Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a fixing button for ligament reconstruction.
Background
The cruciate ligament of knee joint is also called cruciate ligament, which is located between the medial and lateral condyles of femur, and two anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments. The anterior cruciate ligament originates at the outer posterior portion of the femoral intercondylar fossa and terminates anteriorly, medially, and inferior to the anterior side of the tibial spine. The posterior cruciate ligament originates in the anterior portion of the femoral intercondylar fossa and terminates posteriorly, posteriorly and inferior to the posterior side of the tibial spine. The anterior cruciate ligament prevents anterior tibial displacement; the posterior cruciate ligament then prevents posterior tibial displacement. Anterior cruciate ligament injury is often caused by overstretching violence or abduction of the supinated calf. The tearing thereof may occur at the start point, the body, or the stop point. Avulsion fracture, which often merges with the tibial spine. Posterior cruciate ligament injury is mostly caused by violence striking directly the anterior aspect of the upper end of the tibia. Tears can occur at femoral or tibial attachments. If the knee joint is damaged, the knee joint is positioned at a semi-flexed position, and the damage to the anterior fork ligament can be combined.
The inventors have found in practicing the present invention that damage to the cruciate ligament, when present, can lead to instability of the joint and cause degeneration of other tissues. Since the ligament has poor self-repair ability, the damaged ligament must be surgically replaced to restore its function. Although the prior art has a method of fixing the ligament by a screw or a suspension, the prior art is limited by the limitation of the fixing device, and a bungee effect and a windshield wiper effect caused by the weak fixation of the transplanted tendon often occur, which can influence the subsequent ligament reconstruction effect.
