本发明属于杀虫药剂,具体的提供了一种植物源实蝇驱避杀虫组合物,包括A组分和B组分,所述A组分包括高脂膜和硅胶粉;所述B组分包括除虫菊素和山苍子油。本发明的实蝇驱避杀虫组合物,驱避杀虫效果显著,对环境安全。

技术领域
本发明属于杀虫药剂,具体的提供了一种植物源实蝇驱避杀虫组合物。
背景技术
实蝇科昆虫是热带、亚热带地区重要的经济害虫,其中为害果蔬类的实蝇主要以桔小实蝇和瓜实蝇为主。
桔小实蝇又称东方果实蝇,是亚太地区果树种植业上的一种重大害虫,也是世界上数十个国家和地区严加检疫防范的危险性有害生物。桔小实蝇寄主范围广泛,可为害46科250多种水果、蔬菜。20世纪90年代中期以来桔小实蝇从中国南方几个省区扩展至整个华南、华东、西南地区,大面积暴发成灾,严重影响了我国南方水果安全生产和出口贸易。
瓜实蝇是葫芦科蔬菜的重要害虫。该害虫广泛分布于世界各地, 是东南亚、印度大陆、南太平洋地区、非洲热带和亚热带地区及夏威夷一带的重要有害生物。在我国,瓜实蝇分布于多个省及地区,广东、广西、海南、福建等地为瓜实蝇的高度适生区。瓜实蝇为多食性害虫,可为害的寄主植物有 125 种以上,其中包括葫芦科、茄科及其他种类的蔬菜。
目前对实蝇的防治主要采用化学农药防治、引诱杀灭防治和果实套袋,其中引诱杀灭防治包括性诱剂灭雄和食诱剂雌雄双杀防治等。化学农药杀灭防治,常会引发环境污染及农药残留等问题。未来防治实蝇类害虫向着绿色环保和农药减施的方向发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述缺陷,提供一种高效、安全的植物源实蝇驱避杀虫组合物。
本发明的技术方案:一种植物源实蝇驱避杀虫组合物,包括A组分和B组分,所述A组分包括高脂膜和硅胶粉;所述B组分包括除虫菊素和山苍子油。
利用硅胶粉的高吸附性和高脂膜的成膜性与具有驱避杀虫效能的除虫菊素和山苍子油制成高效、环保的实蝇驱避杀虫组合物。本发明是一种全新的植物源实蝇类害虫驱避杀虫组合物,该组合物在驱避实蝇成虫产卵的同时保护果实,且对人畜和环境无毒无污染,具有绿色环保的特点。
进一步的,按质量百分比,所述A组分中,高脂膜为90-95%,硅胶粉为5-10%。
进一步的,按体积比,所述B组分中,除虫菊素为40-60%,山苍子油为40-60%。
进一步的,先将高脂膜和硅胶粉混匀得到混合物,然后加入混合物50倍的水再次搅拌混匀制得A组分。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:对实蝇类害虫的驱避杀虫效果显著,在驱避实蝇成虫产卵的同时保护果实,对环境安全,无化学农药残留,不会危害人类健康。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种修改或改动,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
(1)实蝇类驱避杀虫组合物的制备;
配1000毫升组合物4份。
第一份,A组分(质量百分比)为:90%高脂膜和10%硅胶粉;B组分(体积比)为:40%除虫菊素和60%山苍子油;A组分:B组分(体积比)=100:1。制备时,先将A组份的高脂膜和硅胶粉按比例混匀后加50倍的水搅拌混匀,B组份按体积比混匀,然后将A组分和B组分以体积比混匀,现配现用。
第二份与第一份制备方法相同,仅配比不同。A组分(质量百分比)为:95%高脂膜和5%硅胶粉;B组分(体积比)为:60%除虫菊素和40%山苍子油;A组分:B组分(体积比)=100:1。
第三份与上述制备方法相同,仅配比不同。A组分(质量百分比)为:90%高脂膜和10%硅胶粉;B组分(体积比)为:40%除虫菊素和60%山苍子油;A组分:B组分(体积比)=50:1。
第四份与上述制备方法相同,仅配比不同。A组分(质量百分比)为:95%高脂膜和5%硅胶粉;B组分(体积比)为:60%除虫菊素和40%山苍子油;A组分:B组分(体积比)=50:1。
(2)实验;
在养虫笼中饲养30对瓜实蝇雌雄成虫,雌成虫处于产卵高峰期,笼子放置于25℃空调房中。将上述配置的组合物均匀喷涂在同样大小的西葫芦上并晾干,作为对照的西葫芦喷上清水晾干。在养虫笼里放进1个药剂处理的西葫芦,靠笼壁放置;同样另外一个笼里放置清水对照的西葫芦。
上述四份组合物每份处理及清水对照均重复3次。24小时后将西葫芦取出放在25℃的恒温培养箱中,5天后统计西葫芦里实蝇幼虫数量,计算非选择性驱避杀虫效果,非选择性驱避效果=(对照虫数-药剂处理虫数)/对照虫数×100,结果见表1。

注:表中数值为3次重复平均值,表中相同大小写字母表示经DMRT法检验分别在1%和5%水平上差异不显著,不同者为差异显著。
由表1可知,喷有本发明实蝇驱避杀虫组合物的西葫芦的幼虫数量显著低于喷有清水对照的,其中第三和第四份组合物没有发现实蝇幼虫,效果最佳;而4份组合物的驱避杀虫效果均达90%以上,说明含有本发明组分的组合物对瓜实蝇有很好的驱避杀虫作用。
Claims (4)
1.一种植物源实蝇驱避杀虫组合物,其特征在于:包括A组分和B组分,所述A组分包括高脂膜和硅胶粉;所述B组分包括除虫菊素和山苍子油。
2.如权利要求1所述的实蝇驱避杀虫组合物,其特征在于:按质量百分比,所述A组分中,高脂膜为90-95%,硅胶粉为5-10%。
3.如权利要求1所述的实蝇驱避杀虫组合物,其特征在于:按体积比,所述B组分中,除虫菊素为40-60%,山苍子油为40-60%。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的实蝇驱避杀虫组合物,其特征在于:先将高脂膜和硅胶粉混匀得到混合物,然后加入混合物50倍的水再次搅拌混匀制得A组分。
