The specific implementation mode of the steam car washer is as follows:
when the steam car washer cleans the car, firstly, the spray gun handle 20 is pressed down, the noise reduction device 60 is communicated with the lower water inlet pipeline 80, steam enters the nozzle structure 70 from the water inlet 100 at the bottom of the spray gun through the water inlet pipeline 80 and the noise reduction device 60, and the steam is ejected from the nozzle to achieve the aim of cleaning the car.
The locking switch 40 can lock, so that the fatigue effect generated by long-time pressing of an operator is avoided, and the unstable air pressure of steam sprayed from the nozzle is further avoided.
Meanwhile, the handle linkage device is changed, so that the handle and the spray gun valve are accurately controlled. The handle of the steam car washer on the market in the past is two parts coordinated control valve thimble and accomplishes the function of spraying steam, and the shortcoming of this structure is that two parts can have the phenomenon emergence of the skew former motion track of certain degree in the transmission in-process, and because the part is plastic products, handle 20 goes out to press and can not go out steam after long-time high temperature, therefore the structure is complicated, and the functionality is relatively poor.
The handle of the present invention addresses this problem by providing a structural improvement, as shown in fig. 1 and 2. Changing the linkage into an integral handle 20, changing the material of the parts into PA66 material can solve the problems of poor comfort and no steam generation in the handle for long-time operation. Under the condition of meeting the metal processing technology, the optimized structure of the spray gun handle is obtained, and the reliability of the optimized structure is verified through experiments.
