The positioning part 110 is in positioning engagement with the base plate 240 in the outer circumferential direction of the pipe body 100. In this embodiment, the bottom plate 240 occupies less space in the tube 100, and the water can flow in the first chamber 120 and the second chamber 130 simultaneously, thereby ensuring that the flow rate of the lint filtering device is satisfactory.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the filter pack 200 may further include an end plate 250, the end plate 250 having the filter holes 210. The end plate 250 may be connected to the bottom plate 240 and located in the first chamber 120, and the end plate 250 is in positioning fit with the positioning portion 110 in the circumferential direction of the pipe body 100. In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the positioning portion 110 has a first surface 111 and a second surface 112, the first surface 111 and the second surface 112 are connected, the first surface 111 is in positioning fit with the bottom plate 240, and the second surface is in positioning fit with the end plate 250. The number of the positioning portions 250 may be further at least two, each of the positioning portions 250 may be arranged at intervals in the outer circumferential direction of the pipe body 100, and the end plate 250 may be located between the second surfaces 112 of the adjacent positioning portions 250. As the number of the positioning portions 250 increases, opposite sides of the end plate 250 may be simultaneously positioned to engage at least two positioning portions 250, so that the end plate 250 may restrict rotation of the filter member 200 in both opposite rotational directions. Meanwhile, the bottom plate 240 may be simultaneously positioned and engaged with the at least two positioning portions 250, so that the bottom plate 240 may limit the rotation of the filter member 200 in two opposite rotation directions.
In order to simplify the structure of the pipe body 100, the positioning part 110 may be provided in a bar-shaped structure, the positioning part 110 extending along the axial direction of the pipe body 100. As shown in fig. 7, the positioning part 110 may specifically include a guide end 113 near the open end of the tube 100, and the cross-sectional area of the guide end 113 is gradually increased in a direction parallel to the axis of the tube 100 and starting from the open end. That is, the guiding end 113 can provide a guide for the relative movement between the filter member 200 and the tubular body 100 during the initial fitting stage of the filter member and the tubular body, so that the installation process of the lint filter device is smoother.
Generally, in order to close the open end of the tube 100, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, the lint filter device may further include a knob 300, wherein the knob 300 may rotate relative to the tube 100 and the filter 200, and the rotation axis of the knob 300 is parallel to the axis of the tube 100. Specifically, the knob 300 may be in threaded engagement with the open end of the tube 100, and when the knob 300 is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise, the knob 300 gradually closes the open end of the tube 100 and may be in sealing engagement with the open end; the knob 300 is rotated in the opposite direction, so that the open end of the tube 100 is not closed and sealed.
Further, to facilitate the user's operation, an indication protrusion 310 may be provided on the surface of the knob 300. The indication protrusion 310 protrudes relative to the surface of the knob 300, and may specifically include two parts, one part indicates a direction in which the knob 300 closes the open end of the tube 100 after the knob 300 is rotated, and the other part indicates a direction in which the knob 300 does not close the open end of the tube 100 after the knob 300 is rotated.
Generally, as shown in fig. 3, the knob 300 may include a first portion 320 and a second portion 330 connected, the first portion 320 extending relative to the second portion 330 in the axial direction of the tube 100. That is, the first portion 320 is longer than the second portion 330 in the axial direction of the pipe body 100. When the knob 300 provided by the embodiment of the present application rotates, the tube 100 or the filter 200 is not driven to rotate, and the knob 300 can not only seal and close the open end of the tube 100, but also facilitate the assembly and disassembly between the tube 100 and the filter 200. Specifically, the knob 300 may include a body 360 and at least two first position-limiting portions 370, the first position-limiting portions 370 are disposed on the body 360, and a space is provided between adjacent first position-limiting portions 370. The filter member 200 is provided with at least two second position-limiting portions 260, and the adjacent second position-limiting portions 260 have a space therebetween. The first position-limiting portion 370 is matched with the second position-limiting portion 260 in the axial direction of the pipe body 100.
That is, in the axial direction of the tube 100, the first stopper 370 and the second stopper 260 are not easily separated from each other even if a force is applied thereto, and when a user applies a pulling force to the knob 300, the first stopper 370 may contact the second stopper 260 and apply a force to the second stopper 260, thereby withdrawing the filter 200 from the tube 100. The adjacent first limiting parts 370 have a gap therebetween, and the adjacent second limiting parts 260 have a gap therebetween, so that the contact area between the first limiting parts 370 and the second limiting parts 260 is reduced, and friction generated when the knob 300 is rotated is reduced, thereby improving user experience.
It should be noted that the first portion 320 and the second portion 330 of the knob 300 can be disposed on the body 360.
Based on the above structure, the embodiment of the present application further provides a washing machine, as shown in fig. 1, the washing machine may specifically include a motor 400 and the lint filter device according to any of the above embodiments, and water filtered by the lint filter device may flow through the motor 400.
