Abstract

The invention discloses a facial mask bag material, which comprises a printing film, an aluminum foil, a polyester film and a polyethylene and ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer co-extrusion film which are sequentially stacked; and adhesives are compounded between the printing film and the aluminum foil, between the aluminum foil and the polyester film and between the polyester film and the polyethylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer co-extruded film. The invention also discloses a production process of the mask bag material, which comprises the following steps: preparing a printing film; compounding an aluminum foil on the printing film and curing; compounding a polyester film on the aluminum foil and curing; and compounding the polyethylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer co-extruded film on the polyester film, curing and cooling to obtain the finished product composite material. The invention also discloses a facial mask packaging bag. The invention improves the sealing performance of the heat sealing position of the mask bag and the capsule.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of packaging bags, and particularly relates to a mask bag material, a production process and a mask packaging bag.
Background
The capsule facial mask mainly comprises a single capsule type and a binary type combining the originality of an efficacy capsule and a patch facial mask. The capsule facial mask is named as a capsule facial mask because the main functional components are wrapped in the capsule shell.
At present, a capsule facial mask bag is generally made by hot-melting and pressing a capsule and a facial mask bag, wherein the facial mask bag is generally made of a three-layer composite material of PET + aluminized + PE from outside to inside, and the capsule is generally made of a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material.
However, the heat-sealing property of the mask pack is generally that there is a leakage ratio of about 2% at the place where the mask pack and the capsule are heat-sealed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a mask bag material, a production process and a mask packaging bag, and aims to solve the problem of material leakage at the heat sealing position of a capsule and a mask bag.

and compounding the polyethylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer co-extruded film on the polyester film, curing and cooling to obtain the finished product composite material.
Preferably, before the step of compounding the co-extruded film of polyethylene and ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer to the polyester film, curing and cooling to obtain the finished composite material, the production process further comprises:
respectively placing granules of polyethylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer into an extruder, and heating and melting;
and extruding the melted polyethylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer by layer, cooling and forming to obtain the polyethylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer co-extruded film.

Detailed Description
In the following, the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a facial mask bag material, and referring to fig. 1, the facial mask bag material comprises a printing film 10, an aluminum foil 20, a polyester film 30 and a polyethylene and ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer co-extrusion film 40 which are sequentially stacked; wherein,
the printing film 10 and the aluminum foil 20, the aluminum foil 20 and the polyester film 30, and the polyester film 30 and the polyethylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer co-extruded film 40 are compounded through an adhesive 50.
In this embodiment, the aluminum foil 20 is generally a pure aluminum foil, and is made of a metal thin material that is directly rolled by metal aluminum and then is softened by sufficient annealing, so that the aluminum foil is soft, has good barrier property, light-proof property, high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance, has high hardness, small tearing strength, high tensile strength, good composite property, and is easy to tear.
The polyester film 30 is a film material which is prepared by using polyethylene terephthalate as a raw material, making a thick sheet by an extrusion method, and performing biaxial stretching, is usually a colorless transparent glossy film, has excellent mechanical properties, high rigidity, hardness and toughness, puncture resistance, friction resistance, high temperature and low temperature resistance, and good chemical resistance, oil resistance, air tightness and aroma retention, and is a common printing material and a barrier composite film base material.
The polyethylene and ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer coextruded film 40 is a three-layer coextruded film: the heat-sealing layer, the intermediate layer and the composite layer are both made of polyethylene film materials and are formed by addition polymerization reaction of ethylene monomers, and the heat-sealing layer is non-toxic, odorless, stable in chemical performance, capable of resisting most of acid and alkali, stable in composite performance and good in heat-sealing performance. Is a commonly used composite heat sealing material. The heat sealing layer is prepared by co-extruding ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and polyethylene, wherein the ethylene-vinyl acetate content is 85-90%, and the polyethylene content is 10-15%. Because the polyethylene has stable chemical property and the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer has excellent heat sealing property, the heat sealing substrate of the mask bag has good self-sealing property and good heat sealing strength with the capsule.
In a preferred embodiment, the printed film 10 is made of mylar printing ink.
In this example, the ink was a polyurethane ink, which had low hiding power and good transparency.
In a preferred embodiment, the thickness of the printing film 10 is 12-16 um.
In this embodiment, the thickness of the printed film 10 includes the thickness of a polyester film and the thickness of ink, and generally, the thickness of the polyester film is 10 to 14um, preferably 12 um; the thickness of the printing ink is 1-3 um, preferably 2 um.
In a preferred embodiment, the adhesive 50 is a polyurethane composite adhesive.
In this embodiment, the adhesive 50 is preferably a polyurethane composite adhesive, because the polyurethane composite adhesive is a glue containing urethane groups and isocyanate groups in molecular chains, contains isocyanate and urethane groups with strong polarity, has good crosslinking reactivity, and can be cured at room temperature or high temperature, and thus has excellent adhesive properties to various materials such as aluminum foils, plastics, non-woven fabrics, and the like. The main chain of the polyurethane has good flexibility, the polyurethane has the biggest characteristics of impact shock resistance and bending fatigue resistance, the peel strength is high, particularly, the low-temperature resistance is excellent, and the influence of thermal stress is small when different materials are glued.
In a preferred embodiment, the thickness of the aluminum foil 20 is 6-8 um, the thickness of the polyester film 30 is 12-25 um, the thickness of the co-extruded film 40 of polyethylene and ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer is 80-90 um, and the thickness of the polyurethane composite adhesive is 5-7 um.
In this embodiment, the thickness of the aluminum foil 20 is preferably 7um, and 7um has already reached good barrier performance, and barrier performance is reduced below 7um, and barrier performance is improved but cost is increased above 7 um. The thickness of the polyester film 30 is preferably 25um, and the specifications of the common polyester film 30 are 12um, 19um and 25um, wherein the specification of 25um is selected to ensure that the facial mask bag material has good stiffness. In addition, in view of the heat seal strength of the polyethylene and ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer coextruded film 40 with the capsule, the thickness of the polyethylene and ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer coextruded film 40 herein is preferably 85 μm. The thickness of the polyurethane composite adhesive is preferably 6um, which is enough to meet the adhesive requirement, too much increases the adhesive time, and too little decreases the adhesive strength.
The invention also provides a production process of the facial mask bag material, and referring to fig. 2, the production process comprises the following steps:
step S100, preparing a printing film.
In this step, the printed film is made by printing a layer of ink on a polyester film.
And step S200, compounding the aluminum foil on the printing film and curing.
In this step, the printed film is compounded with the aluminum foil through an adhesive, preferably a polyurethane compounding adhesive. And (3) placing the composite film of the printing film and the aluminum foil in a curing chamber at 40-60 ℃ for curing for 24 hours to fully cure and crosslink the adhesive for polyurethane compounding to achieve certain compounding strength. The curing time is preferably longer than 24 hours, and some adhesives are required to be placed for 5-7 days.
During curing, the ventilation flow in the curing chamber is kept, the temperature of each point in the chamber is kept consistent, the indoor air is properly replaced, the residual solvent released during curing is discharged to the outside, and fresh air is supplemented, so that the residual solvent amount and the peculiar smell of the composite membrane are favorably reduced.
Then, the polyester film, the polyethylene and the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer co-extruded film are compounded in sequence, and a curing process is needed after each compounding. But a plurality of adhesives can be directly compounded on all the film layers and then put into a curing chamber at the temperature of 40-60 ℃ for curing.
And step S300, compounding the polyester film on the aluminum foil and curing.
In this step, the polyester film and the aluminum foil are compounded by an adhesive, and a polyurethane compounding adhesive is generally preferred. Similarly, the curing temperature may be 40 ℃ to 60 ℃ and the curing time may be 24 hours.
Curing at high temperature for 24 hr to cure and crosslink the composite polyurethane glue fully to reach certain composite strength.
The polyester film can protect the aluminum foil and improve the rigidity and the tearability of the composite material.
And S400, compounding the polyethylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer co-extruded film on a polyester film, curing and cooling to obtain the finished composite material.
In the step, the polyethylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer co-extruded film is compounded with the polyester film through an adhesive, and the adhesive is preferably a polyurethane compounding adhesive generally.
Similarly, the curing temperature can be 40-60 ℃, and the curing time can be 48 hours. And cooling after curing for 48 hours to fully cure and crosslink the polyurethane composite adhesive to reach certain composite strength, thereby obtaining the finished composite material.
In a preferred embodiment, before step S400, referring to fig. 3, the manufacturing process further includes:
and step S500, respectively putting the granules of the polyethylene and the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer into an extruder, and heating and melting the granules.
In this step, the co-extruded film of polyethylene and ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer is a three-layer co-extruded film: the heat-sealing layer, the middle layer and the composite layer are made of polyethylene film materials.
Specifically, pellets of polyethylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer are respectively placed into an extruder, heated and made into viscous state materials by means of internal friction heat between the pellets.
And S600, extruding the melted polyethylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer in a layered manner, cooling and forming to obtain the polyethylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer co-extruded film.
In the step, under the rotating and pushing action of a screw of an extruder, a viscous-state material of polyethylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is continuously extruded in a layered mode through a neck mold with a certain shape, and finally, the co-extruded film of polyethylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is obtained through cooling and forming.
The invention also provides a facial mask packaging bag which comprises a bag body, wherein the bag body comprises two layers of facial mask bag materials which are bonded together through heat sealing of the peripheral edges, the facial mask bag materials are the facial mask bag materials, and a co-extrusion film of polyethylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is used as the inner surface of the bag body.
In this embodiment, after obtaining the finished facial mask bag material, the composite fastness and the residual solvent amount between each layer are detected, and the finished facial mask bag material can be taken out to be made into a bag by a bag making machine after meeting the requirements, and the two layers of facial mask bag material are heat sealed to form a bag-shaped structure.
In a preferred embodiment, the facial mask packaging bag further comprises a capsule, the capsule is provided with an opening, a continuous heat sealing part is arranged along the edge of the opening, a through hole for the capsule to pass through is formed in one layer of facial mask bag material of the bag body, the heat sealing part is located between the two layers of facial mask bag materials of the bag body, and the heat sealing parts are respectively bonded with the inner surfaces of the two sides of the bag body through heat sealing.
