer elastic rubber ring 113 can all generate elastic deformation, so as to play a double-layer sealing effect, as shown in fig. 8.
In this embodiment, the inner elastic rubber ring 112 and the outer elastic rubber ring 113 are foam rubber rings, and the foam rubber rings have elasticity, viscosity and certain strength; of course, other rubber rings with elasticity and adhesiveness can be used, and the invention is not limited thereto.
The sealing ring 100 and the structural member (such as the front case of the watch case assembly) should be in a coaxial structure finally, the sealing ring 100 and the structural member should be coaxial when assembled, but in this embodiment, the sealing ring 100 is bonded and extruded with the structural member to realize sealing, if the sealing ring 100 is not coaxial with the structural member when assembled, it is difficult to separate the sealing ring 100 from the structural member again for coaxial matching, and in order to avoid the situation that the sealing ring 100 is not coaxial with the structural member when assembled, the upper attaching film 120 of the sealing ring 100 is provided with a positioning structure 121 for positioning the sealing ring 100 when matched with the structural member so as to be coaxial with the structural member as much as possible.
In this embodiment, the upper attaching film 120 and the lower attaching film 130 are both release films, and the upper attaching film 120 and the lower attaching film 130 are both provided with a hand tearing position S. The release film has slight viscosity when contacting with the inner elastic rubber ring 112 and the outer elastic rubber ring 113 made of foam materials, and is convenient to take off.
If the structural member matched with the sealing ring 100 is provided with a protruding structure, a plurality of avoidance openings Q are formed at intervals on the circumferential edges of the upper attaching film 120, the lower attaching film 130 and the outer elastic rubber ring 113 in order to avoid the protruding structure.
The embodiment also provides a sealing method of the watch case assembly, and the sealing ring is adopted, and the structure of the sealing ring is described with reference to the embodiment of the sealing ring of the invention and the descriptions of fig. 4 to 8, and is not repeated here. The sealing method of the watch shell assembly of the embodiment specifically comprises the following steps:
1) Tearing off the lower attaching film 130 of the sealing ring 100 to expose the sealing part 110 of the sealing ring 100, and then inversely installing the sealing ring 100 on a positioning tool 200, so that the side of the upper attaching film 120 of the sealing ring 100 is downward, and the sealing part 110 is upward, as shown in fig. 10;
2) The front shell 300 is mounted on the positioning tool 200, the sealing part 100 is adhered to the front shell 300 under pressure maintaining, the positioning tool 200 is used for positioning the sealing ring 100 and the front shell 300, the sealing ring 100 and the front shell 300 are kept coaxial when mounted, and the front shell 300 is mounted on the positioning tool 200 as shown in fig. 11;
3) Taking out the sealing ring 100 and the front shell 300 which are bonded integrally from the positioning tool 200, tearing off the upper attaching film 120 of the sealing ring 100, bonding the sealing part 110 and the front shell 300 integrally, then installing the screen 400, bonding the screen 400 and the sealing part 110, and forming an overall structure diagram of the sealing ring 100, the front shell 300 and the screen 400 after installation as shown in fig. 12;
4) The front case 300 and the screen 400 are fixedly connected into a whole by using screws through a bracket, so that the sealing part 110 is in a compressed state, and waterproof sealing between the front case 300 and the screen 400 can be realized, wherein the fixed connection of the front case 300 and the screen 400 is the same as that of the prior art, and is not shown in the figure.
Further, in the present embodiment, the positioning tool 200 is shown in fig. 9, and includes a positioning plane 210 for positioning the sealing ring 100 and a positioning groove 220 located outside the positioning plane 210, where the positioning groove 220 is used for positioning the front shell 300, and the contour shape of the positioning groove is adapted to the side shape of the front shell 300; the surface of the front case 300 adhered to the sealing part 110 is abutted against the positioning plane 210, so that the sealing part 110 is adhered.
Specifically, for positioning the sealing ring 100 on the positioning plane 210, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, in this embodiment, the positioning structure 121, such as two positioning holes, is disposed on the upper lamination film 120 of the sealing ring 100, and correspondingly, the positioning structure 211, such as two positioning posts, matched with the positioning structure 121 is disposed on the positioning plane 210, so that the structure is simple and positioning is facilitated. The thickness of the two positioning columns can be different so as to realize foolproof positioning.

The sealing ring body 111 and the inner and outer elastic rubber rings 112 and 113 are bonded into a whole to form the integral sealing part 110, when the front shell 300 and the screen 400 are matched and fastened, the inner elastic rubber ring 112, the sealing ring body 111 and the outer elastic rubber ring 113 can generate elastic deformation, so that a double-layer sealing effect is achieved, as shown in fig. 13, an installation groove is not required to be formed on the front shell 300, the structure and the sealing process are simple, and the implementation is easy.
In order to ensure that the screen 400 is coaxial with the front case 300 when being mounted, the front case 300 and the screen 400 are also provided with a matched positioning structure, and the positioning structure can be a positioning structure on a wristwatch in the prior art, which is not described herein.

the sealing method comprises the steps of,
1) Tearing off the lower attaching film of the sealing ring to expose the sealing part of the sealing ring, and then inversely installing the sealing ring on a positioning tool and positioning the sealing ring by a positioning plane, so that the upper attaching film of the sealing ring faces downwards and the sealing part faces upwards;
2) The front shell of the watch case component is arranged on the positioning tool and positioned by the positioning groove, so that the sealing ring and the front shell are kept coaxial when being arranged; the surface of the front shell, which is bonded with the sealing part of the sealing ring, is abutted against the positioning plane; then maintaining pressure to bond the sealing part of the sealing ring with the front shell;
3) Taking out the sealing ring and the front shell which are bonded into a whole from the positioning tool, tearing off the upper attaching film of the sealing ring, and then installing a screen of the watch shell assembly to enable the screen to be bonded with the sealing part;
