Abstract
The invention relates to a filter screen system of umbrella-shaped structure of an electric fuel pump. The two ends of the metal partition plate are pointed cutter heads, an upper groove and a lower groove are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of one side of the metal partition plate, and the other side of the metal partition plate is wrapped with a limit strip; a plurality of metal partition plates are sequentially and annularly arranged and encircled to form a metal partition plate cylinder, one end of the metal partition plate cylinder is bound and fixed by a partition plate upper binding ring, and the other end of the metal partition plate cylinder is bound and fixed by a partition plate lower binding ring; a bottom cap is sleeved outside the lower binding ring of the partition board; the invention adopts the structure that a filter element block is embedded between every two adjacent metal baffle cylinders, and the outer edge of the filter element block is bound by a limit strip; the length of the filter element block is the same as that of the limit strip, the metal baffle cylinder is immersed in the inner bottom of the automobile oil tank, and the top end of the sucker rod is sleeved with the oil inlet of the automobile engine through the leather hose, so that the filter screen system of the umbrella-shaped structure of the electric fuel pump is manufactured.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a filter screen system of umbrella-shaped structure of an electric fuel pump.
Background
The fuel pump is used for sucking fuel from the fuel tank, pressurizing and then delivering the fuel to the fuel supply pipe, and is matched with the fuel pressure regulator to build certain fuel pressure. And the fuel filter is connected in series on a pipeline between the fuel pump and the oil inlet of the throttle body. The fuel filter is used for removing solid impurities such as ferric oxide, dust and the like contained in fuel oil and preventing a fuel oil system from being blocked (particularly a fuel nozzle). The mechanical abrasion is reduced, the stable operation of the engine is ensured, and the reliability is improved. The structure of the fuel oil device consists of an aluminum shell and a bracket with stainless steel inside, and the bracket is provided with a high-efficiency filter paper sheet which is chrysanthemum-shaped to increase the flow area. The electrospray filter cannot be commonly used with an oil filter. Since electronic fuel injection filters are often subjected to fuel pressures of 200-300 KPA, the filter is generally required to have a compressive strength of above 500KPA, whereas chemical fuel filters are not required to have such high pressures. The gasoline filter of the carburetor is positioned at one side of the inlet of the oil delivery pump, the working pressure is smaller, a nylon shell is generally adopted, the gasoline filter of the electronic injection engine is positioned at one side of the outlet of the oil delivery pump, the working pressure is higher, and a metal shell is generally adopted. The filter element of the gasoline filter is mostly made of filter paper, and nylon cloth and polymer materials are also used. But in the structural design of the filter screen system, a single-layer single-channel process is adopted, and a further lifting space is provided for oil absorption and filtration effects.

a plurality of metal partition plates are sequentially and annularly arranged and encircled to form a metal partition plate cylinder, one end of the metal partition plate cylinder is bound and fixed by a partition plate upper binding ring, and the other end of the metal partition plate cylinder is bound and fixed by a partition plate lower binding ring; a bottom cap is sleeved outside the lower binding ring of the partition board; the upper end and the lower end of the metal baffle cylinder are respectively provided with an upper groove cavity and a lower groove cavity;
