Background
The stone pot is an important device for preparing concrete, and is in the shape of an upright cylindrical pot body, and the top end of the pot body is opened so as to release the diffused smoke dust of the powder pot when powder is pumped in, and prevent the powder pot from sounding and exploding due to overhigh pressure. However, when the powder tank is used, the smoke is diffused too much, the environmental pollution is great, and a layer of grey-white smoke is covered above a concrete mixing plant adopting the powder tank, so that the influence on the air pollution is very serious.

The invention aims to solve the technical problems and provides an environment-friendly dustproof powder tank which can realize better filtration, reduce smoke diffusion and play a role in preventing blockage and explosion to a certain extent.

an environment-friendly dustproof powder tank comprises a cylindrical tank body, a feeding pipe is arranged on the outer side of the tank body, the top end of the feeding pipe is n-shaped, the outlet end of the feeding pipe extends into the tank body, the top end of the tank body is closed, the outlet end of the feeding pipe extends downwards into the top of the tank body and penetrates through a filter plate component horizontally arranged in the tank body, the filter plate component is in a circular plate shape, a plurality of balls are arranged on the circumferential edge of the filter plate component, the filter plate component is suspended in the tank body by a suspension spring and enables all the balls to be kept in contact with the inner wall of the tank body, the top end of the suspension spring is fixed on the top wall in the tank body, the lower part of the filter plate component is provided with a plurality of impact parts close to the inner wall of the tank body, the impact parts can be contacted with the bottom of the filter plate component in an intermittent impact manner, the side wall of the tank body above the filter plate component is provided with a dust removal pipeline extending out of the tank body close to the top end, the outlet end of the dust removal pipeline is tied with a strip-shaped dust filter bag, the bottom of the dust filter bag is arranged close to the ground, and the opening of the dust filter bag is tied and sealed by a rope.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the dust tank is different from the traditional dust tank in structure, the top of the dust tank is closed, a pressure relief air outlet of the dust tank is arranged on the side wall of the top, a filter plate assembly for filtering dust is horizontally arranged above the inner part of the tank body and is suspended and installed by adopting a spring, when the pressure in the dust tank is increased or the filter plate assembly is partially blocked, the pressure is increased to push the whole filter plate to move upwards, the purposes of relieving the internal air pressure and dredging filter holes are achieved, the filtered air flow is discharged into a dust filtering bag which is vertically suspended from a dust removing pipeline on the side wall of the top of the tank body, the dust can be filtered again, the filtered dust is accumulated in the dust filtering bag, and the dust in the dust filtering bag falls at the bottom end of the dust filtering bag for a long time, and at the moment, the dust can be naturally removed only by tying a rope with an opening of a cloth belt at the bottom end to. In order to prevent the filter plate assembly from being blocked, the specially-arranged impact part can frequently collide the filter plate assembly, so that the filter plate assembly vibrates, dust particles in filter holes of the filter plate can be shaken off to a certain extent, the filter plate assembly is further prevented from being blocked, and the filtering effect is improved.

In order to prevent the filter plate assembly 8 from being blocked, the impact part 7 specially arranged can frequently impact the filter plate assembly 8, so that the filter plate assembly 8 vibrates, dust particles in filter holes of the filter plate are shaken off to a certain extent, the filter plate assembly 8 is further prevented from being blocked, and the filtering effect is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the striking member 7 includes two sleeves 702 coaxially fixed on the inner wall of the tank 6, a rod 701, a cam 703 and a motor for driving the cam 703, the rod 701 extends upwards into the two sleeves 702, the cam 703 is disposed at the bottom end of the rod 701, and the bottom end of the rod 701 can contact with the rim surface of the cam 703, so that when the motor installed outside the tank 6 rotates, the cam 703 is driven to rotate, and the rod 701 intermittently strikes the filter plate assembly 8 upwards.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the striking member 7 includes an air cylinder fixed to the inner wall of the tank 6, and a piston rod 704 in the air cylinder is extended upward to strike the filter plate assemblies 8 intermittently.
Furthermore, the cloth pores of the part of the dust filter bag 11 connected with the dust removal pipeline 10 are larger than those of the rest part of the dust filter bag, so that the occurrence of blockage of the dust filter bag 11 at the outlet end of the dust removal pipeline 10 is reduced as much as possible, and smooth exhaust is ensured.
Further, the balls are connected with the filter plate assemblies 8 through tightening springs (not shown in the figure), and the tightening springs are arranged along the radial direction of the filter plate assemblies 8, so that the filter plate assemblies 8 can flexibly move up and down to avoid being stuck.
Furthermore, the inner wall of the tank body 6 is provided with sliding grooves corresponding to the number of the balls, so that the balls can slide up and down along the sliding grooves without swinging along the circumferential direction of the filter plate, the design is to only make the filter plate assembly 8 vibrate up and down, the service life of the suspension spring is prevented from being influenced during radial vibration, and the filter plate assembly is suitable for the condition that the diameter of the filter hole of the filter plate assembly 8 is much larger than the particle size.
