背景技术
我国塑料管道发展很快,质量在不断提高。已初步形成以聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)管、聚乙烯(PE)管和聚丙烯(PP-R)管为主的塑料管产业。其中聚乙烯(PE)管由于其自身独特的优点被广泛的应用于建筑给水,建筑排水,埋地排水管,建筑采暖、燃气输配、输气管,电工与电讯保护套管、工业用管、农业用管等。其主要应用于城市供水、城市燃气供应及农田灌溉。

本发明提供了一种PE管材,采用了如下技术方案:
一种PE管材,其特征在于:由下列重量份数的原料制成:聚乙烯50-80份,二元乙丙橡胶20-30份,聚烯烃纤维10-15份,硅藻土5-10份,石英砂3-5份,稳定剂5-8份,玻璃钢2-4份,活性炭2-5份。
本发明具备以下有益效果:耐腐蚀和耐磨损性能强,使用寿命长,抗老化,韧性高,拉伸强度高,材质轻,耐压,隔音效果好。
