In the actual production process, the limit structure can be formed by arranging structures such as rib plates or ejector pins in the body 1.
Therefore, the elastic buckle 8 can abut against the limiting structure under the action of the third return spring, so that the buckling table is always positioned at the opening of the accommodating cavity. When the flip 7 is covered, the flip 7 can be fixed by buckling the upper end face of the flip 7 through the buckling table, so that the opening of the accommodating cavity is closed. Simultaneously, the elastic buckle 8 can be pulled outwards to enable the upper end of the elastic buckle to deviate from the opening of the accommodating cavity, so that the flip 7 is separated from the buckling table, and the flip 7 can be turned over to open the accommodating cavity.
Further, in order to improve the convenience of use, the end face of the flip 7, which faces the accommodating cavity during the covering, is provided with a spring, so that the ink box 9 can be propped by the spring, the pretightening force is applied to the ink box 9, and the ink box 9 can be ensured to be installed in place. And when pulling elastic buckle 8, flip 7 can pop out and open the holding chamber under the effect of spring, convenient to use, the convenience is strong. And the arrangement of the spring is lower than the mode of directly pressing the ink box 9 through the flip 7, so that the requirement on the dimensional accuracy is lower, the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
For ease of handling, the body 1 is preferably provided with a handle 4 on the side wall close to the elastic clasp 8. The user can hold the handle 4 to control the body 1 to print, and the distance between the handle 4 and the elastic buckle 8 is relatively close, so that the ink box 9 can be conveniently controlled by one hand and replaced by one hand.
Further, a battery is disposed in the handle 4, and the battery is electrically connected to the control circuit board. The battery can be a rechargeable battery or a common storage battery, and when the common storage battery is adopted, a battery disassembling cover is arranged on the handle 4 so as to facilitate the replacement of the battery. When the rechargeable battery is adopted, the charging mode can be adopted, a charging interface can be arranged on the body 1 or the handle 4 for charging, and the charging interface can be a USB interface or a DC interface.
In this embodiment, the battery is disposed in the handle 4, so that the volume of the body 1 can be reduced, and the battery increases the weight of the handle 4, so that the weight of the body 1 is relatively reduced, the load and torque of the body 1 to the arm during holding are reduced, and the holding is convenient.
Although the roller assembly 3 can be adjusted up and down, considering that the body 1 itself has a certain width and thickness, the size of the printing nozzle 904 is smaller than that of the body 1, when the printing nozzle is used for printing on a surface to be printed with small area such as a cup bottom and a bowl bottom and protrusions on the periphery, the lower end of the body 1 is easily abutted with the protrusions, so that the printing nozzle 904 cannot be close to the surface to be printed, and the printing quality is affected. For this reason, the printing head 904 in this embodiment protrudes from the lower end surface of the body 1.
In this way, since the size of the printing nozzle 904 is smaller, and the sizes of the bowl bottom and the cup bottom under the conventional size are larger than those of the printing nozzle 904, when the printing nozzle 904 is used in such a printing scenario, the printing nozzle 904 can properly extend into the concave part to print, so that the printing quality is ensured.
In order to protect the printing nozzle 904 after the printing operation is completed and to avoid ink leakage, it is preferable that the lower end of the body 1 is pivoted with a protective cover 2, and the protective cover 2 can cover the printing nozzle 904 and be turned over and fixed to expose the printing nozzle 904.
As shown in fig. 6, the protection cover 2 includes a protection section 201 pivoted to the body 1 and a clamping section 202 disposed at an end of the protection section 201 and inclined toward the body 1, a clamping table is disposed on an outer side of the clamping section 202, wedge-shaped surfaces are disposed on an upper side and a lower side of the clamping table, and a buckling concave position is disposed at a lower end of the body 1 corresponding to the clamping table.
Thus, the clamping platform can be directly pressed into the buckling concave position from the outer side or pulled out from the buckling concave position under the action of external force through the wedge-shaped surface matching and the deformation capability of the clamping section 202. The clamping section 202 can keep a certain distance between the protection section 201 and the lower end face of the body 1, and can protect the printing nozzle 904 which is arranged in a protruding mode.
Further, the protection section 201 is provided with a silica gel sheet towards the end face of the printing nozzle 904, the silica gel sheet is adhered to the protection section 201, and the size of the silica gel sheet is larger than that of the printing nozzle 904, and the silica gel sheet is used for covering and abutting the printing nozzle 904 when the protection cover 2 covers the lower end of the body 1, so that the printing nozzle 904 is protected and ink leakage is avoided.
Meanwhile, in order to fix the opened protection cover 2, it is preferable that, as shown in fig. 9 and 8, the protection section 201 is pivotally connected to an outer edge of the body 1, a receiving recess 102 is provided on a side wall of the body 1 near a pivoting end of the protection section 201, a positioning boss is provided on a side wall of the receiving recess 102, and the protection cover 2 can rotate around the pivoting end into the receiving recess 102 and be fixed by the positioning boss. The depth of the accommodating recess 102 is smaller than the distance from the end of the locking section 202 to the protecting section 201, so that when the protecting cover 2 is fixed in the accommodating recess 102, the end of the locking section 202 protrudes out of the side wall surface of the body 1, so that the protecting cover 2 is pulled out of the accommodating recess 102 by pulling the locking section 202.
Further, an extension section is disposed at the lower end of the clamping section 202 at the end of the protection section 201. When the protective cover 2 is covered at the lower end of the body 1, the extending section can be pulled to drive the clamping section 202 to release from the buckling concave position, so that the operation is convenient.
Thus, the protective cover 2 can be covered on the lower end of the main body 1 when the printing device is not in operation, can be turned over and fixed in the accommodating concave position 102 when the printing device is in operation, is convenient to use, can protect the printing nozzle 904 and prevent ink leakage, and can avoid influencing printing due to suspension outside when the printing device is in operation.
Since one side of the body 1 is already provided with the handle 4, the pivoting end of the protection cover 2 is located at the lower end of the other side wall of the body 1 opposite to the handle 4 in order to avoid interference. Thus, the arrangement of the accommodating recess 102 and the opening and fixing of the protective cover 2 do not interfere with the handle 4, and the size design, the product production and the assembly are facilitated.
In addition, because the ink box 9 belongs to the consumable, the consumable needs to be replaced frequently, the body 1 needs to be used continuously, meanwhile, the shape and the size of the accommodating cavity are not necessarily matched with the ink box 9 completely, if the two are consistent, the requirement on the dimensional accuracy can be greatly improved, and the production cost is increased dramatically.
In view of this, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the body 1 is provided with a protective housing corresponding to the ink cartridge 9, the ink cartridge 9 is detachably mounted in the protective housing, the print head 904 is fixedly mounted at the ink outlet of the ink cartridge 9, the print head 904 has a connection contact 905 extending from the side wall of the ink cartridge 9, the protective housing is provided with a connector 907 electrically connected to the control circuit board, the connector 907 has a flat cable 906 extending from the inner side of the protective housing to the outer side of the connection contact 905, and the flat cable 906 is provided with a spring contact 903 corresponding to the connection contact 905 so as to abut against the contact 905 through the spring contact 903, thereby realizing the electrical connection of the print head 904 to the control circuit board.
The protective shell consists of a first shell 901 and a second shell 902 which are mutually spliced and clamped, wherein the first shell 901 is provided with a back plate and a plurality of clamping plates protruding from the edge of the back plate, the clamping plates are perpendicular to the plane where the back plate is positioned, so that a cavity matched with the shape of the ink box 9 is formed, and the second shell 902 is buckled at the tail end of the clamping plates. In this way, the ink cartridge 9 can be placed in the card from the outside of the first housing 901, and the second housing 902 can be engaged to cover the ink cartridge 9 in the chamber. The connector 907, the flat cable 906 and the spring contact 903 are all disposed on the first casing 901, and in order to realize the installation, a circle of partition board is disposed on the outer side of the first casing 901, and an installation gap is reserved between the partition board and the clamping board. Wherein the flat cable 906 is arranged in the installation gap, passes through the clamping plate at a position outside the connecting contact 905 of the side wall of the ink box 9 and is provided with the spring contact 903, so as to realize butt joint. In addition, the connector 907 is located at the upper end of the first housing 901, and is pressed and fixed when the second housing 902 is fastened. When the protective shell is placed into the accommodating cavity from the upper end, the connector 907 is pressed against a preset connection structure of the control circuit board, so as to realize electrical connection.
Wherein the outer dimensions of the protective shell are adapted to the receiving cavity and the ink cartridge 9 is adapted to the cavity in the first housing 901. The protective housing can be recycled, and when the ink cartridges 9 with different sizes are replaced, only the protective housing corresponding to the cavity and having the external dimension matched with the accommodating cavity needs to be replaced, so that the printing device can be suitable for the ink cartridges 9 with various structures. In addition, the connector 907, the spring contacts 903 and the flat cable 906 can be repeatedly used along with the protective shell, and along with the increase of the number of the replaced ink cartridges 9, a considerable production cost can be saved, and the environment protection is facilitated. And the spring contact 903 is abutted against the printing nozzle 904, so that the stability of electric connection can be ensured, and the problem of poor contact is difficult to occur.
Further, the control circuit board is provided with a first detection mechanism, and the first detection mechanism is exposed out of the body 1 and is used for detecting the printing quality of the printing nozzle 904. The first detection mechanism can be fixedly arranged on the outer side of the body 1 or externally arranged, namely, an external interface is preset on the outer side of the body 1 by the control circuit board, and the control circuit board is connected with an external electric eye through the external interface.
Meanwhile, the control circuit board may further be provided with a second detection mechanism, which is a synchronization module built in the rolling assembly and used for detecting the rotation speed of the roller 302. The specific structural arrangement and installation of the portable printer can refer to the prior art with a patent number of CN201721498606.8 and a patent name of a handheld portable printer, and are not described herein.
In addition, the control circuit board is also provided with conventional structures such as ink monitoring, a work indicator lamp, a power switch, a starting key and the like.
Second embodiment
The main difference of the present embodiment is that the adjusting mechanism in the present embodiment replaces the adjusting rack 101 with a plurality of vertically arranged positioning holes, and the locking mechanism is provided with positioning posts matched with the positioning holes, so as to realize lifting locking of the roller assembly.
The above embodiment is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and other embodiments of the present invention are also possible, for example, magnets are disposed at the lower ends of the protection cover 2 and the body 1 and in the accommodating recess 102, and the fastening mode is replaced by the magnet adsorption mode; and for example, the motor and the screw rod mechanism form an adjusting mechanism to realize the height adjustment of the roller assembly. Equivalent modifications and substitutions can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention, and these equivalent modifications or substitutions are intended to be included within the scope of the present claims.

Claims (8)

1. The adjustable printing device is characterized by comprising a body, wherein a control circuit board and an ink box for storing ink are arranged in the body, a printing nozzle electrically connected with the control circuit board is arranged at the lower end of the body, the ink box is provided with an ink outlet corresponding to the printing nozzle, roller assemblies are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the printing nozzle on the body, and the roller assemblies are arranged on the body through an adjusting mechanism and can adjust the mounting height through the adjusting mechanism, so that the adjustment of the distance between the roller assemblies and the working surface of the printing nozzle is realized;
the two side walls of the body are provided with vertical mounting sliding grooves and adjusting racks, the roller assemblies are provided with adjusting seats and rollers pivoted on the adjusting seats, the adjusting seats are provided with sliding seats matched with the mounting sliding grooves and are slidably mounted on the outer side of the body through the sliding seats, the adjusting seats are provided with locking mechanisms matched with the adjusting racks, and the locking mechanisms can be locked and fixed at any positions of the adjusting racks in the sliding stroke of the mounting sliding grooves;
the locking mechanism is provided with two connecting rods which are arranged in a crossing way, the crossing part of the two connecting rods is pivoted with the adjusting seat to form a scissor-type structure, one end of the two connecting rods, which is close to the adjusting rack, is provided with locking teeth meshed with the adjusting seat, one end of the two connecting rods, which is away from the adjusting rack, is provided with a pressing part exposed out of the adjusting seat, the pressing part is positioned between the two connecting rods and can push the connecting rods simultaneously when being used for inwards pressing, so that the locking teeth are far away from the adjusting rack, the locking mechanism also comprises second reset springs which are arranged between the connecting rods and the adjusting seat, the second reset springs are provided with two second reset springs and are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the connecting rods, and one end of each second reset spring is abutted against one end of the connecting rod, which is provided with the locking teeth, and the other end of each second reset spring is abutted against the adjusting seat, so that the locking teeth are kept to be meshed with the adjusting rack under a normal state; the ink box is characterized in that the body is provided with a containing cavity with one end being open, the ink box is installed in the containing cavity, the body is provided with a flip cover capable of opening and closing the containing cavity, and the flip cover is provided with a spring towards the end face of the containing cavity during covering.
2. An adjustable printing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the body is provided with a tilt structure corresponding to the ink cartridge, the tilt structure being adapted to hold the ink cartridge and tilt the ink cartridge toward the prescribed position of the ink outlet.

An adjustable printing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the opening of the accommodating chamber is upward, the flip cover is pivoted to one end of the opening of the accommodating chamber, the other end of the opening of the accommodating chamber is provided with an elastic buckle capable of buckling the flip cover, and the flip cover can be buckled by the elastic buckle to close the opening of the accommodating chamber.

7. An adjustable printing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the control circuit board is provided with a first detection mechanism, the first detection mechanism being disposed externally of the body for detecting the print quality of the print head.

An adjustable printing apparatus according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the body is provided with a protective housing corresponding to the ink cartridge, the ink cartridge is detachably mounted in the protective housing, the printing head is fixedly mounted at an ink outlet of the ink cartridge, the printing head has a connection contact extending from a side wall of the ink cartridge, the protective housing is provided with a connector electrically connected to the control circuit board, the connector has a flat cable extending from an inner side of the protective housing to an outer side of the connection contact, and the flat cable is provided with a spring contact corresponding to the connection contact so as to abut against the connection contact via the spring contact, thereby electrically connecting the printing head to the control circuit board.
