In embodiment 2, a second optical signal detection device disposed at a horizontal winding machine performs object detection at a preset time interval, when a cushion block is detected, a signal indicating that the cushion block is detected is sent to a controller, when the cushion block is not detected, a signal indicating that the cushion block is not detected is sent to the controller, the controller controls the horizontal winding machine to perform N-layer winding after receiving the signal indicating that the cushion block is detected, the controller controls the horizontal winding machine to perform M-layer winding after receiving the signal indicating that the cushion block is not detected, N and M are both positive integers, and N is greater than M.
In order to improve the bearing strength of the cushion block, the controller controls the horizontal winding machine to have the winding layer number of the part with the cushion block larger than the winding layer number of the part without the cushion block by utilizing the second optical signal detection device. The increase of the winding layer number is beneficial to improving the bearing strength of the cushion block, but too many winding layer numbers can also lead to the rise of packaging cost. Preferably, the portion with the pad is wound three-layer, and the portion without the pad is wound two-layer.
According to the control method for plate packaging by using the cushion block, the cushion block and the plate are wound and packaged together, the controller controls the number of winding layers of the part with the cushion block to be larger than that of the part without the cushion block, and the bearing strength of the cushion block is improved, so that the width of the cushion block can be reduced, and the packaging cost is further saved. The cushion block with the width of 75mm is preferably selected through production practice, compared with a cushion block with the width of 100mm which is conventionally used, the cushion block with the width of 75mm can bear gypsum boards well, and the packaging cost can be saved by 25%.
Preferably, the control method for the plate package using the cushion block provided by the application further comprises the following steps: when the horizontal winding machine is used for winding and packaging, the heating wire is used for heating the head film or the tail film of the horizontal winding machine. The tensioning degree of the head film and the tail film of the winding film of the horizontal winding machine can be insufficient, the packaging effect is seriously affected, the tensioning degree can be increased through heating by an appropriate electric heating wire, and a good packaging effect is obtained.
