Abstract

本发明公开了一种手持与头戴自由切换的小型野外救援照明灯,其结构包括灯筒、手持装置、球形体,其中灯筒内部设有玻璃灯罩、灯体、咬合嘴,而灯筒上远离玻璃灯罩的一端外表面焊接有为倒L形结构的手持装置,手持装置与灯筒之间固定设有球形体,在玻璃灯罩与灯体连接处设有三个同等大小的灯泡,本发明在发条弹簧被拉出中,由于其内部的环数将对减少,因此与咬合臂相接触的位置空隙变大,当照明灯受到撞击时,撞击传感器工作将信号通过拉簧中连接的伸缩导线传递至电磁铁中,电磁铁吸合,将固定一起的咬合嘴与咬合嘴所固定的灯体向撞击传感器内部方向移动,迫使玻璃灯罩至内移动,将玻璃灯罩放置于灯筒内部,可有效保护玻璃碎片不会刮伤至人体。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种野外救援照明灯,特别的,是一种手持与头戴自由切换的小型野外救援照明灯。
背景技术
野外夜晚出行中常伴随着一些意外的发生需要用到救援照明灯,利用救援照明灯提供一个明亮的寻求环境,但是由于野外环境恶劣的条件下,同时救援照明灯中的灯头设计皆为玻璃材质,因此:
由于野外环境的恶劣,为保证其使用方便,照明灯均采用头戴式,又因其野外黑暗的环境下容易发生意外碰撞,若不慎跌倒其头部所佩戴的照明灯受到直面撞击后导致裸露在较外侧的玻璃灯罩碎裂,而玻璃碎片极容易扎伤到人体甚至眼睛,严重危害到人身安全。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种手持与头戴自由切换的小型野外救援照明灯。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种手持与头戴自由切换的小型野外救援照明灯,其结构包括灯筒、手持装置、球形体,其中灯筒内部设有玻璃灯罩、灯体、咬合嘴,而灯筒上远离玻璃灯罩的一端外表面焊接有为倒L形结构的手持装置,所述手持装置与灯筒之间固定设有球形体,在所述玻璃灯罩与灯体连接处设有三个同等大小的灯泡,所述灯体远离玻璃灯罩的一端两侧固定有咬合嘴,所述手持装置包括刺面、毛面,所述刺面与毛面相互贴合在一起,所述球形体的内部组成有球腔、发条弹簧,所述球腔的内部设有缠绕形成蜗壳结构的发条弹簧。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述咬合嘴包括咬合臂、活动卡座、拉簧、电磁铁、撞击传感器,所述咬合臂接触于灯体的两侧,在所述咬合臂的固定点设于活动卡座上,所述活动卡座上分别固定有拉簧与电磁铁,其中电磁铁位于两所述拉簧之间,则拉簧的另一端固定在撞击传感器上,且在拉簧的内部设有与撞击传感器电性连接的可伸缩导线,该伸缩导线的信号输出端电连接于电磁铁。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述发条弹簧由发条、软层组成,所述发条与软层接触配合,其中软层的一端与人体头部直接接触,保护头部不受发条影响生成勒痕。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述咬合嘴与灯体相接触的一端设有固定块。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述刺面与毛面组合形成魔术贴结构。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述发条弹簧穿过手持装置的一端与毛面焊接为一体化。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述发条弹簧在球形体与灯筒相通的一端配合于咬合臂。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述撞击传感器的外表面包裹着一层与电磁铁相吸合的磁铁。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明利用手持装置与球形体相配合,毛面与发条弹簧焊接在一起,将毛面拉出形成一个扣合式结构,在将毛面与刺面贴合在一起,因此便可将照明灯固定在头部,实现手持式与头戴式间的自由转换。
2、本发明在发条弹簧被拉出中,由于其内部的环数将对减少,因此与咬合臂相接触的位置空隙变大,当照明灯受到撞击时,撞击传感器工作将信号通过拉簧中连接的伸缩导线传递至电磁铁中,电磁铁吸合,将固定一起的咬合嘴与咬合嘴所固定的灯体向撞击传感器内部方向移动,迫使玻璃灯罩至内移动,将玻璃灯罩放置于灯筒内部,可有效保护玻璃碎片不会刮伤至人体。
3、本发明的发条弹簧具有复位功能,在牵引后可形成扣合式的头戴方法,在断开毛面与刺面时,在发条弹簧的复位下,可将发条弹簧收纳至球腔的内部,实用性较强,且操作相当便携。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,图1~图5示意性的显示了本发明实施方式的野外救援照明灯的结构,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例
如图1-图5所示,本发明提供一种手持与头戴自由切换的小型野外救援照明灯,其结构包括灯筒1、手持装置2、球形体3,其中灯筒1内部设有玻璃灯罩11、灯体12、咬合嘴13,而灯筒1上远离玻璃灯罩11的一端外表面焊接有为倒L形结构的手持装置2,所述手持装置2与灯筒1之间固定设有球形体3,在所述玻璃灯罩11与灯体12连接处设有三个同等大小的灯泡,所述灯体12远离玻璃灯罩11的一端两侧固定有咬合嘴13,所述手持装置2包括刺面21、毛面22,所述刺面21与毛面22相互贴合在一起,所述球形体3的内部组成有球腔31、发条弹簧32,所述球腔31的内部设有缠绕形成蜗壳结构的发条弹簧32。
所述咬合嘴13包括咬合臂131、活动卡座132、拉簧133、电磁铁134、撞击传感器135,所述咬合臂131接触于灯体12的两侧,在所述咬合臂131的固定点设于活动卡座132上,所述活动卡座132上分别固定有拉簧133与电磁铁134,其中电磁铁134位于两所述拉簧133之间,则拉簧133的另一端固定在撞击传感器135上,且在拉簧133的内部设有与撞击传感器135电性连接的可伸缩导线,该伸缩导线的信号输出端电连接于电磁铁134。
其中,所述发条弹簧32由发条321、软层322组成,所述发条321与软层322接触配合,其中软层322的一端与人体头部直接接触,保护头部不受发条321影响生成勒痕。
其中,所述咬合嘴13与灯体12相接触的一端设有固定块,该固定块与灯体12外表面为一体化,保证咬合臂131与灯体12外表面更加稳定的固定在一起。
其中,所述刺面21与毛面22组合形成魔术贴结构,该魔术贴结构的设计,保证头戴式能够及时自由切换。
其中,所述发条弹簧32穿过手持装置1的一端与毛面22焊接为一体化,该一体化设计,可保证其毛面22拉伸中发条弹簧32同步一致,防止两者间稳固不佳影响使用。
其中,所述发条弹簧32在球形体3与灯筒1相通的一端配合于咬合臂131,通过发条弹簧32的拉伸状态其改变灯体12的间隙大小,实现发条弹簧32收纳特性下同时具有限位功能。
其中,所述撞击传感器135的外表面包裹着一层与电磁铁134相吸合的磁铁,保证电磁铁134更加完美的吸合。
下面对上述技术方案中的野外救援照明灯的工作原理作如下说明:
本发明在使用时,可根据自身方便旋转使用方式,当需要选择头戴时,使用者只需要将手持装置2上所固定的毛面22拉出,进而将毛面22所固定着的发条弹簧32拉出,由于该发条弹簧32具有一定的柔软度,可根据人体头部缠绕,形成一个稳固扣合的形状,接着,再将毛面22与刺面21粘贴在一起,将其固定在头部,方便使用者在恶劣的野外环境下使用,由于野外环境较为恶劣,若一不小跌倒,而其头部所佩戴的照明灯直接撞击在地面上,针对本发明,为保护人身安全,在采用头戴式的情况下,其内部发条弹簧32被拉出,因此在球腔31接触于灯筒1的一端间隙变大,为咬合臂131提供一个较大的活动范围,在受到撞击时,通过撞击传感器135传递信号至电磁铁134中,电磁铁134工作,与撞击传感器135外表面的磁铁相吸合,从而拉动咬合嘴13向灯筒1内部移动同步牵引玻璃灯罩11置于灯筒1的内部深处,防止裸露在灯筒1头部位置玻璃灯罩11破碎后造成人身伤害。

1.一种手持与头戴自由切换的小型野外救援照明灯,其结构包括灯筒(1)、手持装置(2)、球形体(3),其中灯筒(1)内部设有玻璃灯罩(11)、灯体(12)、咬合嘴(13),其特征在于:灯筒(1)上远离玻璃灯罩(11)的一端外表面焊接有为倒L形结构的手持装置(2),所述手持装置(2)与灯筒(1)之间固定设有球形体(3),在所述玻璃灯罩(11)与灯体(12)连接处设有三个同等大小的灯泡,所述灯体(12)远离玻璃灯罩(11)的一端两侧固定有咬合嘴(13);所述手持装置(2)包括刺面(21),刺面(21)与毛面(22)相互贴合在一起;所述球形体(3)的内部组成有球腔(31)、发条弹簧(32),所述球腔(31)的内部设有缠绕形成蜗壳结构的发条弹簧(32);所述发条弹簧(32)穿过手持装置(2)的一端与毛面(22)焊接为一体;所述发条弹簧(32)由发条(321)、软层(322)组成,所述发条(321)与软层(322)接触配合,其中软层(322)的一端与人体头部直接接触;
所述咬合嘴(13)包括咬合臂(131)、活动卡座(132)、拉簧(133)、电磁铁(134)、撞击传感器(135),所述咬合臂(131)接触于灯体(12)的两侧,在所述咬合臂(131)的固定点设于活动卡座(132)上,所述活动卡座(132)上分别固定有拉簧(133)与电磁铁(134),其中电磁铁(134)位于两所述拉簧(133)之间,则拉簧(133)的另一端固定在撞击传感器(135)上,且在拉簧(133)的内部设有与撞击传感器(135)电性连接的可伸缩导线,该伸缩导线的信号输出端电连接于电磁铁(134);所述撞击传感器(135)的外表面包裹着一层与电磁铁(134)相吸合的磁铁。
