Abstract

The invention relates to a high-gloss piano black PA/PC alloy resin composition and a preparation method thereof, wherein the PA/PC alloy resin composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-90 parts of polyamide PA resin, 10-40 parts of polycarbonate PC resin, 1-5 parts of compatilizer, 0.3-2.0 parts of black toner and 0.1-1.5 parts of antioxidant; the preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the components in parts by weight, uniformly mixing to obtain a premix, adding the premix into a double-screw extruder, carrying out melt extrusion, cooling and granulating to obtain the target product. The PA/PC alloy resin obtained by the invention has the appearance of high gloss piano black, and also has the excellent toughness and dimensional stability of PC, and the excellent wear resistance and chemical resistance of PA.

Highlight piano black PA/PC alloy resin composition and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to an alloy resin composition and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a high-gloss piano black PA/PC alloy resin composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, automobile parts are increasingly using the effect of high-gloss piano black, including automobile exterior parts (grilles, pillar boards) and interior parts (navigation panels, gear panels). The high-gloss spraying-free piano black plastic is a low-cost and environment-friendly mode. However, since the automobile interior has a high requirement on the scratch resistance of the material, common piano black materials, such as piano black PC/ABS alloy, PC, PMMA/ABS alloy, etc., are difficult to meet. The PA of the piano black can meet the strict scratch resistance requirement of the interior decoration, however, the PA material contains an amide group, the group is easy to absorb water, the size of a part is enlarged, and the size instability limits the application of the piano black PA.
The low-water-absorption alloy can be obtained by blending and modifying PA and PC with low water absorption. However, PA and PC are two materials which are thermodynamically incompatible, and the material obtained by direct blending is poor in mechanical properties and cannot be used, and it is impossible to obtain the appearance of piano black due to the poor compatibility of the two materials.
By finding a proper compatilizer and improving the compatibility of PA and PC, the piano black PA/PC alloy resin composition with excellent mechanical properties and low water absorption can be prepared.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at overcoming the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a piano black PA/PC alloy resin composition and a preparation method thereof.

Preferably, the PC is bisphenol A type PC, and the light transmittance is more than or equal to 80%.
Preferably, the compatilizer is bisphenol A diglycidyl ether DGEBA with the epoxy equivalent weight of 184-200 g/eq.
Preferably, the black toner is dye black.
Preferably, the antioxidant is selected from one or more of antioxidant 245, antioxidant 1076 and antioxidant 168.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the high-gloss piano black PA/PC alloy resin composition, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 60-90 parts of PA resin, 10-40 parts of PC resin, 1-5 parts of compatilizer, 0.3-2.0 parts of black toner and 0.1-1.5 parts of antioxidant according to parts by weight, and uniformly mixing to obtain a premix;
(2) adding the premix into a double-screw extruder, performing melt extrusion, cooling and granulating to obtain the target product.
Preferably, the extrusion temperature of the melt extrusion is 230-280 ℃, and the screw rotation speed is 200-500 rpm.
The invention utilizes the reaction of the epoxy group of the epoxy resin with the amino and the carboxyl of the PC and the reaction of the epoxy group with the amino of the PA to generate the copolymer of the PC and the PA, plays the role of a compatilizer of the PA and the PC, promotes the mutual dispersion of the two materials and obtains the PA/PC material with excellent comprehensive performance.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the comprehensive performance is excellent: the PA/PC alloy resin composition with high gloss piano black and excellent physical and mechanical properties is prepared by blending the PA resin and the PC resin and introducing the compatilizer to improve the compatibility of the PA resin and the PC resin;
(2) the preparation method has simple process and low cost, and the prepared PA/PC alloy resin is particularly suitable for the field of automobiles.

The compatilizer is bisphenol A type epoxy resin: bisphenol A diglycidyl ether DGEBA with an epoxy equivalent of 184-200 g/eq.
The black toner is dye black.
The antioxidant is selected from one or more of antioxidant 245, antioxidant 1076 and antioxidant 168.
Example 1

Performance evaluation:
the PA/PC alloy resin compositions prepared in each example and comparative example were subjected to mechanical property tests, and injection-molded to evaluate the appearance of a high-gloss color plate (size: length, width, thickness: 140mm, 90mm, 3mm), and the results are shown in tables 2 and 3:
charpy notched impact strength: the impact energy is 4J according to the test of ISO 179-1:2010 (E);
vicat softening point: testing according to ISO 306:2013(E) standard under the test condition of 5Kg at 50 ℃/h;
flexural modulus: testing according to ISO 178:2010(E) standard, wherein the testing speed is 2 mm/min;
saturated water absorption: the particles were tested at 23 ℃ in an environment of 50% RH.
Scratch resistance test: the gloss (60 °) retention before and after scratching was tested according to GMW14125, with 10 scratches back and forth under a load of 8.3N, using a high gloss plaque as an experiment.

(1) weighing 60-90 parts of PA resin, 10-40 parts of PC resin, 1-5 parts of compatilizer, 0.3-2.0 parts of black toner and 0.1-1.5 parts of antioxidant according to parts by weight, and uniformly mixing to obtain a premix;
(2) adding the premix into a double-screw extruder, performing melt extrusion, cooling and granulating to obtain the target product.
