based on a first service parameter carried by the first service request, matching identification information of a first service corresponding to the first service parameter in self-stored information, and determining a second server for providing service support for the first service, wherein the second server is equipment of the service provider, the identification information is a certificate generated by the service provider and used for the user to obtain the first service, and the identification information comprises at least one of an electronic coupon and an electronic redemption ticket;
obtaining network connection information sent by the second server, and establishing communication connection with the second server based on the network connection information, wherein the network connection information is sent by the second server after the second server completes authentication on the first server based on authentication information of the first server, and the authentication information includes at least one of the following information: checking information and network protocol address information, wherein the checking information comprises an account number and a password of the third-party merchant;
and sending a second service request based on the communication connection with the second server, wherein the second service request comprises the user information and the identification information of the first service, and the second service request is used for requesting the second server to provide the first service corresponding to the identification information of the first service for the user of the terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving terminal accesses the first server before the first service request sent for the first service, the method further comprising:
acquiring and storing information that the second server can provide services;
the information includes: the service parameter and the identification information corresponding to the service parameter.
3. An information processing method applied to a second server, wherein the second server is a server capable of providing business support for a service and is a device of a service provider, the method comprising:

judging whether check information carried in the authentication information is consistent with check information distributed for the first server or not to obtain a first judgment result;
when the first judgment result is yes, judging whether the user information carried in the authentication information and the identification information of the first service are effective or not to obtain a second judgment result;
and when the second judgment result is yes, confirming that the authentication for the second service request is successful.
