Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
In describing embodiments of the present application, it should be noted that, unless explicitly stated and limited otherwise, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" should be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium, and can be communication between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in embodiments of the present application will be understood in detail by those of ordinary skill in the art.
The embodiment of the application provides a contact material corrosion test tool, which solves the technical problem that the test is difficult to carry out because no reliable and stable test tool capable of enabling the contact material to be subjected to clamping force and under high current exists at present. The embodiment of the application also provides a contact material corrosion test system.
A contact material corrosion test tool according to an embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 2.
The contacts of the isolating switch generally comprise a moving contact and a fixed contact. When the isolating switch is closed, the moving contact and the fixed contact are in close contact under the action of a clamping mechanism such as a spring, and a large clamping force exists between the moving contact and the fixed contact. In the corrosion test of the contact material, the stress condition of the contact material sample 8 will affect the corrosion test, and in order to obtain test data with more reference value, the contact material sample 8 needs to be under similar clamping force. Furthermore, it is necessary to subject the contact material sample 8 to high currents while ensuring safety.
The contact material corrosion test tool provided by the embodiment of the application comprises a first insulating clamping plate and a second insulating clamping plate. Two insulating clamping plates are arranged opposite each other, between which a contact material sample 8 is clamped, and of course also the contacts of the test power supply 0 (i.e. the first contact 9 and the second contact 7).
When the clamping between the two insulating clamping plates is realized, the screw 1 and the tightening nut 2 can be matched. In particular, the first insulating clamping plate may be provided with a through hole through which the screw 1 passes, and the second insulating clamping plate should be provided with a through hole at the same position, in conformity with the first insulating clamping plate. Thus, the screw 1 can respectively pass through the through hole on the first insulating clamping plate and the through hole on the corresponding position of the second insulating clamping plate to form a framework of the clamping structure.
Two ends of the screw rod 1 are also provided with matched tightening nuts 2, and a spring gasket 5 can be arranged between the tightening nuts 2 and the insulating clamping plates.
The number of the screws 1 should be identical to the number of the through holes on the first insulating clamping plate or the second insulating clamping plate, and in specific implementation, two screws 1 may be provided, or three or four screws 1 may be provided, as long as the number of the screws 1 is greater than or equal to two, which is possible. Of course, the number of through holes in the first insulating clamping plate or the second insulating clamping plate is matched with that of the screw rods 1.
For example, if a clamping structure of two screws 1 is provided, through holes may be provided at both sides of the first insulating clamping plate, so that the space between two parallel screws 1 after the through holes penetrate the screws 1 may be used for clamping the contact material sample 8. And for the contact material sample 8, the stress can be adjusted by the screws 1 symmetrically arranged at the two sides, so that the stress deviation is avoided, and the stress balance is realized.
Similarly, no matter what the number of through holes is provided on the first insulating clamping plate or the second insulating clamping plate, in order to ensure that the clamping force provided by the first insulating clamping plate and the second insulating clamping plate to the contact material sample 8 is opposite to the contact material sample 8 in the direction (i.e. perpendicular to the two insulating clamping plates), the through holes provided on the first insulating clamping plate or the second insulating clamping plate should form an isosceles triangle, rectangle or other symmetrical shape.
In the embodiment of the application, the clamping structure comprises three mutually parallel screws 1. Specifically, three through holes can be formed in the first insulating clamping plate, an isosceles triangle is formed in the position of the three through holes, the second insulating clamping plate and the first insulating clamping plate are arranged in the same mode, and three screws 1 penetrate through the through holes in the two insulating clamping plates to form a clamping structure. The triangular prism space formed by the three screws 1 and the two insulating clamping plates can be used for arranging the contact material sample 8, and the three screws 1 can not form obstruction to the contact material sample 8.
Further, an insulating support rod 6 may be further provided, and in an isosceles triangle formed between the through holes of the first insulating clamping plate, a support hole matching with the insulating support rod 6 is provided, and the second insulating clamping plate is also provided. In this way, during the test, the insulating support rod 6 can sequentially pass through the first insulating clamping plate, the first contact 9 of the test power supply 0, the contact material samples 8 stacked together, the second contact 7 of the test power supply 0 and the second insulating clamping plate, so that the positioning of the contact material samples 8 and the alignment between the contact material samples 8 are realized, and the contact areas between the contact material samples 8 are the same as much as possible.
It will be appreciated that, in use, the insulating support rod 6 should be provided with corresponding holes for the insulating support rod 6 to pass through, for example, the first contact 9, the second contact 7, and the contact material sample 8 of the test power supply 0.
The support hole matching the insulating support bar 6 is preferably provided at the center in the isosceles triangle, but may be provided at a non-center position in the isosceles triangle. But set up in the center, insulating bracing piece 6 sets up in the axis of clamp structure, and is more convenient when test tool and contact material sample 8 equipment, and the counterpoint effect between the contact material sample 8 is also better.
The insulating support rod 6 can be made of epoxy resin glass fiber reinforced plastic, has enough strength, and can block current, so that the current cannot pass through, and the corrosion dynamics of a corrosion system is not affected.
Further, considering that the insulating material is often not stiff enough, the first insulating clamping plate and the second insulating clamping plate are stressed greatly and are easy to damage when the screw 1 is tightened. Therefore, can set up insulating splint into bilayer structure, including insulating layer 3 and atress layer 4 two-layer, insulating layer 3 that plays the insulating effect sets up in clamping structure's inboard, and atress layer 4 that plays the transmission pressure effect sets up in the outside, with tightening nut 2 direct contact to ingenious intensity that has strengthened insulating splint under the prerequisite that does not influence insulating splint insulating properties.
Specifically, the insulating layer 3 may be a PVC insulator plate, and the stress layer 4 may be a stainless steel sheet.
Whether the clamping force to which the contact material sample 8 is subjected is positive or slightly deviated is mainly determined by visually observing the position of the tightening nut 2, and obviously, the determination by the naked eye is not accurate enough. Thus, a first pressure sensor and a second pressure sensor may be provided.
The first and second pressure sensors should be disposed between the first and second insulating clamping plates in parallel with the respective screws 1. The contact point of the first pressure sensor with the first insulating clamping plate may be referred to as a first contact point, and the contact point of the second pressure sensor with the first insulating clamping plate may be referred to as a second contact point. The first contact point and the second contact point can be both on the symmetry axis of the isosceles triangle, and the two contact points should be symmetrical relative to the center of the isosceles triangle, so that the left and right sides symmetry of the clamping force applied to the contact material sample 8 can be judged by comparing the pressure values between the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor.
In the embodiment of the application, a contact material corrosion test tool is provided, which is provided with two insulating clamping plates, namely a first insulating clamping plate and a second insulating clamping plate, wherein through holes are formed in the two insulating clamping plates, and a screw rod can penetrate through the through holes to connect the two insulating clamping plates. The distance between the two insulating clamping plates can be shortened through tightening nuts at the two ends of the screw, and the contact material sample between the two insulating clamping plates is clamped and fixed, so that the contact material sample is under the clamping force, and the stress between the moving contact and the fixed contact during closing is simulated and isolated. The two insulating clamping plates are made of insulating materials, so that the test tool can be isolated from current, the test safety is improved, the on-site corrosion system is well restored, the corrosion dynamics of the corrosion system is not affected, and the contact material corrosion test tool capable of highly reducing the real operation working condition of the contact material is provided.

During testing, the first contact 9 of the test power supply 0, the contact material sample 8 to be tested and the second contact 7 of the test power supply 0 are sequentially clamped between the first insulating clamping plate and the second insulating clamping plate of the contact material corrosion test tool.
It should be noted that the contact material sample 8 should also be provided in a plate shape, so that the clamping effect is better.
In the embodiment of the application, a contact material corrosion test system is provided, wherein a contact material corrosion test tool is provided with two insulating clamping plates, namely a first insulating clamping plate and a second insulating clamping plate, through holes are formed in the two insulating clamping plates, and a screw rod can penetrate through the through holes to connect the two insulating clamping plates.
