The invention provides a T-shaped steel full penetration submerged arc welding structure for an assembled steel structure building, which comprises a flange plate and an auxiliary plate, wherein the joint of the flange plate and the auxiliary plate forms a right angle, a first welding guide rod and a second welding guide rod are arranged in the right angle, the first welding guide rod is arranged parallel to the flange plate and is attached to the surface of the flange plate, one end of the first welding guide rod is fixedly connected with the auxiliary plate, the opposite other end of the first welding guide rod is provided with a first arc-shaped groove, the second welding guide rod is arranged parallel to the auxiliary plate and is attached to the surface of the auxiliary plate, one end of the second welding guide rod is fixedly connected with the first welding guide rod, the opposite other end of the second welding guide rod is provided with a second arc-shaped groove, the surfaces of the first welding guide rod and the second welding guide rod are covered with triangular welding seams, the first edges of the triangular welding seams cover the first arc-shaped grooves, and the second edges of the triangular welding seams cover the second arc-shaped grooves. Compared with the prior art, the invention is beneficial to improving the overall efficiency of welding operation.

Technical Field

Compared with a reinforced concrete structure, the steel member has the unique advantages of development in three aspects of high, large and light, so that the steel member has reasonable and wide application in the field of building engineering.
At present, full penetration submerged arc welding is a welding technology which is widely used in the field of assembled steel structure construction, and in the full penetration submerged arc welding used at present, when the full penetration submerged arc welding is applied to T-shaped steel components, as the welding part is a right angle included angle, a welding seam material block formed at the welding point is triangular, dirt is accumulated at two corners of the welding seam material block, namely the root of a welding seam, and back chipping treatment is needed subsequently.
