the spraying mechanism comprises an elastic cavity arranged outside the operating rod, a first one-way valve arranged at a liquid outlet of the elastic cavity, and a second one-way valve arranged at a liquid inlet of the elastic cavity, wherein the liquid outlet of the elastic cavity is communicated with the spraying head, and the liquid inlet of the elastic cavity is communicated with the cleaning agent box;
