Abstract
The communication panel comprises a plate body and a front cover body matched with the plate body, wherein the communication panel is provided with a marking part, the marking part comprises an observation hole arranged on the front cover body and a rotary table arranged on the plate body, at least two marking plates are arranged on the rotary table, and one marking plate in the marking plates is rotated to a position matched with the observation hole through rotation of the rotary table so as to expose the marking plates from the observation hole. The communication panel of the invention designs the port identifier to be rotary and can be freely switched according to the requirements of clients, and has the following advantages: the panel can freely switch port identifiers; the port identification is manually switched and tool-free; the port mark is designed with an in-place stuck point anti-rotation design, and is easy to fix; saving the cost of printing paper labels is more environment-friendly and improving the work efficiency of a construction site.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to basic electrical components, and more particularly to a communication panel.
Background
Switches, sockets, and the like generally include a plate body and a cover plate covering the plate body. The panels are usually fixed in a fixed wall, for example in a wall or in the outer wall of furniture or a partition. The cover plate is exposed from the fixed wall. The cover plate protects various components contained in the plate body on one hand and has decorative effect on the other hand when exposed outside. Generally, the cover plate must be freely removable and attachable, and it is desirable that the cover plate be removable and attachable without damaging the wall surface.
The communication panel is used for fixing various modules and protecting cables at the information outlet, and plays a role similar to a screen.
When one panel needs to fix two functional modules at the same time, two ports are required to be arranged on the front surface of the panel, and the two ports are required to be distinguished, and the prior art is to print two labels, respectively paste the lower parts of the two ports or silk screen print two marks on the dust cover or engrave the two marks on the dust cover for distinguishing. The disadvantage of the above solution is that: the self-printing mark is easy to lose and confused, and the dust cover silk-screen mark and the mould lettering mark cannot be replaced.

The invention aims to provide a communication panel which has a simple structure and is convenient to identify.
The communication panel comprises a plate body and a front cover body matched with the plate body, wherein the communication panel comprises a marking part, the marking part comprises an observation hole arranged on the front cover body and a rotary table arranged on the plate body, at least two marking plates are arranged on the rotary table, and the rotary table is used for enabling one marking plate in the marking plates to rotate to a position matched with the observation hole through rotation so as to enable the marking plates to be exposed from the observation hole.
The communication panel comprises two identification parts, wherein the observation holes of the two identification parts are at the same height.
The communication panel comprises a rotating shaft and a connecting arm connected with the rotating shaft, wherein the rotating shaft stretches into a mounting hole in the board body, and at least two identification plates are respectively connected to the connecting arm.
The communication panel of the invention, wherein the identification plate of each identification part is positioned on the circumference of a circle taking the axle center of the rotating shaft of the turntable of the identification part as the center of the circle.
The communication panel of the invention, wherein each identification part comprises two identification plates, and the centers of the two identification plates and the axle center of the rotating shaft of the turntable of the identification part are positioned on three vertexes of an equilateral triangle.
The communication panel comprises a front cover body, wherein the back surface of the front cover body is provided with a spring buckle used for being matched with a plate body, the spring buckle comprises a buckle body and a connecting rod connected with the buckle body, the buckle body is also connected with a pressing block and a protruding hook body used for being matched with the plate body, the pressing block extends out of a groove on the front surface of the front cover body, the connecting rod is sleeved with a spring, the back surface of the front cover body is provided with a limiting plate, one end of the spring is propped against the limiting plate, the pressing block is used for driving the protruding hook body to move to a position separated from the plate body, and the spring is used for pushing the protruding hook body to move to a position matched with the plate body.

Detailed Description
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, a first embodiment of the communication panel of the present invention includes a board 110 and a front cover 100 mated with the board, the communication panel includes a marking portion 210, the marking portion includes a viewing hole 310 provided on the front cover and a turntable 410 provided on the board, at least two marking plates 510 are provided on the turntable, and the turntable is used to rotate one of the marking plates to a position mated with the viewing hole by rotation, so that the marking plate is exposed from the viewing hole.
In a first embodiment of the communication panel of the present invention, the communication panel includes two identification portions 210, and the observation holes of the two identification portions are at the same height.
In an embodiment of the communication panel of the present invention, the turntable 410 includes a rotating shaft 411 and a connecting arm 412 connected to the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft 411 extends into the mounting hole 120 on the board body, and at least two identification plates are respectively connected to the connecting arm.
In a first embodiment of the communication panel of the present invention, the identification plate of each identification portion is located on a circumference of a circle centered on an axis of a rotation shaft of the turntable of the identification portion.
In a first embodiment of the communication panel of the present invention, each of the identification parts includes two identification plates, and the centers of the two identification plates and the axis of the rotation shaft of the turntable of the identification part are on three vertexes of an isosceles triangle.
According to the first embodiment of the communication panel, the rotary shaft 411 extends into the mounting hole 120 on the board body, the end face of the rotary shaft 411 is provided with a plurality of positioning columns 414 extending outwards along the radial direction of the mounting hole 120, the edge of the mounting hole 120 is provided with a plurality of limiting columns 420, the limiting columns 420 are used for being matched with the positioning columns 414, the outer edges of the positioning columns are provided with circular arc grooves, the shapes of the circular arc grooves are matched with the limiting columns, when the rotary table rotates to enable one of the identification boards to rotate to the position matched with the observation hole, the corresponding positioning columns 414 rotate to the position matched with the corresponding limiting columns 420, the limiting columns 420 are opposite to the positioning columns 414, and one part of the limiting columns are embedded into the circular arc grooves of the positioning columns, so that the limiting columns 420 limit the positioning columns 414.
The communication panel of the invention designs the port identifier to be rotary and can be freely switched according to the requirements of clients, and has the following advantages:
1. the panel can switch port identification freely.
2. The port identification is manually switched and tool-free.
3. The port mark is designed with an in-place stuck point anti-rotation design, and is easy to fix.
4. Saving the cost of printing paper labels is more environment-friendly and improving the work efficiency of a construction site.
Example two
As shown in fig. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13, a spring buckle 2 for matching with a board body is arranged on the back surface of a front cover body 1 of a communication panel in the second embodiment of the invention, the spring buckle 2 comprises a buckle body 3 and a connecting rod 4 connected with the buckle body, the buckle body is also connected with a pressing block 31 and a protruding hook body 32 for matching with the board body, the pressing block extends out of a groove 10 on the front surface of the front cover body, a spring 5 is sleeved on the connecting rod, a limit plate 6 is arranged on the back surface of the front cover body, one end of the spring 5 abuts against the limit plate, the pressing block is used for driving the protruding hook body to move to a position separated from the board body, and the spring is used for pushing the protruding hook body to move to a position matched with the board body.
In the second embodiment of the communication panel, the spring buckle further comprises a left side arm 7 and a right side arm 8, wherein the left side arm and the right side arm are respectively connected to two ends of the buckle body and extend towards the direction of the limiting plate, and the connecting rod is connected to the middle of the buckle body.
In the second embodiment of the communication panel of the present invention, the left arm 7 and the right arm 8 are respectively connected with a protruding block, the back of the front cover 1 is provided with a first clamping column 11 and a second clamping column 12, and the protruding block of the left arm 7 and the protruding block of the right arm 8 are respectively clamped on the first clamping column 11 and the second clamping column 12, so that the spring buckle 2 is mounted on the back of the front cover 1.
In the second embodiment of the communication panel of the present invention, the connecting rod 4 is provided with a first semicircular groove 41 and a second semicircular groove 42. The first semicircular groove 41 and the second semicircular groove 42 can facilitate the installation of the connecting rod 4, and the first semicircular groove 41 and the second semicircular groove 42 can also fix the spring 5 more stably.
According to the communication panel, the fixed buckle structure of the original panel is changed into the spring type movable buckle structure, and the protruding hook body is made to reciprocate through the spring.
The communication panel of the invention has the advantages that:
1. can realize the disassembly and assembly of the tool without a single hand.
2. The communication panel of the invention has fool-proof design, and can prevent reverse installation during unidirectional installation.
3. The field installation efficiency is greatly improved.

The communication panel is characterized by comprising a plate body and a front cover body matched with the plate body, the communication panel comprises a marking part, the marking part comprises an observation hole arranged on the front cover body and a rotary table arranged on the plate body, at least two marking plates are arranged on the rotary table, the rotary table is used for enabling one marking plate in the marking plates to rotate to a position matched with the observation hole through rotation so as to enable the marking plate to be exposed out of the observation hole, a spring buckle matched with the plate body is arranged on the back surface of the front cover body and comprises a buckle body and a connecting rod connected with the buckle body, the buckle body is also connected with a pressing block and a protruding hook body matched with the plate body, the pressing block extends out of a groove on the front surface of the front cover body, the connecting rod is sleeved with a spring, the back of the front cover body is provided with a limiting plate, one end of the spring is propped against the limiting plate, the pressing block is used for driving the protruding hook body to move to a position separated from the plate body, the spring is used for pushing the protruding hook body to move to a position matched with the plate body, the spring buckle further comprises a left side arm and a right side arm which are respectively connected to two ends of the buckle body and extend towards the direction where the limiting plate is located, the connecting rod is connected to the middle of the buckle body, the left side arm and the right side arm are respectively connected with a protruding block, the back of the front cover body is provided with a first clamping column and a second clamping column, and the protruding block of the left side arm and the protruding block of the right side arm are respectively clamped on the first clamping column and the second clamping column, so that the spring buckle is installed on the back of the front cover body.

4. A communication panel according to claim 3, wherein the identification plate of each identification part is located on a circumference of a circle centered on the axis of the rotation shaft of the turntable of the identification part.
5. The communication panel of claim 4, wherein each of the identification parts includes two of the identification plates, centers of the two identification plates and an axis of a rotation shaft of a turntable of the identification part being on three vertexes of an isosceles triangle.
