Background
The base material used by the photosensitive material is extremely hydrophobic, so that electrostatic charges are very easily absorbed, and high-voltage static electricity is generated due to friction in the processes of coating, drying, cutting, transporting and later use, so that electrostatic spots are formed. Typically, positive charges appear as electrostatic spots and negative charges appear as dendrites. Along with the improvement of the light sensitivity of the photographic emulsion, the improvement of the coating speed and the reduction of the environmental humidity, the probability of electrostatic spots is increased, and a large amount of products are scrapped when the probability is serious, so that great loss is caused. However, the adhesion performance of the antistatic agent on the surface of the product greatly affects the antistatic effect and the stability of the antistatic ability, so how to improve the antistatic performance of the product and maintain the stable antistatic ability is a technical problem.
