Abstract
The invention relates to the technology of water level measuring instruments, belongs to the field of automation, and particularly relates to a general falling protector for a drop-in type water level gauge, which can protect the drop-in type water level gauge. The invention is characterized in that a bearing rope is connected between two flange fixing plates, an external safety rope hole and a bolt fixing hole are formed in each flange fixing plate, and various bolts smaller than the aperture of each flange fixing plate can be inserted into each external safety rope hole and each bolt fixing hole. Currently, most of water level gauges used in water level measurement are throw-in water level gauges, laser water level gauges, floating ball water level gauges, and the like. The input type water level gauge is convenient to use, and the principle is simple, so that the input type water level gauge is most used in analog water level measurement. The existing drop-in water level gauge generally uses a fastening nut to fix a measuring cable on a flange plate, and when in use, the total weight of the water level gauge is concentrated on the fastening nut. At ordinary times, due to the action of gravity or cold shrinkage of the low-temperature cable in winter, the fixing nut can bear larger tensile force, if falling off, the internal secondary wiring can be directly pulled, even the whole cable is separated from the flange and falls into the areas of the water turbine runner and the like endangering other important equipment.

The tail end of each flange fixing piece 3 is provided with two additional safety rope holes 1, and the two additional safety rope holes 1 are used for additionally fixing the anti-falling device and the bearing object thereof outside the flange, so that the anti-falling device and the bearing object thereof can be prevented from falling into a measuring pipeline together when the internal cable is broken and the flange is opened.
The middle part on each flange fixing piece 3 is provided with at least one bolt fixing hole 2.
When the invention is implemented, the anti-falling device is arranged between the flange of the water level measuring pipeline and the flange of the water level meter on the original flange plate, and the bolt fixing holes 2 are sleeved on two symmetrical flange fixing bolts in the form of bolt gaskets.
